Savannah is nice but misunderstood my color needs. I did not ask for blonde hair.

My regular stylist is Debbie. She is terrific. The day I got my hair cut, Debbie was not working so I saw Rebecca. I told her exactly what I wanted; brown lowlights with blonde highlights and get rid of the brass. She guaranteed she could do it. Three hours later I left with lemon yellow, Kindergarten paint hair color mixed with clown orange at the roots. Plus, I received my worst hair cut to date. She did not give me anything I asked for, and now, thanks to our governor I am stuck with this indefinitely. How discouraging to pay for a service and then receive a joke. Girl needs to find a new profession!

I am really excited about finding Ingrid at the JCP salon! I am not young and I have fine thin hair but she did not give me an old lady haircut. She has a method of layering and cutting that makes me look like I have twice as much hair! A true artist whose work outshines any stylist I have ever used at the most pricey beauty salons in the desert.

Ask for Ebony, she is awesome.
