The whole process went smoothly and the service man was easy to deal with. No hard sell for extras which I appreciate. Happy with the work done. Same good service given to customer ahead of me.

Ted was very polite and courteous and very professional. He explain things and very easy to deal with. I went there as a walk in and he apologized and explained that the shop is pretty busy at this time but hell get my car done as soon as he can or if I would like to make an appointment for the next day and I said appointment for tomorrow then. I got in the next day a bit early than my appointment and he got me in right away and the guy that did my oil change was really really nice as well.

Ted was a lifesaver and Ted really made me feel like I was not taking advantage of. And besides not having an appointment Ted managed to squeeze me in since I had put too much oil in my chevy equinox 2012. Since I explained to ted Im a UCLA patient he made sure my car was safe for me to travel in!

Ted was very professional and set up my appointment for an oil change. Unfortunately I was late, however Ted promptly got me checked in. I left the car for oil service and was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was ready to be picked up. Thank you to Ted and the entire Meineke staff.

I took advantage of an air conditioning special and my air conditioner is ice cold! They did some little repairs and adjustments also with no addional charge. Very grateful. I always go to Meineke for my maintenance and repair. Dude at the front desk is always really cool and helpful. They don’t overcharge me or tell me I need certain things just to get more money out of. They are really honest about what my truck needs and what it doesn’t.

Very good customer service, knowledge, professional with a relaxed atmosphere and delivery time. If you dont already know whats going on with your vehicle, they check it out and let you know. They give you estimates on the work youll need, then you choose. They also give you info on upcoming repairs that may be needed in the future.Best of all, these guys have knowledge and perform quality work.

This Meineke will rip you off and the owner Richard is fine with it, and watch out for Fat Boy Ted hes a scandalous dishonest person. $400 for brake pads. I bought top of the line ceramic pads and installed them in less than an hour. So they were trying to charge $75 a wheel to install. Trying to take advantage of my daughter is not a good idea. Could cause you a trip to the dentist to get your teeth fixed after a customer knocks them out. People stay away from this Meineke on N Oxnard Blvd and the Meineke in San Luis Obispo. I will be reporting them to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair.

I get a nice, clean, deal. A synthetic blend oil change is about half the price I was offered at Jiffy Lube. I like that I can make an appointment and be done quicker. I inquired about alignment and the advisor suggested that rotating the tires regularly would probably be sufficient. In other words, he passed up the chance to increase the size of my payment.If I could change something, the people who work there would start wearing masks due to the raging pandemic in Ventura County.

My car started to smell burnt when I left after an oil change . I stopped my car and opened th hood .. the tech spilled a lot of oil all over my engine and didn’t bother cleaning it off so I had to . Very poor professionalIsm to leave a customers car full of spilled oil . I will think twice about coming here next time, also noticed no tire rotation although the invoice said it was done .. I know my tires .. leads me to believe most things on their invoice were not done either .. except the oil change ... what a sham

Did not honor the basic oil change promotional price in the Meineke text message I received that morning. Overcharged me by $24.00 and argued with me about the price even when he saw the text message coupon. Took over an hour for oil change even though I had an appointment.

It was solid, nice people good service a bit more expensive than I anticipated... More than the dealership.

Its a very very tiny officer the manager doesnt wear a mask theres no social distancing or standards for wearing a mask in such more quarters. Maybe other Meinekes is a different. I would try maybe another Meineke or if youre in Oxnard and Ventura there are plenty of places that do brakes well, and adhere much better to safety and standards..

I would give no stars if I could. I had an appointment for 2:30 today and when I showed up no one was there. The door was locked and the shop was empty. I called both numbers, the one on Google and the one they told me to call on their voicemail, and no one answered.Luckily, the Ventura location was able to fit me in and they were amazing and professional as always, but if i were you, I wouldnt ever, ever, ever go to the Oxnard location.

My car got an oil change at Meineke, the oil change was completed after an hour and half. A week later, my car started leaking oil from the drain plug. I returned to the shop to get the leak fixed, the mechanic made some adjustments to make the leak stop. My car kept leaking oil, I went to a different shop and got the drain plug replaced.

Im very skeptical about who works on my cars however from the moment I walked in to the moment my car was delivered I felt confident about the quality of this shop. I got a great price on the work done as well as an unprecedented turn around time that solidified the whole experience. Great shop!

Lisa was very rude! she proved that most mechanics are scammers and that this place is not a professional true fix your car place.from the prices to the labor to the time total of estimation that was said was terrible luckily I knew a little about cars so they could not get over me and overcharge me like they do most of their customers.a $350 dollar job they assured me of that my vehicle needed turned to out to be 32 dollars thankfully of my little knowledge and know how of cars saved me over $300 dollars of unnecessary work being done.bottom line is that the new employees there are doing a very poor job in customer service and just good human decency for others I will never bring my vehicle there again and I strongly suggest that you should not bring your vehicle there unless you want to be overpriced and lied to.never again!

I went to two Meineke Car Care Centers one in Ventura and the other in Oxnard and both refused the Veterans Day free oil change offer posted on line stating that all locations were going to be offering this promotion special. I was very disappointed.

We lived in the area for a few months and visited this location three times - for oil change and battery change for all our vehicles. Richard and Rico provided great customer service and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Under new management and Rico is an awesome manager! He truly respects and values his customers whether youre male or female. He will explain everything to you and will not make you feel stupid with any questions you may have. Hes very honest, reliable and trustworthy. We had a really bad experience, before Rico was manager, and Rico went above and beyond to make things right. If you ever had a bad experience at this location, give Rico a chance, you wont be disappointed!

Customer service was great just slow service.

Took my Silverado in for an oil change. The guys in the shop noticed my front brakes were low. They took me out and showed me what needed to be replaced and that their 50% off brake promo also came with a lifetime warranty. Perfect for me since I do a lot of towing and brakes dont last too long on my car. Definitely recommend these guys. They will be taking care of everything on my truck from now on.

I set an appointment for 730 am. Got there 7:05 and its already 8:15 and the shop is still close. Called an 800 number and operator doesnt even know if its open for business or not. They shouldhave sent notice instead of advertising and accepting appointment. Good job meineke. Ill never bring my carS here again.

Went to meineke yesterday after calling to verify that they do the uber inspection there, they told me they did so I went and waited over an hour to be told they didnt do the uber inspection at there location. Very disappointed, waste of time, wont be coming back here.

The owner or manager has a lack of working he just wants to demand too much the work instead of him doing it went to the get a inspection and i went in the store and he was sitting down and he said he was tired and he couldnt do it cus he is tired and he was almost going to close and he still had 1 hour before it close and didnt even took long to get the inspection in 10 min they did it in other place

These guys went beyond regular customer service to find me a hens tooth of a tire in size of 265/30-19 to get me back on road to get home.Thank you, Gracias, Kiitos.
