A little expensive for my note 20 ultra. My screen needed replacing, cost $477 dollars total. I get it, my phones newer. Replaced with brand new Samsung parts as soon as they got it in. They had my phone up and ready in 2 hours. Great people working there. Would recommend

Went to get my phone screen fixed, got it back and with in an hour it started to glitch, freeze, and becoming unresponsive. Anyway broke my phone climes they could not prove they did it. So now I have to get a new phone when I have the money.

Dropped my phone a week ago and it would no longer turn on. Long story short- took my phone to Best Buy in Owensboro where they told me it was completely destroyed and couldn’t recover any of the pictures or anything.As a last ditched effort, I took my phone to CPR. They had it up and running in a few hours with ALL the data and pictures on the phone, good as new.Couldn’t be more thankful!Don’t take your electronic devices anywhere else but CPR!

I guess if you have a REALLY expensive phone they can help. They wanted 150$ to fix the screen on my 170$ phone so not much help for me. But 150 to fix one of those 1000$ ones would be good...

They fixed my iPhone 6 plus a couple months ago... they did fix it. Which is why Im rating 3 stars. It was totally smashed but there was marks left on the screen... like they didnt program it to the iPhone I had. The fingerprint sensor also stopped working after that...

I needed a battery installed on my phone. I was afraid to do it myself for fear of breaking the case. He even said he might break it, so..... I left it anyway. He said about an hour. Service was not so good and didnt have anything in stock for my phone

I had to go back to get a second screen put on because there was a problem with some spots on the LCD. Fixed it very quickly without a problem but I got home & noticed my touchscreen is going in & out of responsiveness. Like it just doesn’t register my touch sometimes, every few minutes or so especially while scrolling. The first screen they placed, although spotted, didn’t have this problem. Not sure how I got 2 screens in a row that aren’t functioning properly (my touchscreen has never had an issue my phone is fine) I’m giving it the night & the work day tomorrow but I will most likely be stopping by again after work if this problem persists. I paid good $ for the screen & I need the touchscreen to work properly and respond to my touch the way it’s supposed to. Currently a bit frustrated.

Had to have my charging port replaced, was told it would take nine days to get the part needed. Part was delayed because of weather but I didnt find that out until I called to ask about it. Was told it would be there between 1/24 thru 1/29, never got a call to say it had arrived. Called back on 1/31 to find out if it had arrived, only to have the phone sat down so they could check. Had to hang up because I was at work and was making call on a break. Could hear people in background listening to radio and talk about questions being asked on a radio station they were listening to. Called back after work to check in again, was told part was there and would take four hours to fix. Was explained to me that it wouldnt be fixed that day, which was fine. Upon arriving at the store, was explained that it might take longer, which also was fine, didnt expect to pick it up until next day after work. Wish I would have checked out my phone when I picked it up. Even though repair was done, there was new damage to my phone. Missing screws, heads of screws broken off, etc. Wish I would have taken the back cover off to look at it.

WOW!!My phone was on the blink (LITERALLY!). It would shut off and come on, on it’s own. AT&T said I’d probably need a new phone and instead of offering to take a look at it, showed me some new phones. My phone isn’t that old so I figured I take it somewhere else and make sure before shelling out a ton of cash. Digital Docs was on my way home for lunch so I dropped in. The tech said he’d check it out and thought it was probably just a warn out battery. 15 minutes later a new battery was installed and away I went! I’m very happy! They saved me $300+!AWESOME PEOPLE AND AWESOME SERVICE!!

Chelis Is the BEST!Excellent Service.My dad is 89 and lives in Owensboro. I live in Houston!My dad got locked out of his iphone 6s. At&t Nor Best Buy could help him!The lady at At&t referred me to CPR. I called and Spoke to Chelis and he knew what to do. I told him my dad would be on the way. Once my dad got there, Chelis helped him immediately! It took about 30 mins but he explained all he was going to do and said it might take a little while.He also let me log in and see if my dads info had been backed up before he started. It had been. Once he was all done, the phone worked perfectly and all information was still there.What an awesome experience!I HIGHLY recommend the services here. Digital Doc offers a 90 day warranty on the parts they replace, and do their best to get most devices repaired on the same day. If you have an issue with anything after your repair, they are more than happy to help you out.

I took it to Geek Squad since I bought it at Best Buy and was told the entire unit would have to be replaced at a cost of $100-150. Brought in my Samsung Galaxy s7 with broken LCD lights and they had it fixed in 10 minutes. Cheap compared to other places in owensboro as well. Overall very nice place!

PSA: Do NOT take your phone to be repaired at this store! CPR Cell Phone Repair 3601 Frederica Street! I took my Samsung S7 to be repaired on October 25th. The phone was in PERFECT condition but the LCD/screen was broken underneath the glass. They agreed to fix my phone for $200. I called the next day on October 26th to ask for an update on my phone. I was told they were having difficulty with it charging and it may cost extra for them to replace the charging port. I told them that the phone should NOT have any issues with it charging because it was barely used before it broke. I refused to pay extra for them to fix something that wasnt broken. They called later and stated that when they put the phone back together they didnt connect the battery all the way. At this point, I already feel like theyre trying to scam me out of more money. So, I pick up the phone on the 26th of October, and it was working just fine. On October 28th, the phone started to develop a tiny blue dot in the top left corner. I called CPR Cell Phone Repair and told them about the issues I was having, and they told me to bring the phone in and they would check it out. I wasnt able to take the phone in immediately due to me being at work, so I was going to hold off until I got off work at 5pm. As the day goes on, I noticed the blue dot was now splattered all over the phone screen with multiple blue dots. A little later, the phone screen has completely blacked out and only a small portion of the screen would flash when the power button was pressed. My mom ended up picking up the phone and taking it into their shop. I called a little later and asked for an update on my phone. I was told they were running some online tests and that they would have an answer tomorrow. On October 29th, they called my mom and told her that the screen was broken and it was my fault that I must have dropped it or sat on it. And in order for it to be repaired for a SECOND time, they would need an additional $125! I REFUSE to fork out anymore money to them so I picked my phone up. After looking at it, I realized that there are cracks underneath the screen and they didnt even bother to seal my phone back, the whole left corner can be moved and lifted up and thats where my issues started! They provide a lifetime warrany but since theyre saying I broke it so its not covered. It does cover damages caused by the technician which I believe is the case here. All I know is I DIDNT break this phone in any way, shape, or form! Instead I have been scammed out of $200 by a company that is supposed to repair phones. Im currently looking for any suggestions on how I can get my phone fixed/or who I can contact considered this company screwed me over. THANKS CPR for being shotty company with shotty employees and screwing me over.

I believe that a fair review with regards to electronics should be made at least six months after service to better gauge the performance of the machine that they allegedly repaired.Expectation: My laptop to have no more issues with the WiFi option completely disappearing after Windows applies the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.Reality: Band-Aid fix ignoring update plus some detrimental performance to my laptop.Summation: Windows update made my WiFi completely disappear from Settings. Had to use ethernet cable to connect to Microsoft Tech Support. They were utterly useless. Took my laptop to this shop to rectify issue.Results: First, they returned my laptop WITHOUT its bag and original power supply. When my mom picked it up, it had someone elses power supply (with the warning FCC text on it completely faded) attached to it, as if implicitly saying, Yeah, we know youre gonna come back for a follow-up because we suck.) We did indeed have to come back to pick up my laptop case and MY power supply, but did not follow up on my laptop because incompetency proved once equals trust destroyed forever: Touchscreen no longer works on my laptop. Headphone jack no longer outputs stereo sound; only the mono (left) channel. Strong evidence that my laptop has been frankensteined. Also, Windows is forever perpetually trying to apply the version 1709 update...but hey! At least my WiFi is still working! Just gotta get interrupted by the Windows Update prompt to remind me in a week every week. Thanks for nothing, Digital Doc!Verdict: I cannot in good conscience recommend Digital Doc for laptop service. Consider frequenting another location or getting a better warranty plan with your next purchase. Very dissatisifed with this business, 0/10, would avoid like Rolling Heights.
