Other then being really crowded it was fun. Helpful staff, quick cashiers, it was a great visit.

The employees were helpful, friendly, and polite. Someone can smell anything before they buy it. There are many varieties of candles, bodywash, soaps,and perfume or both men and women. They have a little of everything. Smells are great.They have something for everyone.

One of my favorite stores of all time. If you download their app, you get some really awesome free stuff and get email alerts when products go on sale! The staff are always there to help and the store presentation is great. I checked out very quickly and besides having a hard time deciding on the scents I wanted, I was in and out in 10 minutes!

When I had asked one of the staff to tell one customer to keep their mask on, they told me they can’t say anything to them. Walked right out. I would think most stores respect COVID guidelines and enforce them but I’m disappointed that they don’t.

My only objection is I cant give them more than five stars! This place is amazing. It has something for everyone. I went in to purchase a birthday present for my mom. Not having shopped here frequently I felt kind of lost. Also being the only guy there was sort of intimidating. Then an angel stepped from behind the counter and asked if she could help. Her name is Norma and seriously she was so knowledgeable and helpful I cant believe how happy everyone was. Yes everyone. I ended up buying several items to make my mom very happy and ended up purchasing three other ladies in my life mothers day presents. Thank you again Norma for all your help. She even took the time to gift wrap all my purchases. I brought a friend along and he purchased four gifts for the women in his life which they enjoyed very much. I didnt get her name but there was another associate who wrapped his gifts. Truly, truly helpful. I cant praise them enough. I hope they see this and know how helpful they both were. Guys if you need help buying gifts for the ladies in your life please see them there at Bath and Body Works.

These candles smell so freaking good that I want to eat most of them. Just take a bite out of them like delicious fudge.Anyway, clean location, friendly helpful staff, good deals.

Ome of my favorite places in the mall!! I love looking at all the new candles, lotions, body sprays, and anything else they have! Its a great place to get a quick little gift and you can even get the travel size of some of the scents to go along as a gift which is good speacilly with the holidays right around the corner
