I am grateful to Jeff for his professionalism. Two weeks ago someone broke the mirror of the car from the drivers side. When I arrived at Leader Collision Center he gave me a good price to replace the new mirror. The service was great, I didn’t have to wait long. Jeff listened to my other problems with the car, since before that no one could find the reason why the signal light would not turn on. In seconds he examined the headlights and and saw an overheated light bulb, which was immediately changed. I was very pleased with his services and highly recommend him.

My Hyundai needed body work following an accident. It was paid by the insurance company for the person who hit me. From the start Jeff relieved my fears of arguing with the insurance company about the settlement and about the quality of work. My SUV had extensive damage as a result of being hit by another vehicle. Jeff was so helpful from the day I brought the car in to the day I picked it up. He arranged for a loaner vehicle comparable to the one I owned and worked directly with the insurance company to make sure that quality parts were used for the repairs. The manager Jeff is AMAZING to work with. He has provided the best client service I have ever received. I was 23 weeks pregnant and got into a car accident. Dealing with the insurance provider for the person that hit me was/ is a nightmare. Jeff has been so helpful dealing with them and being an advocate for me through this whole process. There was a major delay in processing a claim due to the insurance provider (Allstate) and my car sat in the shop for two months taking up space. Jeff persistently followed up with the insurance provider and always had my back/ kept me informed. He even provided a free detail to my car because I was without my car for two months.
