They were a life saver being open on a Sunday and taking all comers. Did a great job patching my tire. Very reasonable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to be brought in on a tow truck with our rental car. Being from out of town was very difficult but they went above and beyond to get us a new tire and back on the road, in less than an hour, on a busy Sunday. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!

Had to wait a bit longer than expected, however looks like customer service and safety is first at AV Tire. Even though my tires only needed air; Mundo said I should also do a tire rotation. Before he let me drive away, he test drove it, to make sure all was satisfactory. Fast service getting checked in, the moment you walk in. Since they focus on the major jobs, they didnt help me with my flat tire. I waited for 15 min until I decided to leave....I know, new tires is the good business, then let me know, you dont have time for simple flat tires...

Second time visiting this place. Each time, the staff is polite and work diligently and quickly to get me back on the road. This visit was to fix a screw in my tire. The staff attendee also took time to mark the hole in the spare tire. The ten bucks they charged was very reasonable. Overall, Less than an hour wait time, reasonable cost, great customer service and hard working staff.

I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but I am extremely dependent on them and should probably contribute. This little family own business is doing it right. Other Auto stores should take some notes. I’m currently waiting on my breaks to be changed in the lobby, and the way they speak to their customers is amazing. I’ve been here a few times and have been impressed every time. Danny Alvarez (possibly apart of the family who owns the business) is very passionate and patient with the customers. I feel taken care of, and they are fast at getting me out of here. It’s funny because occasionally you will see people come in with flats of strawberries, and other misc gifts for the owners. Treat your customers with compassion and good work ethic like this business does and the will keep coming back like we do. Great Job AV Tiers :) keep up the good work!!

I went in to get the valve stems for my tires looked at and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were very friendly and helpful the entire time.

Overall service was great ! The mechanics handled my request ASAP and I was pleased. The guy in the front desk on the other hand (white guy with glasses) is untrustworthy of his customers and makes his customers feel targeted. For that reason I don’t think I’ll be going back or recommending av to anyone anymore.

Great service. Good work. Good prices. Very knowledgeable. Once I had a mechanic at another shop recommend work. When I brought it to AV to get the work done, AV said it wasnt required. Sence then almost all my tire, break and suspension work has been with AV.

A great place to buy tires. I will not consider going elsewhere. They have done a few suspension repairs for me as well. And the brakes on one of my vehicles. My experience with AV has been great every time.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Always have great prices on tires. Get there early since they do get busy. Just got new Toyo tires on my Lex 350, couldn’t be happier.

Let me start with saying the service from the desk was fine no issues, but the workers that actually are working on the car do not work on your vehicle properly. They all stop for about 15 minutes and just talk and talk, which would be fine if they continued on working, but they do not. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and it took over 2 hours to do a simple alignment and 4 sets of tire. And they push the Hercules and lionheart brand hard onto customers and they are very generic tires that are a bit overpriced in their shop especially for what tires they are, so if they offer you them try to order different tires and do research on which tires are best for your car because if you dont know anything about tires theyll give you those because the payout is most likely much bigger for them than anything else. I would have not had an issue if they just worked on my vehicle by what they said, but they didnt.

That took me at the last minute and to my surprise a gentleman helping me remembered my brothers truck and him. It was beautiful because my brother passed away!

I took my car to get the my two rear tires replaced which they did but never really told me when it was done. They did point out to me that my left rear wheel was cracked but the reason I’m giving it a two is when I asked them to rotate the wheels but they threw various of excuses why they couldn’t even though the car has a sticker sayings it’s more than possible. Not only that, the paperwork says they rotated and balanced the car, but when I took it to a mechanic they show me how way off it was. Now i have pay a fortune to rotate the tires, align them “again”, and balance them again. I was really hoping all of that was going to be done and fixed there, now I’m second guessing there wheel inspections since they just had the car on floor jacks when they inspect it, unlike the other time where they actually took the tires off to find the crack.

Went in about an hour before closing and got a patch for my tire. The team was very polite, quick, and helpful. One of the guys came up to me and let me know that I’ll need 2 tires soon and gave me a very fair estimate for them. I will be returning and also recommending them to friends.

I have been coming to A&V for years, mostly when my tire goes flat. So they can get you a spare at a great price, and the way they communicate to each other is so professional and efficient.Of course they also do other repairs besides Tires, such as alignment, etc.I highly recommend this shop for all of your tire needs.

Best service in ventura county

Came in for a tire patch this afternoon. I called to check wait times and was pleased to hear there was only a half hour wait compared to the two hour wait I was quoted at the other shops open today. Was actually helped within around twenty minutes, which was great. The prompt service was complimented by the service and price for patching my tire, and the technician even showed me the nail which was causing my leak. Overall I was very satisfied by my experience, and will be trying to come back if/when I need tire work in the future.

Really busy place. I showed up before the after work rush came in. (230) I was 3rd on the list. I waited to have 4 new tires put on for 3 hours. It seemed to me that whenever a easier, quicker job came in they pushed me back on the list. Which is fine a few times. But i waited for 3 hours and watched people come and go again and again. Now i was going to ignore that. I was even going to ignore that the front desk people where pretty short and rude. But then they didnt put the valve caps back on. I didnt notice till I got home. Called them and they said, you didnt say you wanted them back on. What???? I told them they where chrome metal caps. They said, oh yeah we have them then hung up.I understand they are busy but 3 little things is enough for me to never go back. Lots of other option in town. Ill find somewhere else.

I did some extensive price checking and AV tires have the best tire prices in the area. Recommend if you can plan ahead (Have a ride to drop you up/pick you up) as you will have a extendeded waiting time due to the number of other customers at the business as well as the work being done on you car/truck, removing and replacing the tires as well balancing and aligment of your new tires. Every time I have been to AV Tire I have received excellent customer service.

So far so good. Had my Ford expedition and Nissa Altima serviced for there alignment. Ford is driving great, took it out on a family vacay to Anaheim, and Long Beach. The Nissa was still pulling to the right, but the outstanding service here had me bring my vehicle in and took care of it.

Always get good service just that its always packed, even though the guys are always working hard.

If you drive by and see the lot full there is a reason. Its because they offer tires and alignments at good prices. Its best to drop car off and come back when its done. They stay buisy because they doo good work. Hugo and Danny always take care of me and all my friends and family. Thanks for keeping us safe. For all the reviews that complain about tires wearing out fast i have seen it all. Tires can go bad with only 7000 miles. You have to keep up on air pressure and alignments as well as maintiaing suspension components. Any one of these things can kill tires in no time all together your lucky to still be driving. It is not the shops fault maintenance reccomendations are not followed. I do not work here just a mechanic at another shop.

Best price in the 805 along with a solid inventory and skilled help make this the first place you should go when you need new llantas. Fast and fair. Update: So I revisit these guys a few months later with a minor problem and I get the whole thing straighted out, FREE! No grief, no problema, just fixed. Wish I could give them another star. What I will do is make the forty mile trip whenever I need new shoes for the ride.
