This place is great! I worked with both Jamie and Josh in picking out my laptop. This is the first computer type purchase I have made by myself. First, I spent over an hour with Jamie on my initial visit to the store. I explained what I needed my laptop to do and he was able to clearly discuss my options and prices. I was also given a lot of advice forbother items I would need to start my YouTube channel. They did not sell these items at their store but I left there with an increased level of knowledge and confidence that I would be able to make my YouTube dream come true. I returned to the store ready to make my purchase and spent over an hour with Josh. He patiently shopped Amazon with me to line up the other items I would need-sprinkled with lots of tips and sage advice! I felt like I had attended a seminar on basic knowledge about what I specifically wanted my laptop for.Sometimes, in a small city, you think you can not really get what you need, but in this business establishment, I got more than I could have wished for! Feel free to visit this little home town store for your computer, cell phone or related issues. You won’t be sorry and most likely leave there believing in hometown service and care again!! I bought a battery for my cell phone a few weeks ago and went back today because my phone had trouble connecting when I plugged it in to the charger. They cleaned out the charging port and DID NOT charge me. I offered to pay for the service because it was a great help to me but they said “Don’t worry about it.” They have been friendly and knowledgeable each time. I highly recommend this business if you need help with your phone or computer. They also have phones, computers and accessories to sell. Check them out!!

My phone was completely unresponsive to anything I tried so I took it here and worked with Matt. While he worked on my phone, I was provided with a temporary phone so that I would not be without. When I went back for my phone it was up and running! Great service and very nice people.

My Samsung galaxy S20 charge port was broken and went in here to have it replaced, and the guy took one look at it then told me it was just dirty. Right then and there he grabbed his utensil and cleaned it right out in less than 5 minutes and had it working again.Super awesome dude, saved me time and money. Great place, would never go anywhere else for device maintenance.

I was highly impressed!After talking to multiple people at my carrier, they assured me my iPhone 11 was not repairable. A friend recommended Digital Pitstop and they were able to fix it for $40.00!!!!They know what they are doing!Everyone is super nice and helpful!I definitely won’t go anywhere else.

I went in the store in a panic worried that AT&T lost all my pictures when I went to get a new phone. The guy behind the counter, didnt get his name, tried a couple of things and within minutes I had all my photos back in new phone. He asked for nothing in return and saved the day!! Took my daughters iPhone 6 Plus in to have the a new camera lens put in. The owner was there and said wow normally I only see the broken glass but the metal ring that held hers in had also fallen out. After a week I went back he said he was having to order a different part that he needed to mount it. Today I went back in there and he said he was unable to fix it. He didn’t charge me for the time and helped my daughter with a new phone to take all the wonderful pictures she wants to take. Great local business, very professional, and went the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Great job guys keep up the great work!

The owner called me and told me what time to come so the best technician would be available for my issue and they were concerned about every detail down to colour matching. I cannot recommend them enough!

Took my phone there two weeks ago to have a new screen put in my iPhone 10 being that my screen went out. The day I picked it up it froze every few seconds and I couldn’t get it to work unless I locked my phone and unlocked it to see if it would unfreeze. Took my phone back there yesterday, they put a new screen in and now my camera is cracked and there’s a weird glare in my phone screen like a light from where you can see through my phone screen. Just got off the phone with them and they now will not fix it unless I give them $280 for a “fancy screen”. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Go to CPR out on Frederica this place is a joke.

I had to get a shattered screen repaired and this was the only place in town that could do it for a glued (not screwed on) screen. The gentlemen that worked on it were very professional and courteous whenever I checked on the status. They even offered to loan me a phone until the repair was complete. Extremely fortunate to have been helped by them!!

I took my husbands phone in not knowing if it was repairable. Not only did they know exactly what was wrong with it, he fixed it in about two minutes! I was very impressed. I will be taking all my devices that need some attention.

Came in with my Samsung S10 Plus not charging. I was just there to see if they can fix it and get a estimate and get on a schedule. They immediately took it in the back and found a lot of debris in the charge port and removed it. The phone now charges with ease. I asking him how much for the service. Excellent customer service and quick turnaround time. I bought a brand new Samsung tablet from Walmart on clearance. When I got the tablet home and charged it, it wouldnt start up properly. It wouldnt move past the Samsung logo. I googled it and that seemed to be common issue with Samsung tablets. I contacted Best Buy first and they didnt seem very interested in helping me at all. They told me it would be $200, possibly more, and it would need to be shipped out. My husband recommended that I contact Device Pitstop. I did, and am so glad I did. When I called, Matt was the person I spoke to. I told him the issue and he said it should be quick fix and told me I could drop it off. It took an hour and half and my tablet was fixed. This place is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. I booked an appointment well in advance, I have emails & texts showing they were going to repair my iPhone 11. I showed up & he claimed they didn’t have any stock. I asked why was I allowed to even make the appointment if they didn’t have the screen. He claims he never got an email. Again, I have proof confirming they allowed the appointment. I’ll never go back & I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.

We were there for less that two minutes, he treated us with up most respect and didn’t charge us to clean the port on my phone, even offered to let us stay for a bit so it can charge! I highly recommend and we will be back for any other problems with our phone or computer.

I dropped my phone off on a Saturday, they told me it would be ready the next Saturday. I didnt hear anything by the next Monday so I called And asked, whoever I spoke with told me it still wasnt ready and he told me with the wildfires in California it may take longer. I told him that he didnt say that to me but thats ok Ill wait as long as it takes. He got rude with me and said yes I did say that and youll just have to wait. I asked him to call me when the phone was ready and he assured me he would. Well 2 weeks later I had to call them and someone told me my phone was done. I go to the store stood there for 10-15 minuets after Josh helped another costumer, went to the back for a while, came back as said is there something I can help you with? (Rudely) I thought obviously thats why Im Here..... after I spent $159 and Josh told the gentlemen in front of me you get $10 off every $100 you spend, but didnt tell me that. I will not be going back.

Went here today Matt was amazing. He helped me decide the best route to take to fix my phone and the cheapest route possible and was the friendliest guy ever. Took an item in for repair on a Wednesday, told it’d ready Thursday afternoon for pickup along with a used device I was going to purchase. Gave them an extra day and came back Friday only to find out nothing had been done on the repair and the used device was sold. I should have known better when their version of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software was writing my name andnumber on a post it note! I’ve owned small businesses all my life, customer service is king, especially in small markets. I’ll likely give them another shot before completely writing them off, but you guys MUST do a better job!

I had a LG Vg40 with a broken screen. Ive only had it for a few months so I took it to Inspector Gadgets and CPR and both places either said they couldnt get a screen for me until the middle of August or their supplier was unreliable so the refused to take in. CPR was so eager to get rid of me that they recommended Device Pitstop. So feeling put out I headed to Device Pitstop. Once there Matt was extremely helpful and got the right screen from the same supplier as CPR and had it in 2 days. When he installed it he did a detailed and expert job. Needless to say, my phone looks and operates like new. If I could give then a higher rating I would. Matt and his team are friendly and exceptional at what they do. Check them out.

Here we go...I happened into Matts store right before Christmas to see if I could find an iPhone for my elderly mother as a gift, rather than buying new, and sure enough he had a very nice 6S that fit the bill....Day after Christmas, we have an issue activating it at the Verizon store in Evansville(who were quite rude, btw)....No worries, I bring it back to Matt to inspect, and there may have been an issue with the internal antennae, but rather than have us wait to repair, he swaps out the phone with an identical unit at no charge, and away we went.Nice guy....Feel safe with your dealings with him....Thanks again, Matt!!

I called Apple Support and was on the phone for 1.5 hours, I went to the only Best Buy within 60 miles for Geek Squad to look at it, and the Apple Store in Louisville couldn’t get us until the next afternoon. Device Pit Stop fixed it in 10 min!!Should have started with them, but I just thought that since my iPhone was under warranty someone surely could help us that worked for Apple.Never again!
