Joe was super friendly and helpful and Listed the options available to us. The facility is immaculate and I feel my items will be safe and secure. Great experience.

Metro Self Storage is a great company to use if you need storage space. The staff at the Palatine location is staffed with friendly and competent employees. They walk you through the contract explaining everything it says. The general manager has several years of experience and doesnt try to push you into a size unit you dont need. The property and units are are well maintained. We have no complaints and recommend using them.

I love this place. The location is great and the easy access to my storage has been a game changer for me. The facility is always clean and I love how well lit the place is. I have had some issues with a couple of team members when it comes to communication. I have been accused of accessing the facility when I was locked out and when I made a suggestion about the keypad, the response towards me was negative. Sometimes I call every month with the same questions and when I call, you can tell they are not happy to speak with me, I guess I call to much. I hope the customer service towards me can change but, even if it doesn’t I LOVE MY STORAGE.

Todd is an amazing communicator and meant my Storage needs to the fullest. Great service, give that guy a raise!

The intake coordinator—she was kind, professional and patient. All which are refreshing and welcomed attributes during a stressful move. I wish I could remember her name —she was terrific. Todd is equally as good 🙌

Needed short term storage and chose Metro in Palatine. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. Beginning with Dusty in the office being friendly, informative, helpful in choosing a unit, holding the one I wanted for a few days and always available to answer questions through to moving out a few months later. The facility is clean, easy to get in and out, well lit and hours are convenient. And if you leave a message - they actually call you back! I forget his coworkers name, but she was wonderful as well. I’d use Metro Storage again without question.

Very clean facility that is well lit and maintained. The loading dock provides protection from the elements, and complimentary hand trucks allow easy access from unit to dock. Always climate controlled and pleasant. I will always use Metro Storage for our family needs.

I used this facility in the past. Great staff, clean and affordable. There arent random ppl lingering around the premises. Their unit was exactly what I needed. Would recommend.

We used the Palatine Metro Storage for 10 years. Upon leaving our unit was filled with tons of mouse droppings. When I asked the management they denied it and pretended they didnt have a problem & asked if I found a live mouse. I am sure the mice scurried out of the unit once we were all in the unit moving things. I asked if there was anything they could offer since our stuff stunk from mouse droppings. I asked if they would cover a couch cleaning of $150 - they refused and said I should use a homeowner claim. Such a disappointment after so many years of paying them.I do not recommend them based on the mouse issue.

Facility is always clean. Automatic lighting illuminates your way to your storage area -- feels safe. Staff have always been polite and courteous.

Transferred my storage unit from Schaumburg and its 200.00 dollars cheaper than what I was paying for the same size unit. PUBLIC STORAGE IS A RIP OFF!!! METRO IS THE BOMB

Quoted a price and shown storage unit, didnt get the unit, price change day of move, unit wasnt clean, facility not as heated as I anticipated, disappointed that prices are by supply & demand
