Talk about going above and beyond! Yesterday my daughter bought her first car from DCH Toyota of Oxnard after doing all of the research. She purchased a used Honda Fit which had all of the features she wanted including the radio with Bluetooth. When she went to use the radio, it asked for a code and No one at Toyota Dealer knew what to do, so the suggested that we go to the Honda dealership to see if they could help reset the radio. Their sales team was meeting outside and we asked if anyone could help. If I could tell you how amazing the whole team was trying to get the codes to assist us. Before we knew it, the General Manager, Service manager and the Sales manager were helping us to reset the code. They were even able to pull up the cars data and look at the model number of the radio which was not the original radio. It had been changed out. We were so grateful to the employees who assisted us. We can at least tell Honda to see if there is another radio we can use in the car. Between My entire family, we have own 7 Honda’s and they have been great vehicles. Our daughter will continue the Honda tradition. My next car will be purchased at your dealership even if I have to drive from Temecula to Oxnard!!

From the moment I stepped out of my old car, I was met by Christian. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and we went from there. We test drove a 2022 Honda Civic, Christian patiently answered all my questions. Arrived back at the dealership and I said let’s do it. I have spent several days looking at multiple Honda dealerships searching for the car I was looking for and was disappointed in the service with some of them and misleading information. I was doing some online searching and found the car I wanted 2022 Honda Odyssey Touring in Silver with Mocha Inferior at Honda of Oxnard. I was able to speak with Cynthia Sosa who followed through on everything she said. She was honest and professional through the entire process. Always answered her phone and. Ever acted bothered by any of my questions. She is a true helpful Honda person. She verified and held the car as soon as I called. Walked me through the remote finance application process and got me a phenomenal deal. My family drove 2.5 hours to this dealership because of her exceptional assistance and purchased the car today. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wants to be treated with respect and not be yanked around. Thank you Cynthia you made the difference. Also side note this dealership does not over pre-load there cars with accessories you don’t need. If you need a Honda and who doesn’t it’s worth the drive.

If I can give the dealership zero stars I would but I dont have that option.My family traveled out of town over two hours to go look at a car and was ready to purchase. But they decided not to disclose that they were marking the car up an additional six thousand dollars until we got there. They didnt say a word about it over the phone. And wouldnt sell it without all the add ons. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.

A few days ago, I was in a panic. My 2019 accord was leaving me stranded. I don’t have access to a 2nd car. I work in Thousand Oaks. I got a loaner for a few days, but needed my car fixed ASAP. I called DCH for service. They had no appointments for a week, no loaner even though they had promised one with the warranty package. Worst they showed no sympathy or empathy to my situation. They basically told me if I took it in without an appointment it would probably sit there for a week.. oh well! Up to this point, I had received good service. After this experience I will probably never purchase from DCH again.

I had a very positive experience at DCH Honda. My sales rep. Cynthia Sosa was amazing. I had called earlier in the day to inquire about two specific vehicles that I saw online. When I arrived, both cars were set up next to each other so I could review their features side by side. When I chose the vehicle I was interested in, we took it for a test drive out on nearby roads. We went into the Honda Oxnard Dealer, to purchase a Honda CRV Hybrid two days ago but the sales guy convinced us we needed a Honda Passport which is a V6 avg gas mileage 15mi per gallon. My wife was the purchaser who now doesnt drive her new car due the gas mileage. We called to see if we can return the new car after two days and 50 miles on it, they told us we would have pay 20% depreciation. I FEEL LIKE WE WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE, my wife has been crying

It was a Friday afternoon, I entered into DCH Honda to check-out a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle. Within a few seconds of entering the showroom I was greeted by Cynthia Sosa. Recently I went to DCH Honda of Oxnard to look around at mini suvs. I was going in open minded because I was looking to trade in my 2014 Chevy Malibu and was upside down. I owed a balance of $9200 and after test driving the 2021 Crv I knew for sure I wanted it but wanted to explore my options as I was also interested in a rav 4 and Subaru Forester. I went to Carmax to get my car appraised to get an idea and they offered me $6500 so I though ehh okay. I went back to Honda and was greeted by Francisco and Betty once more and I told them let’s get my car appraised and see about the crv. I was so pleased I could cry when they showed me the numbers. I was offered $8103 abs with my down payment I was no longer upside down. The service there was exceptional, even during the finance process I was really impressed with all that is included in my loan. I’m so happy I went with my gut. IT TRULY FELT LIKE A HAPPY HONDA DAYS EXPERIENCE. You have an incredible and friendly team here and will not be disappointed.

Our first visit to this Dealership for routine maintenance. A little disappointed that they dont have a car wash after the service of the car.The service WAS done in a timely fashion as promised. Tire pressure was poorly set,varied from 36-39psi,s/b35psi.

Worst customer service ever gave it 1 star because required in orded to post. But honestly my rating is zero stars to this place.Went into speak to Bryan auto service manager. To inquire about car service he responded to me by yelling. He told me that he hoped I was not there to ask him for anything. Because I was not gonna get anything out of him. Excuses me but as far as I know what ever I have from your dealer has come out of my pocket. Hes way over unprofessional. Never purchasing from them again by fiance is looking into purchasing a vehicle and I will make sure its not from DCH Honda of Oxnard. Also this dealer didnt even give me an opportunity to choose a vehicle. They choose it for me. I requested to see other vehicles and was denied to me. My mistake should have never purchased that vehicle. But its ok and id like to appreciate Bryan auto service manager for treating me so poorly cause. I will never in my life purchase a vehicle from this dealer nor my friends or relatives.I will make sure they dont. Also the car that was sold to me was not in very good conditions. As the right rear view mirror in my car is broken ever since they sold it to me.

Ive been with honda for a long time and the finance department isnt really there to help you they just add fees that arent even worth it. Dont recommend you get the honda care. especially if u have a three year lease you wont need it that often and you will still have to for it once your miles are up. they dont care

I chose the EX-L trim, after Jose explained all the differences between the LX, EX and EX-L. I was able to quickly go through each trim and see the advantages, and then took a test drive. Once I made my decision we sat down and worked out the price--and it was fair and easy to understand. I didnt feel pressured or rushed, and the process was transparent. DCH Honda of Oxnard, their service center was not very friendly or respectful I understand they were busy and I came without an appointment, but I had low tire pressure, with possibly a nail in my tire and wanted to get it checked out before I drove 2 1/2 hours back home. They seemed to not care and their customer service was not very friendly.

This review is for Claudia in the Internet Sales Department, The most unprofessional sales person I have ever met.. We didn’t do much of negotiating because she totally ghosted me after telling her we would be paying cash for the car, she never responded or answered the phone again. We still ended up buying the car, but thru another salesperson at DCH. This isn’t a person you want to work with.

As a first time car buyer Daniel & Jose could not have made the process easier for me! Stress free, patient with questions, kind, and genuine. Really appreciated all that they did to go the extra mile!

I took my 68 year old mother who walks with a cane to this dealership. She set up an appointment for 1:00pm on a Saturday to buy a car. When we arrived the person she had the appointment with was not there. She was asked to take a seat on a high chair that she could not physically get up in to. Another dealer told her that they had no 2020 Honda CR-Vs in stock, despite the fact that there were 8 listed on their inventory online. We waited, standing, for twenty minutes and decided that since they were trying to bait and switch us, and that they couldnt care for their customers, or make appointments that they had set that we wouldnt be giving them our business.Bait and switch. Its illegal.Dont give these dirtbags your business.

We had a great experience buying my daughters new Honda HR-V with Daniel at DCH Honda of Oxnard after my husband who had a good experience buying one of his Hondas there a few years ago recommended we look there. We had gotten a quote online and when we got there not only did Daniel honor the quote but it was dropped even lower with a loyalty discount. Daniel has an easy style even with Covid 19 protocols. We never felt pressured with high sales techniques. It was the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had.

Just careful people with the service here, I went to have my LED lights replaced and then my car starts leaking water, they advised that the hose was worn out due the motor vibrations but the hose seems like was smatched.

The sales and finance staff were fantastic! They were quick to follow-up when we submitted an offer and overall it was a very easy car-buying experience. Love my new car!

I wasn’t pleased from the start! From the start, the sales person that sold me my car was originally trying to sell me a 2017 car that I never wanted! She said she was going to run my credit to see what I qualified for, meanwhile her supervisor comes back with paperwork to sign; to finance me for the car that she was trying to force on me since I got there. I told the supervisor that I did not want that car, so he told me to keep looking and tell him when I was ready to let him know what car I wanted. I wanted a 2020 Honda, and we signed the paperwork and left. My payment was due the 28th of October, and never was I notified that I had some paperwork missing for the bank to qualify me completely for my loan. I had to keep calling the dealer to get answers. I went in and the supervisor was so rude! His name was Ricardo, if I’m not mistaken, and he the supervisor! He snatched the paperwork out of my hand, because I told him since I had to go through another bank. I wanted another car, given I had to do a whole new deal, since I had to go with other bank with a higher interest rate. I wanted a car I would feel comfortable with the price. He was upset, and said, “you drove this car not us.” He comes back with a bad deal to convince me to stay, and he got more upset because in his word, “I wasn’t letting myself be helped. He tried to give me such a bad deal, and I wasn’t having it, so he told finance to get me out of my contract. I went to the back, and José the finance was helpful and apologized. He was giving me a good deal so I would stay in my original contract, but I wasn’t comfortable doing business with someone who treated me unprofessionally. What a liability for the company! Thank god this happen, and my application never went through completely with the bank. I saved myself so much money. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

Worked with Robert Vizzo, with support from Jose, in their Internet Sales Department. Robert is incredibly courteous, and unlike a lot of car salespeople actually knows a thing or two about cars. He has a great demeanor, took his time to explain the nuances of the vehicle electronics, staged the car and my trade-in so I could get some cool pics. The car buying process is a long one, and Robert V was very helpful. His manager, also Robert, was very good to work with. Pricing on vehicle was great.

Jose Nava was amazing though the whole process of buying a car. He was patient and not overly pushy. He had a positive and upbeat attitude and helped us to be very happy with our new vehicle. We visited several dealerships and this by far was the best experience we had.

I had a great experience. I haggled with other dealers for weeks then sent DCH 2 emails and picked up my new car the next day. They beat all other offers and had much more inventory to choose from.

I was nervous about buying a car during a pandemic. We felt safe, our salesperson was not pushy, clear about his safety measures and the finance manager was easy to work with. No pressure, no mess. There’s been a hiccup with some of the financing but it’s more because I just changed my last name. Happy with my car and my experience.
