I found a vehicle from this dealership through Auto Trader. The price listed on auto trader was $175,200. It was also listed at this price on Mercedes Benz of Oxnard’s website. When I reached out to inquire about the vehicle, the person who emailed me back said that the listed price is now 305,000 because there is a premium on the vehicle. A $130,000 premium!!! Wow! This unfortunately is the classic bait and switch and it’s unethical advertising and representation. Good luck to all those who choose to do business with these people!

So me and my wife went out car hunting and found this bright orange Corvette at the Mercedes dealership. Are salesman was Mario Lopez... Not the actor. He was super friendly and helpful but more importantly he was not pushy like we experienced at some other dealerships. He made the process enjoyable. Thanks again Mario for your help.

Give them a call! And speak with Dre. Since the moment of getting on the phone with him, he went above and beyond to make sure I was in a car that I wanted, and that was in my price range. I was give such VIP treatment and didn’t feel like I was being scammed, which is usually the feeling I get whenever I walk into a car dealership. I also wasn’t rushed and that really helped me decide what I want to get. They put me in an excellent car that was definitely and upgrade and they also gave me a great appraisal that I really was not expecting. Thank you so much Dre. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I saw an Ad online for a carI called them and made them an offer and their respond was : sure, come on overAnd when we got to the place and try to start the process, they told me that they dont honor the offerI was told by Manager ( Reza) : the sales rep doesnt know anything and also I was told that price is Firm and they wont even drop a dollarThey use the online marketing to take the customers inOnce youre there, everything changesDont trust their online marketingI dove over an hour and wasted my time.I dont recommend them to anyoneTerrible customer service from the Manager.you guys wasted my time and were dishonest and unprofessional.You guys lost a cash Buyer, the only resolution here really is to train your crew not to lie to people trying to sell a car.

Save yourself time and effort. Sales person in the commercial side was not helpful, not responsive, and arrogant. I can only imagine it comes from the top down. Internet has changed the shopping experience and it appears they are not willing to change with the times. However, customer service skills has nothing to do with the internet. Some have it... and some just dont. This place does NOT!

I ordered a sprinter from Jerry Dallaire. Im particular about my cars and I almost always pre order them to get all the options that I want. On the day that van arrived at the dealership (six months after my order) I was informed that they were going to charge me a 10k premium over the MSRP. This was after I had specifically asked about the price much earlier and all I got in response was a email with the build sheet with MSRP on it. They also wanted me to pay for a $800 dealer ad on paint protection product that they had applied without my asking. These guys are as sleazy as they come and very un professional.

I unfortunately purchased a mercedes benz from this dealership. There was two small dents which Stephen Dunkle and the sales person Landon Stern stated they will correct. When i picked up the car i purchased the dents were even more apparent. The job looked horrible and extremely unprofessional. The ?? general manager Homayoun Keshavarzi was extremely rude and unapologetic. I am very surprised he is a manager at a Merdeces Dealership or that this is even a Mercedes dearlership because it lacks all standards of the name Mercedes Benz Dealer. I have purchased numerous cars from mercedes benz dealers and worked with many sales agents but I never had a such bad experience. Do NOT trust this dealership.Follow up- a lady names Carmela Moran was contacted and stated She represents the Geico family, and the customer service manager for Greico family, provided zero help and before hanging up the phone. Do not trust anyone with this dealership. They should never be trusted with the Mercedes brand name. At this point i have to contact the insurance representative for this dealership!

My wife made an online appointment through the Oxnard MB site, and when we took her car in for her appointment, a service rep said that our appointment wasnt in their system. We showed an email confirmation of the appointment, but they still insisted that they couldnt find the appointment. Called MBrace and they mentioned to check the site where we made the appointment to make sure it wasnt from the Mercedes website itself. We confirmed it was from the actual MB Oxnard website that the appointment was made. How can a luxury car dealership have missing appointment from their own website?? Made appointments on Toyotas and Lexus website with NO issues at all!! This Mercedes dealership doesnt have good customer relations according to the reviews.And with todays experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership in Oxnard at ALL!!

My family and I had a horrible experience in this dealership and I do not recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, their employees actions is causing this business to loose potential customers and money. We went there with cash and credit approval in hand to purchase a vehicle. We were lied to and treated extremely poorly. The pre-owned sales manager, Barry Riudn is extremely arrogant, acting as if he owned the place and somehow doing us a favor. The situation we encountered in this dealership was very upsetting and serious, I cannot share details of it because of the severity of it.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned C300 Coup. Salesman told me it had Apple Carplay. It does not. He then said they had an accessory in Parts Dept that could add it (Parts dept was closed, it was Sunday). He said he would contact me Monday.The Finance manager told me There is a Disc they add....Now it is Thursday - Still no resolution. There is No Part, There is No Disc . I have had multiple promises of call backs that do not materialize.MB Oxnards website says Grieco Automotive Group is a family business thats dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction Really?!!I am not asking for anything for free, I just want it sorting out. There are after market products available that add this functionality, they could easily get one of these and fit it.But I cant even get a phonecall back.I will let you make your own mind up whether you want to shop here.

Brought my fiances car in for B1 Service. They recommended changing the spark plugs which I initially agreed to. I called back to the garage 30 minutes later to cancel the spark plugs because they wanted to charge me $610 to change spark plugs and I found another MB certified garage that would do it for $250. I called back and left 2 separate voice mails asking to cancel the service - i called several other times and they never answered the phone. They never called me back and supposedly never heard the messages which I believe is a lie. I voiced my frustration to a manager who said they would match the written quote of $250. Once I provided it they changed their mind and offered me a $100 gift card instead. I declined as I will never return to this dishonest establishment. There are so many other service repair shops that are better and 70% cheaper and honest. This place just takes your money and recommends services to get their commission. Stay away.

It was my second time leasing another vehicle & he was super rude to me & I felt that he was bias that we choose to come here and lease a vehicle due to our credit score? Let me tell you we have 700+ range credit score. Forgot his name, anyways, his still currently working there and I did not enjoy my experience here whatsoever!

This review is long overdue...Great experience purchasing my 2018 Sprinter van last July. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I wasnt sure what to expect. I visited other Benz dealerships but once the salesmen knew I was interested in a Sprinter van, they werent too interested in helping out.I eventually went to the Oxnard dealership and was allowed to test drive a van the same day. Jerry (salesman) gave me his card and told me to think it over, no pressure. We set up a meeting the very next day, worked out a deal, and got all the paperwork done within a few hours. A few months later when a DMV registration fee issue came up, Mike, the finance manager (I think), got everything cleared up and sent me a check to cover the registration fees. I was very impressed with both Jerry and Mikes professionalism and efficiency. 5 stars and would definitely come back to purchase another Benz!

I was a vendor here at this Mercedes store and this rating is exactly how everybody is saying on here about how they conduct themselves and really not caring if they screw someone over, they’re rude they don’t care about the community and they don’t respond at ALL . I was a vendor for about six months and this dealership called us in because they heard about our work (in buisness for 24 yrs) and wenever had any problems with any cars thatwe did for them of dent work until the last week we were there. That being said the last week that we were there we did 4 vehicles they were turned into the manager he signed off that they looked great I even have a text message saying that from him as well, well three days after we finished the vehicles the manager called us stating there was issues? So we are a mobile service we told him that we could not be down there till 2 days after because we where about 30 to 40 mile away. Well we actually went the following day and the manager said he sent all 4 vehicles out to get repaired? These vehicles had been done by two other companies before we got it in our hands which we knew and decided that there was not going to be any problems with the work. We asked if we could go see it at the other shops they said no we believe that the vehicles got sold and they just didn’t want to pay us, we told The manager that we would give them a price break on the ticket, we sent our invoices in and as of six months today we still have not gotten paid close to $2000 and we have tried numerous times to contact Greico management on east coast and the owner and head of used cars operations on their East Coast with no call no emails returned. Exactly like how all of these reviews must be fake because me and my company have seen exactly what the one star reviews have been saying and for a Mercedes dealership they should hold their standards highly especially how they conduct themselves to a higher manner instead of like a used car lot on a corner somewhere because that’s how they act!! So next I will probably get an automated reply saying sorry about my experience but all it is is an automatic reply and that’s it buyers be aware because if they do this to their vendors or their employees they will definitely do it to the community trying to buy vehicles!! I guess we will take our loss and if Managment would like to see my proof I would be more than happy to show the community and management my signed tickets and text messages and pictures of the vehicle and once I do that there will be six months of service fees for the checks you guys owe for me showing you all again !

I had my vehicle towed to this dealership after it completely stalled on me while driving in the rain. Upon arrival to the dealership they mentioned it would take a couple days to give me an update on my vehicle due to inspection time, etc. I was contacted the day after and I was told that my vehicle would not be covered under warranty and I was advised to seek other alternatives.This is a 2019 E450 Mercedes Benz with only 6,000 miles and Ive only had this vehicle for 6 months. I asked to speak to the Mercedes Benz service supervisor and he insisted that the vehicle had water damage that Mercedes Benz warranty would not cover. Yes, I was driving in the rain but never did I purposely put my vehicle or myself in a risk of danger/malfunction. There was no outside influence that intentionally damaged my vehicle. Yes, it was raining and I was driving my routine drive home when my vehicle completely stalled on me. I felt dismissed when speaking to personnel at Mercedes of Oxnard and I did not feel assisted at all. By far the worst experience of my life. Theres a reason why people pay so much money for these vehicles, for the peace of mind and for the luxury that comes with these type of vehicles. I fell in love with my Mercedes and the brand itself, but I do not feel supported nor alleviated.

I bought a 1 year old 8,000 mile Chevy Express from Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard only to find when I got it home that it had been poorly repainted in several areas, with obvious masking lines and paint over-spray onto plastic trim pieces. I was extremely disappointed that they would sell a car like this. It had a clean CarFax report and they made no mention to me that it had been repainted. I expected better from a Mercedes dealer. When I brought it back to them to discuss the issue the sales rep I spoke to was extremely dismissive and simply said Yeah that can happen and didnt even offer to look at the vehicle or offer any help of any kind. Dont buy a used car from Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard! They sell 2nd rate cars!

We had a great experience with Mercedes Benz of Oxnard. We talked with Tracy over the phone many times. Because she was so helpful in answering all our questions and even sending us emails, we decided to drive over 80 miles to the dealership. We were not disappointed; the dealership was impressive. We met Tracy and she was polite and not pushy at all. Heather in finance was cheerful which made the overall experience even better. We purchased a car after feeling well informed and satisfied with our choice. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Oxnard and thumbs up on their sales and support team.

Impressed would be the wrong word. I have purchased over 20 new vehicles from as many dealers. My sales person Tracy, and the team at Mercedes-Benz in Oxnard truly was the most professional car buying experience Ive ever had. I found the vehicle that I was looking for online, a 4x4 Sprinter. That vehicle is in super high demand. The color and package is hard to find, yet they reserved it with only $250 and held it for almost a week while I sorted out my logistics issues(I live 150 miles away). Upon arrival it was fueled washed and ready to go! In addition to that, the finance department at Mercedes-Benz got me a great interest rate (1%) with far less out-of-pocket than I was expecting... they even worked in an upside down trade! I cant say enough. If you are reading these reviews for the sake of deciding with whom you will do business... put down the dumb mouse, go get in your car, and go talk to Tracy at Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard, you will be thrilled you did.Josh Richards

I needed a new key fob for my Sprinter so I went to Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard. Barry, the Assistant Service Manager, was very helpful with getting the key programmed as well as he noted there were two recalls on my vehicle. He was then able to have the Sprinter fixed at that time. I also appreciated the service team taking a look over my vehicle and letting me know what would need servicing in the future. The price for a new key fob and programming was expensive but based on my research that seemed standard across dealerships.

Mercedes Benz of Oxnard is hands down one of the best Mercedes dealerships in California. I contacted the dealership about leasing a Mercedes in the morning and by the afternoon I was driving my car. Edward was the associate that helped me out, and I can say he is one of the best sales associates I have ever come across (I have been leasing my car from Mercedes for 6 years). Not sure how they sleep at night. I was grieving the loss of my step mom and dad and realizing my mom is all I have left I wanted to buy her a Mercedes as a gift. I was getting over the flu as well so probably not the best time to be making financial decisions, but I was flying home in a couple of days. Roy was our salesman, whom we discussed all the features we wanted. He said he found a match in No CA and would deliver the car to my moms home when it arrived. So we did the paperwork as well as traded in my moms car. I thought I was buying a $54,000 C300 and really he was selling me a $43,000 C300. When we realized the car had nothing we asked for I wound up playing several weeks of phone tag, I even tried reaching out to Andy Kobeissi the GM, he wouldnt acknowledge emails or phone calls. We finally found the window sticker in the glove box crumbled up and the price of the vehicle was ripped off. They will not unwind the car to allow me to purchase the car I really thought I was buying and are holding me hostage to a vehicle they thought I should have and not the vehicle I thought I was buying. Beware of these scam artist who have the nerve to say youre part of their family!!

Phil (van/commercial sales) is great. He is quite knowledgeable about sprinter vans as well as all types of upfitting and conversion. He was very helpful and made the purchase a straightforward process. They had quite a good selection of vans on the lot as well as being willing to work to find one if needed. (Ultimately one of the crew vans on the lot was just what I was looking for) Finance was also painless to deal with making the whole experience simple to get through. I can certainly recommend MB of Oxnard.

I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard, there’s staff were all wonderful and pleasant to talk to… I went to take my car to get his it’s one year service and I was greeted by all the staff members at the service department, especially Barry Taylor the manager, he explained everything to me about my car and when it would be ready. He also offered me a ride home and one of the shuttles or a loaner car, so that I don’t have to miss any work, I use the loaner car which was also a new beautiful Mercedes like mine and I was able to use it Until the end of the day. This my first Mercedes and Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard was professional from start to finish - a real joy! A life long Toyota owner of 32 years this was my first departure from that brand (really, 32 years!) and I know MB was the perfect make, I found that Oxnard was the perfect dealer to buy from.Oxnard’s website was easy and intuitive, a real blessing, as it enabled me to drill down to the right car. My car buying experience was positive before I ever stepped onto the lot. When I arrived at the dealer Alfredo Deleon greeted us and it kept getting better. Unlike other car sales experiences Alfredo was patient - most are not. He was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in (2014 E350 Sedan CPO) and took time to understand my requirements ensuring my needs were met. They were, 100%. The negotiation, financing and sale all went smoothly and I appreciated that Barry Taylor stayed after to ensure we got all the details covered before I took my 350 home that night. As soon as I arrived at the dealership for service on my E350, I was greeted by very helpful and courteous staff. The service representative discussed the necessary service and service options. He was very thorough and even advised me on some specials that would save me money. This worked out better for me in terms of overall service and cost savings. In addition, the service representative had the loaner car there waiting for me and there were no delays getting the paperwork done. I really appreciate the service team at this dealership. I don’t feel like I am getting the run-around when I go there to get service done. I would definitely refer family and friends to this dealership.

My lease finished this month and returned the car in perfect condition after a few weeks received a statement saying that the tires needed to be replaced over $1500 charge ridiculous. I talked to the General Manager very disrespectful and rude.He didnt bother to assist only way he said he couldve helped was if I had leased another car. I purchased a warranty for wear and tear but since it is not Autonation any longer nothing he could do. This guy was talking over me and actually insulting me over the phone.

After visiting a half dozen other MB dealerships, I was prepared to be treated like a second class citizen by the Oxnard MB but was more than pleasantly surprised when Andi walked up. He was extremely friendly, asked what we were looking for and at what price...then proceeded to talk me down from there. Long story short, he closed the deal that day (which is his goal) at a price that made us very happy. I wish they had more electric cars to choose from but if youre going to buy an MB, this is the place to do it. Full staff was very helpful and very different from every other MB dealership we visited. Highly recommend.

Really great. Identified car we wanted on line. Called the dealership and they made everything happen without having to come to Oxnard. All the paperwork was done on line. The best part they even delivered the car all the way from Oxnard to Orange County.Tracy Obermeir was great!!! Made the whole experience a pleasure. Phil Rush is extremely knowledgeable, many years of experience with these vehicles, yet at the same time very low key. Ultimately I ended up with the van I was looking for .I dealt with the sales managers directly. They acted as if they could have cared less if I bought something or not . The two sales people they introduced to me to help the process were absolutely the most uneducated about the product I was buying it was pathetic. I called after my purchase to talk with the “concierge” Who was supposed to be the most knowledgeable, it was the receptionist looking up stuff on you tube . Far from world class service. Just being honest .I have had many cars over the years, and the most recent purchase I was treated far better, and there staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They actually sent someone to my house that was very educated about the car I bought, and they went over everything I wanted them to go over .I really did not want to write this review because I feel it’s important to be honest, which I am . The problem is I received and email every day asking me about my experience. Well here it is, and this review was not intended to be disrespectful for the service I got . My Sales guy, Phil Rush, is to be commended for always promptly returning phone calls and texts or emails. Beyond that he exhibited good technical competency and was willing to work with me on price in a reasonable fashion. The finance guy there, Barry, was also very easy to work with and had a good sense of humor. In the meantime, a couple of minor issues have popped up with my purchase and it appears that the dealer is willing to work with me on solving those.

They are very accommodating when you spend your money. However, customer service in my experience was poor. The vehicle I purchased had to be returned because the inspection was not done before they sold it to me. When I took it back for repair, the car stayed in the shop with out repair for at least two weeks. I was never offered a rent a car they did not even seen to care when I asked about it. As the other person below wrote in their review, I totally agree with them. If you want great service do not go to this dealership. Thousand Oaks Mercedes dealership is the place to go. When you provide poor service, this is the kind of review you receive.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the team here .My experience actually began at another Mercedes location ; I was quoted prices that I thought were a bit excessive . A friend of mind who had come to this dealership told me to give Edward a call. So I did and boy it was clearly the better choice .I sent him what the other dealership quoted and he laughed at it . Bought a car from this dealership and they messed up the oil change, causing the car to have an oil leak. A 2019 vehicle with only 20k miles on it. Very disappointed.Follow-up. Be careful when purchasing a used car here. I had my Veloster looked at in the week after purchasing and found that there was damage to the skid plate, wheel well and carriage near the front bumper. Hyundai quoted $1500 to complete the repairs.Tracy told me that the car had been to Hyundai and had received a clean bill of health yet the General Manager told me the car had never been to Hyundai and they were completely unaware of the problem.They were not willing to take responsibility for the repairs as by the time I heard back from them, I had technically passed the evaluation period. Be warned that they may not disclose all problems with their vehicles and may not be accommodating or responsive after the sale.
