Went to this place on a rainy day, no one was in the shop maybe 1 or two cars. The clerk in the front said one of the mechanics went to lunch. 2 hours later still waiting for my vehicle. No offense to the clerk but the mechanics are horrible can’t beleive they took 2 and half hour for an oil change. Won’t be returning to this place, taking my business elsewhere.

Everything was quick easy and the workers here are polite and straightforward with responsiveness. I definitely recommend them for your Car needs!

Relatively new customer here. Just have to say: Excellent service! Ill be coming here from now on any time I have car troubles. Julian and Eric were super helpful and explained everything. I was about to give up on the car, but I decided to bring it here to get a second opinion and its all good now. Ill be going back to get a few minor repairs I decided to skip for now and Ill be driving it for many years to come! I highly recommend Brake Masters!

I don’t know what they did to my car. Took it in to get an oil change. That same day my brakes started making a noise and my car was heating up. Since it’s been one thing after another it says now there’s no oil a month after. Be careful!

Great price for synthetic oil change (aboutt $55..) However, the wait is always long.. approx 2-3 hours..

Scot was awesome. My cars alternator was replaced in a timely manner.

Please do your research on this company before taking in your car. My daughter bought new brakes and rotors for her car (front and rear) and took it into Brake Masters to install. They told her it would be $300. $300 just for labor?! Uh hell no. I rushed over and got the car back. Took it over to Dobs brakes and Auto for half the price.

Thought that there was a law that said auto shops that recycle motor oil must accept old motor oil for recycling otherwise people will just dump their oil somewhere else and nobody wants that.. except brake masters... Master of all things car related except the oil.

These guys have been changing my oil and rotating my tires for almost 3 years now, the price is always 19.99 or less when they give me a coupon.
