Mark is such a kind and attentive person. He literally dug out 4 ft of frozen snow from mutliple units in 9 degree weather just to make sure I could find the right size to fit everything in my unit. I was stressed and in a horrible mood and he told the funniest dad jokes just to cheer me up. Hes literally the only reason i rented the space on the spot without shopping around. You cant buy that level of service qnd dedication.

This was my first time using any storage facility and I found the process online to be simple, streamlined and straightforward. I used the eRental which was all done online and made the whole process very easy. Prior to committing online I had visited this facility in-person to view the size of the space and the property manager, Rick, was extremely friendly and helpful. He followed up with me via phone a few days later but in a helpful way, not at all pestering or pressuring. When I arrived onsite to load my stuff into storage I was concerned that all of my items would not fit and I spoke with him on the phone about it. It was close to closing time for the office and he offered me several options if there was an issue. Before he left for the day he came to check on me to make sure everything was going fine. A super nice property manager that still knows and cares about customer service - thank you, Rick - you deserve a huge thumbs up and thank you. Overall a great experience for me.
