Gamestop is has good games that are up to date. They also have good accessories for each gaming system.

Staff greeted us upon entering the store. Location was clean, neat and organized.3 rating because the location was up to standards staff and store but there was not anything that stood out among the rest in order to achieve a higher rating.

Very bad, I call in and ask if they have hard copy for diablo resurrected for the nintendo switch. They assure me they have the hard copy and Im very pleased to hear that so I go in and after like 1 minute of actually researching it since Im there they tell me they dont. So either they were lazy and didnt even check when i asked on the phone or they made a mistake and didnt even be considerate enough to apologize giving wrong information. I decide to call another gamestop where they tell me its not in any store and its only sold as digital. I left to go to my car to call since the mall is loud, and I had 20 dollars in credit for gamestop. Which I lost, that isnt particularly their fault but now they gave me wrong information, wasted my time and now I lost money I could have used. None of this really matters in the end, since Ill still buy the product from nintendo now, and not from gamestop. Use to be a returning customer but, I will no longer go to gamestop for anything anymore. Especially this store that is more focused on making a sale then the customer actually getting what they want.

Can always count on gamestop when I need anything game related.

All games are going online so service at gamestop brick and mortar stores are lazy at best. No more enthusiasm to sell games and accessories.

I came in on Wednesday, March 10th, 2021, probably 11am. The person running the show that morning provided awesome customer service! I had a mishap with the Bowser’s Fury pre-order posters at another location, and never received them. I asked if they had any left in-store, (even though this was almost a month after the promotion) and they went and checked. They did not have any left in stock, but I appreciated the effort and information, and how personable they were! It was a great transaction. I picked up a few Mario toys while I was there. We have to support the Mall, and we need our GameStop in it!

First Sunday that they are open after being closed. They are prepared with sanitizers and have the floors marked for social distancing. My experience was pleasant overall.

Game Stop is the place to find the new and slightly used games at great prices. They have some fun accessories for your games and gaming station.

Employees are not informative and give customer wrong info. Super nice but wish they had more product knowledge.

Either their employees dont know how to use the register or their machines decided to not accept the chip on my card even though it worked fine yesterday. Im thinking its the former. I literally made a purchase here yesterday. Same card. Used it earlier today even. The machine didnt even register my card was put in, makes me think the cashier was just messing with me. Total waste of time and waste of a trip to the mall. I had gifts to give but now I guess birthdays will be ruined. Thanks gamestop, now I understand why youre going out of business. If this is how you treat 9 year power up rewards members then you deserve to go out of business. Going to cancel my membership now.

The employees are knowledgeable and comfortable with lots of questions. The ones Ive met after about 6 years, have been professional and friendly. Plus they try to help you with deals so you come back. :D

Great staff and very transparent about deals. Theres a guy named Omar who works there and he did a great job of helping me out with picking out a console.

I mean, youre here for games and thats really it. In terms of efficiency...not that good. Im sure most people are here to quickly buy, go, and play not to have a conversation about some game informer magazine. This particular gamestop is pretty good though and its my go to gamestop for my console games. So I gave it four stars.

Alright, this GameStop would be fine if it werent for this one jerk who works there. Im not sure if hes new or what but hes super rude and annoying. Today when I went he thought itd be hi-larious if he jokingly put me down for browsing? What kind of salesman mocks someone for browsing in-store and says you know theres this thing called Google that you can browse on right?? and persisted to jokingly mock me about the fact that I was browsing. Idiot.Like man if you dont want customers in your store and make stupid jokes like that, why are you working there? Are you trying to drive away business? Is that what your higher-ups and bosses would want for you? Are you trying to get fired?Not to mention he brags and hits on any girl he talks to about games, and loudly so. Really obnoxious and I felt embarrassed for him.Id be happy to drop his name but I dont know what it is, he had no nametag. He looks like a scrawny JonTron lookalike with bad hygiene skills. I feel sorry for his coworkers and anyone who has to deal with him.

Decent selection, but do NOT buy used games. I purchased a used game, when I got home it wasnt the game on the cover AND the game did not work. When I returned it (to the same cashier who sold it to me) he denied that he sold it and called security. Very dirty business.
