Experience was amazing. Took my neighbors phone in for screen repair and they fixed it like brand new. Pricing was best around. I feel like theyre really here for the people. They treated me respectfully, like a good neighbor, not like a money tree that they could pick every dollar from just because Im clueless. They beat a competitors price in another part of town by $59 dollars, who also told me they couldnt guarantee the phone was repairable due to it appearing bent. Inspector Gadgets reassured me it was perfectly fine because screen repair came with a new back plate. I truly believe its because they are good people. Thanks inspector gadgets! Youll have my business next time I have a phone or other device needing repair.

Was there to pick up 16 Gb of ram. Sold me a 8gb and 4 gb stick without my knowledge. Because they didnt match pc only utilizes one of them. Fraudsters for sure! Avoid!

I only just dropped off my laptop for repair, so this is really only initial impressions. The guys were nice, both getting involved, and the uber geek seemed thoroughly knowledgeable. He gave me a quote and timeframe that I thought were very reasonable. Well see how they do when I get it back.

Took my phone in last week b/c it stopped making/playing sounds (Iphone 6). They told me to give them 2 hours it would be $20 and they would open it up and check it out but it sounded like a speaker issue. I went back 2 hours later they said it was the speaker issue my phone had been bent and the sound worked again. The next day I realized the sound was still going in and out when I played music or watched/played videos. I took the phone back in and talked to the owner. He went to sounds and it played fine and he said You sure its not working? I said Yeah I said its happening off an on go play a song or a video. Both which played perfectly. He said they couldnt do anything because he couldnt fix a problem that wasnt there. Then he ended up telling me I could leave the phone there and they would open it up again and it sounded like a charging port issue and it would cost $65 for that part. It took about 15 minutes before he even made this comment because he kept telling me there was no problem with my phone. I said no thank you and walked out. That part that cost $65 is actually $6. I also replaced that part myself tonight after watching a youtube video. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to me which is why I will not be returning to this business again.
