Went today (9/4/21) with a battery bolt issue. I didnt know how to change it. Analyssa was super helpful, customer service superb, and very professional. Dalo from Fremont square employee at AutoZone was also the same way. OReillys on the other hand not very helpful.

Great friendly staff. They were helpful in finding the right parts and fluids for my car. I picked up an intake manifold gasket and some power steering fluid.

Very happy with my recent trip to AutoZone Jose was very helpful. Jose new the meaning of customer service thank you to the staff and especially Jose! I was in and out of there in minutes.

Came in for a battery for 2003 MercedesC320. Paid $200 and asked if they replaced. AfterI had paid theyredpondednodue to year and model. I went to my car and the battery was dead. They had tested at 71%. They couldnt locate their battery jumper so I had to call AAA for assistance. Spent over an hour in parking lot. Should have just had AAA come one the first place.

Needed a starter for my truck & this store was the only one that my particular style of starter I needed in stock. Isaac was super helpful & he held the starter for me until i got there. Definitely recommend this place.

Huge line, right after work got out, kids running around, all the ingredients for a stressful shopping experience. Way better customer service than Oriellys. Never have to wait to find someone that pays attention to their customers. Glad there is finally close to me. I was getting of going to that other zoo for parts. And the other place needs more people with automotive knowledge. I dont care if Auto Zone prices are higher or not. My time is more valuable.

This place lets you borrow a tool for free. They take out a charge when you check it out but they give the money back to you when you return it. Very helpful

Autozone is a nice place to purchase all kinds of nice things for your car. I think they over charge. Maybe Im just cheap. Ill stick with online shopping but go to Autozone if I need something that day. Wish they carried more aftermarket toys for trucks. Lift kits, rims, LED lights etc..

Now I know I love that place they give me the part I needed for cheaper than I expected and then told me that I have a lifetime warranty on the part. AutoZone rocks

I waited several minutes to be served & the clerk was unhelpful. She told me state law prohibited her from going out to my car to help me, but when I went to an OReilly auto parts down the street, they quickly and cheerfully did what I needed.

I went here today and i got rhe best services...they even came out to my car to help me OUT,,very GOOD SERVICE

They sold me the wrong brake pads and when I went back the next day with the receipt they wanted me to come back with the credit card that the item was purchased with,,,I was adding to the cost with the correct parts so no money was going back on the card...Manager told me there was nothing he could do...I called corporate and within minutes I had the correct parts I needed from the beginning.

The counter person was very helpful in trying to find what I needed.

Hours of operation says they close at 9 but they closed at 8pm

I stoped by the Auto Zone on Oxnard Blvd. And received excellent customer service. We had a sudden rain shower this morning and my windshield wipers looked more like shredded rubber bands than wiper blades. I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes I was provided the correct windshield wipers and Veronica the Auto Zone employee instaled the replacment wipers in a couple of minutes.
