Fantastic service. Eric, I believe his name is, was awesome! Met & greeted us as soon as we walked in. Absolute confidence, firm & to the point. He knew his products. Mixed some humor in. Im a stickler for personality from a clerk. If I could score him, absolutely 150% & HIGHLY recommend him.

Apparently theyre phasing out lg and no longer want to cover there commitment to quality service... Lousy business practice! The employees were excellent young people trying theyre best to be respectful and honest without crossing the business.. my beef is with cricket-i paid for an unlimited service, complained for months with no satisfaction, they said it was the phone, my area, the SIM card-the store cleared it up... Theyre phasing out people, even the ones who kept a card on file and paid the bill every month!

Very friendly and helpful staff, but that cant save them from the horible experience we had. Out of 3 computers the store had only 1 that actually worked. In turn this meant that three staff members were basically unable to help more than one customer at a time. One customer had been in the store for over an hour and a half waiting. We were forced to stay and wait due to the circumstances of needing replacements for three phones. The staff was very apologetic but if you have a business that revolves around computer use management should have been taking more action than they were in the situation.

I love cricket. It has been almost a year since we have had their service and my phone. And I just love everything about cricket.

Cricket has provided excellent service to our family, 7 phones all together, for almost 3 years now, and that without a hitch! In fact, we had good phone plans for almost a year, and when better plan deals rolled down, they gaveem to us as well! Very accomidating and wise help. Theres never a question they dont have the correct answer to. Highly recommended - Oh, GREAT coverage too!

The employees at the store are great, but they are the only thing about Cricket that is great. I have the best plan they offer, and it is like using an old dial-up plan from the 90s. The internet service is so slow that I always end up using my verizon mifi hotspot for internet. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Can’t beat it great phone service good customer service but I will say the phones that are “free are junk but I’d recommend them for anyone you can always buy a phone and then get there service now to clarify you can buy iPhones and androids but out right the third party that helps with getting phones on payments are just rude

The gentleman who helped me was great, unfortunately, the phone that I first wanted, was out of stock. Then tried to sell me another phone which was also out of stock! I think that store needs to be more prepared!

Getting service was so much easier and quicker than both AT&T and Sprint.

The workers are always nice and helpful and answer generally every question someone might have and do everything they can to get the answer if they arent so sure and never let someone leave unsure or in question.
