Eric helped us out tremendously today. I switched from AT&T to Verizon and was having issues. Eric had complete patience helping us get our issues resolved. He was very nice and professional. I’m grateful he was there to help!

If I could give this a zero rating I definitely would!!!! This was the absolute worst experience ever. Here’s why. So we’re calling around asking if they have a phone in stock before making the trip bc we are almost an hour and a half away from them. We call them, they say it’s in stock and ask if they can hold it and tell them we will be there by a certain time. We gather up two babies and head that way. We get there at the exact time we told them we would be there. Guess what. That phone we had called about and they said they would hold, they had sold it. So we make a trip for absolutely nothing. And wasted our times. Their only word was “we didn’t know you were coming.” We had called THREE times to make sure.

Kyle and Eric were both excellent. They worked hard to get us taken care of us quickly and efficiently. We appreciated their honesty and the care they showed in their jobs.

The experience was amazing! Heather was spot on, on tranfering my old phone to my new one and Kyle was just a pure joy to be around. There both very knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

Walked in asked about porting numbers was told the closed in 20 minutes. I said I didnt need to be sold anything I knew what phones I wanted and Im capable of transferring everything. Zero help, worst experience Ive ever had. I worked in the mobile business for ten years previously and that attitude would have not flown for us.

Great service but horribly understaffed in the morning. Nobody wants to wait and hr or 2 just for simple service or questions.

Today has been great to say the least, I got a call that said my order was ready for pickup and I go in and immediately was greeted, by Cam he then said it would be a few mins due to system which was perfectly fine! As more customers came in he assured me I’d be waited on once the system was done updating, he then helped others with great customer service! Sharon then helped me as he was helping others she was very professional and I asked if she was the manger she just seemed like she would be, sure enough she was! But it was great being able to talk to her about my job and working with special needs as that hold a great place in my heart! She was very nice and very encouraging! I love the fact that she was aware or special needs and wanting to help in many ways! I also thought what they do for kids with giving back packs and other items is so great, especially since I work in school settings! I never do reviews much but I was so inspired today that I wanted to do this review! So thank you Sharon and Cam! You guys are amazing and your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed especially at this time with everything that’s going on!!! ☺️

Cameron was very professional and kind to us, even when the point of sale system was messed up. He was very personable and patient with our questions. The store manager also went out of her way to help us by driving to another store to get a specific phone we needed. We are quite pleased with the local customer service at the Verizon store on Frederica Street in Owensboro.

Alexis is an exceptional sales rep and got me the phone plan I needed for my son and was able to get the phone he wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She got us in and out in no time.

Drove 45 minutes to get a new phone, waited in line patiently for 1 hour and the lady working wanted to leave so she helped the person behind me in line because she thought their issue wouldn’t take very long. They ended up buying the phone I came there to get and it was the only one in stock. So I went home empty handed and they ordered me a phone. I call them a couple days later to let them know they need to hold the phone a couple more days for me to get out there again and no one called me back. Might switch to AT&T. Terrible costumer service.

I had ported my number over to Verizon several days ago online, but when my phone arrived I could not get any calls or texts or use the data.. after three days on the phone or chat with 3 tiers of technical support and 3 sim cards later, i went in this store and met with Eric. In under 20 minutes he had figured out my problem, had the port pushed through and completed, and I walked out of that store with a fully functioning phone. Thank you Eric for taking the time to look into the root of the problem and resolving my situation!

Went here to order an iPad but the associate Eric made it so effortless I ended up buying 2...his kindness and knowledge of the equipment was very apparent. I would highly recommend him and the store for any Verizon purchases. When he encountered issues with the order system he did what it took to make sure my time was not wasted and quickly did what it took to get the order made. The shipping was exactly as advertised my iPad arrived in 2 days. When I went back I ordered my second iPad and again Eric treated me with true professionalism.
