Store is going downhill. They’re not getting in supplies and it’s lazy of them not place the orders when they have clearly been out of a lot of products for sometime. Very disappointing.

I went in this morning and was able to work with Patrick he came over asking if I needed anything I explained what I was trying to do to my hair and he walked me through every step making sure I knew what I was going to do. I have gotten to work with Patrick twice now and I love his knowledge on his products. So grateful he was there today. Thank you so much!!

I went into Sally’s anticipating I would be highly intimidated for the reason I’ve never bought toner to do myself, much to my surprise I was greeted by a wonderful employee, I’m not sure what her name was, she was so helpful and educated I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Whoever the young girl was that helped me, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Kudos for you for making people feel so much better coming into the store!

My first time visiting a Sallys Beauty Supply, and it was a good experience. The store was well-kept and organized and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely shop there again.
