The owner and his mechanics at O K Radiator are top notch. We were in a bind having already spent over $1k with other shops to fix our AC leak unsuccessfully and stopped by for them to re-diagnose our leak while traveling through. Our vehicle is quite large, but they were very accommodating and made room for us to work outsideNot only did they diagnose the leak in minutes (ac condenser leak) they explained the whole system well and ordered and installed a new condenser within just a few hours.We were very thankful for the honesty and their expertise. This is a true AC mechanic shop that knows exactly what they are doing, highly recommended!

Amazing customer service. We were tourists driving through the area with our custom 67 pick up truck when we experienced our rad overheating. This shop came recommended by one of his local customers. We removed the rad ourself and they came to us where we were broken down to pick it up. Brought the rad back to their shop to repair it and then drove it back to us when they were done. We were assured it was repaired well enough for us to reinstall and travel safely back to Canada. We were very impressed with the professionalism and exceptional customer service we experienced. This is a good business! We ran over a Christmas tree on New Years Day and put a hole through the core of our radiator. Ron and his shop had our mini van repaired with a new radiator and front end damage fixed the same day I brought it in. (A holiday). It was half the price I expected. This shop knows vehicles. If you need radiator, heat or air conditioning repair in Ventura county, this is your place!
