Unwilling to help customers when in need. Tried to purchase a set or rotor hats that he stocks and was to told since I dont buy enough volume id have to go through another shop.... Mind you, I purchased the original brakes from Charlie just over a year ago and need replacements now. Looks like I will be knocking off his hats and selling them on my own now. Lost me and my customers business for sure.
