Chucks customer service is OUTSTANDING, and when I mean outstanding, I mean you WANT to give your hard earned money for the quality of service they provide to you!Ive brought a couple cars in here already and was blown away with not only how well they do their work, but their prices are super affordable, and MOST IMPORTANTLY their customer services is the best Ive encountered from ANY type of business in general.This time around, I brought my 2014 Audi S5 to be completely transformed. Ive seen their repaint/resurfacing jobs, and they are magnificent. (See before and after attached photos). So I brought the car in to get a full front resurfacing, and I also had bought a bunch new body kit mods to be installed. Chuck went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and followed up with every part of the process. I made a few mistakes on some of the parts I ordered, and he himself went above and beyond to take my bigger exhaust tips to be properly welded into the correct size! I will never take my cars anywhere but here in the future, and mind you I live about an hour and 15 minutes away from this shop! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

I want to add my two cents to show how the quality of work offered by A&L is truly second-to-none.I sent in my 2007 Subaru WRX STI to have a significant amount of front-end damage repaired. It was looking pretty rough. Needless to say, I was concerned about how things would turn out... and wow. Chuck kept me informed from start to finish on how things were going, with pictures sent to supplement the texts, and made sure to manage expectations as best as he could despite many unknown variables around the supply chain disruption during COVID.When I came to pick up the car I was truly in shock. The paint matches perfectly, the body lines and gaps are correctly aligned, and best of all - I ended up paying less than what my initial estimate stated. This place is amazing and they do a great job at making sure your car is well taken care of. I worked with Val and he walked me through the entire process with very accurate time-line.They make sure the customer is 100% happy and they ensure that all parts are inspected throughly before they install it on your vehicle.Personally, the insurance company suggested part was so bad that Val worked with them and got them to agree to get a new OEM part instead. There wasnt any hassle to me at all.I recommend anybody to come and either mod their vehicle or get it fixed. They will do a great job.

Great customer service and excellent quality of work! I needed some work done and I had driven by the business many times and noticed some high end cars there. Looked up their reviews and since they were excellent, I decided to go in. They were working on BMWs, Mercedes, Porsches, and I walk in with 4 hubcaps! I was impressed that the owner (Val) didnt laugh me out of the business. He listened to what I wanted and said he could do it at a VERY reasonable price. I left the hubcaps thinking they would be left on a shelf for weeks until they could get them worked in. Nope! Within a week they were all done. Excellent job too. Now I dont have to worry about the PlastiDip coming off (which already happened!). Thanks Val!

We have brought two cars to A&L in the past year or so. They did excellent work each time - above and beyond. In each instance they advocated for us with the insurance carriers, which in 2021 seems to nearly require a law degree.The bottom line is we wont go anywhere else for this sort of work. Just picked up my BMW, they have done an amazing job. I was in an accident where all my air bags exploded and suspension was damaged. It was all fixed with brand new BMW parts and drives like new. Customer service was amazing, received text updates on progress. Will definitely use this shop for all my future car body work .

Worst experience ever PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! I got in a car accident on my BMW X6 a few day before New Years . Chuck asked me to go get the estimate somewhere else and send it to him to make sure that he has the parts before dropping it off. He never mentioned anything about not having the parts so I Dropped the car off early January and it stayed there for 2 months straight. He kept going back and forth about parts being back ordered. It was an ongoing issue about him being unsure when they will have the parts claiming it will be weeks to months before he got the right parts. I paid over $1500 on car rentals out of pocket because the insurance only pays a certain amount. A Couple weeks ago he found a part in another state. I had to call the insurance and beg them to pay for shipping because the guy asked for extra money for shipping. After they agreed to pay half and after the insurance told me to ask him pay some of my half because he told the insurance he’s gonna pay some, he agreed to pay only $200 and I was gonna pay $600 out of my pocket. Then magically the original part was shipped . He called me and told me my car was ready. I went to pick it up while he was not there he made me deal with his brother which had no idea what was going on. The moment I turned the car on, the check engine light turned on I didn’t drop off the car with check engine . He was very rude about it and claimed that the car came back from bmw with no check engine !!! And now it’s not his problem because he did the body work and I need to take my car and deal with it myself . I called the bmw guy and he told me it might cost $4900 out of pocket and he said the car had check engine when he brought it to them that they tried to fix, bmw technician said it might be from the accident that something is messing up with the fusing but they are not sure and they need to open the engine to figure it out .Anyways chuck said You can’t prove that it was from the accident and now it’s not his problem anymore . Idk what they did to my car but they screwed me over and I had to trade in the car so I won’t lose more money. Won’t recommend them to anyone anymore . Take your car to bmw or any dealer so they get it fixed right . A lot of people that I know know them and they just lost all of us as customers.

Weve had our rear bumper replaced twice at A&L, and both times left us highly impressed. They worked hard to make sure the parts they put on were of the highest standard, and left the car looking like new. While the wait times may be a bit longer than those at other shops, the quality is well worth it.

These guys are simply the best. I got a scratch on my new car and found A & L on Google. I called and spoke to Val he told me to bring it in. When I got there, I met with his brother Chuck who explained that it would be between $30 and $50 to fix 9if it could be buffed out). Chuck really took care of me. It was a busy Monday morning yet he took the time to chat with me while Angel worked on buffing out the scratch. When Angel was done, it looked like new. I wanted to pay Chuck $50 because Angel had spent about 45 minutes on my car, and because I was so thrilled with the result but he would only take $40. DO NOT hesitate to bring your car to these guys, you will not be disappointed!

I came there to get a tire mounted. When the “tire guy” was pulling my car up onto a ramp to get a jack underneath, the bumper was ripped off. I wasn’t told of this and saw it when i got home. I called back and they told me to bring it in. I had the pleasure of speaking to some vape god who had ZERO customer service and claimed the car came in like that. After making a post on Instagram I was blocked by A&L.I’d literally go ANYWHERE but here.Stay far away.

They did a flawless, no-damage job mounting new tires to my RAYS rims. They use Hunter equipment with a roadforce balancer.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Ive been there twice in the past few months (allow me to explain before judging me, lol.)First visit: Driving down the highway, and another vehicle hit a large piece of debris from a prior accident, and catapulted it into my passenger door (I have a Subaru BRZ), which left a 4-5 gash in the paint, but no dent.) Brought my car to A&L to get it repaired. Dropped off Monday, picked up Wednesday. They were very careful when sanding the door, and working the various layers back up, which allowed them to contain the repair to the door itself, and not needing to blend other panels. I expected to be able to tell that the door was repainted at least in bright, direct sunlight (my car is World Rally Blue), as Im a perfectionist and would notice even the slightest difference. I cant. Even on a perfectly clear day with the sun shining as brightly as ever, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to tell that anything was done.Second visit: An idiot woman in a parking lot parked over the line, and slammed her minivan door into my car hard enough to leave a big vertical crease about 2-3 back from the leading edge of the DRIVERS door. Back to A&L I went. They have an PDR guy there. The dent was in a very difficult location, so they had to take my door off the car. I was completely expecting to still be able to see a hint of the crease once he was done, but a few hours later I had my car back and once again I literally cant tell there was ever a problem. While I was there they were also kind enough to pull the TPMS sensors out of another set of wheels I had, and replace them with regular valve stems for a hilariously small fee, AND they patched one of my tires that had a nail in it. Then when I asked if they minded if I swapped my two rear tires back onto the car in the lot, they wheeled a floor jack over to my car in their work area, and helped me swap the wheels right there.Absolutely fantastic people. Very friendly, very down-to-earth, very reasonable, and VERY good work. I have been recommending people go there left and right now. They are not the cheapest shop, but if you want your car to look perfect once it leaves, look no further. I live in Evanston, but I will continue to go to them (hopefully a bit less frequently) as long as I live in the Chicago area.

These guys did parts install and serviced my car with various flushes and even walnut blasting my BMW N54. The owner Anthony is awesome to deal with and is very flexible with you. They did fantastic job in my aftermarket/OEM parts install such as FMIC, downpipes, exhaust and even Euro headlight swap. Even fixed the headlights that came faulty from vendor. They also have a BMW specialist that services all areas including walnut blasting intake valves. Even had my bodykit installed and painted there. Perfect job, no fade. I will definately continue to service all my future CPOs at A&L.
