This review is for Brian Ellis(?) and Vortech as a whole! I ordered a Carbon Fiber Intake Pipe for my V3 Supercharger through Lethal Performance. I had a last minute issue where I needed to switch the overnight address so that I could sign for it. Lethal and I worked with Brian and he really came through. He was able to pull the package off the truck, and almost wasnt able to get it onto the truck for overnight shipping, but guess what? He got it, and I got my package right on time! Huge shoutout to Brian for getting that tube to me and going above and beyond for me. Also, I love my supercharger, cant wait for more upgrades!!!

Going to manufactures or places where R&D take place is always great. Most people in the car industry are enthusiast, so it makes those trips that much better.

Receptionist super rude talked over me every time I tried to speak and even hung up Phone on me while I was still talking don’t think it was intentional but she was not very attentive or customer service oriented all she cared about was collecting payment from me which I had to point out to her was double the amount that was emailed to me prior to them starting the work..... all in all not happy with the end process and how my order was handled by this person

Ive always loved the vortech company. They have been a pleasure to deal with tech wise, But i purchased a V3 Si kit in may 2016. After a summer of driving the impeller seal had started to leak towards november. Took the car off the road, blower off the car and sent it back january 2017. They fixed it, sent it back to me, and I reinstalled it on the car. I registered the car late may 2017 and drove it until october 2017 until i realized the impeller seal was leaking so bad again that i had to stop using the car. They told me i would have to send it back, and pay $400 to have the same seal installed that failed me twice in a row already and have no warranty on the repair. Obviously theres something seriously wrong with the unit if it has had 2 impeller seals leak in a year of drive time and less than 5000 miles on the blower. I called tech support twice picked their brains and none could offer any assistance other than what i already knew. I know stuff breaks in automotive, but this should have been a good will claim. Ill be replacing the seal myself and then selling it for a Procharger. What a waste of money. Update: I found the oil slinger damaged. No signs of metal flakes in the oil what so ever so im inclined to say it was put back together with a bad slinger when it was rebuilt
