We have always been very well taken care of here, however this morning I get a phone call letting me know that the appointment I made online for my oil change is now canceled, they are no longer taking appointments for “just” oil changes. It was recommended that I drop my vehicle off and they would get to it when they could! However if I wanted a different service that isn’t free with my loyalty card they could make an appointment! I am just not sure how to take this! So because I am not going to be spending any money today, because I am want to get my free oil change, the same oil change that I am entitled to get as this was mentioned as a perk when I purchased my vehicle, can’t be done so by appointment. Rather I need to drop my truck off and if they have time between their PAID orders they might be able to get to me! Champion where is your loyalty?

Ive had a problem with the drivers side headlight and turn signal since I purchased this car in February. There has been condensation causing the left headline to have gathered water on its inside of the fixture and now the turn signal doesnt work. I had the oil changed on Wednesday and while there, i shared my concern with Service Manager Brandon. He was trying to research on the Mazda website to see if this should be covered under the warranty since this was a Certified Used car. He told me the website was down and would continue to research it, then call me. Its Saturday and I havent heard a thing. I wonder if the left front end of this car had been wrecked prior to my purchase, because the fender has been popped out as well and i have never hit anything.It was in the shop with a deffective computer for 19 days right after it was purchased. This vehicle was missing a passenger side windshield wiper when it was first purchased and the drivers side wiper came off in a car wash a month later. Enough is enough. I am as loyal customer as you have. Lets get these issues resolved asap.

I was in a highly congested area and the police were going to have it towed, this incredible gesture on Champion Ford and Service Managed Dustin saved me a lot of time and several dollars. Many, issues that recently happened to me. First, the detail I got on my car wasn’t detailed at all the floors was only vacuumed in spots this was very obvious. I keep my third row folded down, they clearly didn’t even raise the third row, third row cup holder has what appears to be melted crayon in it was like this when I purchased the car in December I was told the care hadn’t made it to detail yet and that they would make and appointment to detail it, after waiting 3 weeks for the appointment I was told had been made, I called the day before and I was told there was no such appointment made, the day off the appointment they call me an hour after I had been told the appointment time was left me a voicemail saying I missed my appointment. I called them back and told them this information and was told I must have spoke to one particular person and he “doesn’t know what he’s talking about he is helping because they had people out” I’m a very understanding person and every sales person I have worked with have been awesome, I had had nothing but great experiences up to this point. They then made me an appointment for another 2-3 weeks which was called a DETAIL for my car both by me and the person making the appointment. I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT in Black and after I had purchased it I noticed several places on the hood that had paint bubbles, I researched this and discovered that some Ford vehicles have this issue, and since I hadn’t noticed them when I bought it, I figured it was on me. The bubbles were still the same color as my car just bubbled paint. After they kept my car for most of the day for this “detail” I’m told it’s ready, this was an extremely wet and snowy nasty day and my car was filthy from driving in all this so when I saw my car it looked great on the outside it had clearly been washed. I got the car home and noticed under the seats had not been vacuumed or cleaned as there was chocolate still under my driver seat (I had the unfortunate luck of dropping my phone under the seat after I purchased the car and it was covered in this chocolate) I then pulled the rugs out to investigate further and it hadn’t even been vacuumed, I looked at the 3rd row cup holder and the purple melted crayon was still there I could tell it had been wiped out but not cleaned out and certainly not detailed. Again I was going to let this go, when after walking around my car I noticed it a big silver spot on my hood right where the paint bubbles used to be they had popped the paint bubbles (by washing it I presume) this sticks out like a sore thumb looks like from a distance I constantly have bird droppings on my hood (my heart hurt because I am picky when it comes to buying cars and I have to have black only) this looks so bad now. I just don’t like to make anyone mad or upset so I ask several different people for their advice and was told to let them know. So I answered their email for a review and told the truth, I received a call from one person and was told I would be called back, I told them about how I was told it hadn’t been detailed hence the reason I had took it and they kept insisting it had been detailed when I bought it, looking back wouldn’t surprise me if it had after seeing the awful job they did, then they seemed to change their story and now suddenly it wasn’t a detail I had taken it in for despite being told when setting the appointment up it was a detail and me referring to it as a detail and I was never corrected, while it is true I did pay extra when I purchased the car for them to treat my interior in other stuff too, it was being called DETAIL by the employee. They offered for me to bring the car back for them to redetail it right I presume which is promptly declined no thank you there are still bubbles on my hood and you are absolutely not popping the rest of them. Paint at the bubbles they popped is currently chipping away at a good rate, they kept passing the blame to this person or that person, you popped the bubble you made my car look worse it’s your fault just take some responsibility...

I Had my vehicle repaired by champion fords collision center it took 2 months to complete repairs they deemed minor they tried to say job was complete one month in but upon arrival the new bumper was not aligned to fender correctly and several body pieces and fasteners were missing then when I drove the vehicle it pulled so bad it had 2 go back into shop they admitted to not test driving it before calling me that took another month currently have to argue w insurance to get champion Ford to fix the fender that was not gaped correctly and still put in fender well pins that are missing

Went to check out a car I found online there. My sales rep was Linzy. She was very friendly and helpful and had the car shined up and ready for me and my wife to view waiting out front by the time we got there. The car was as advertised, was great and we decided to purchase it. Linzy was very patient and kept us entertained while we waited for our turn in the finance dept. Our time in the finance dept. was also very pleasant, Linda took real good care of us. I definitely recommend Champion if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Overall experience was 9/10. Would have been a perfect 5 star if they would have filled up the gas tank before we left, or thrown in oil changes or something.

Like many people, I am sure, I had significantly reduced my driving since COVID arrived and as a result, had paid little attention to the state of my car. That is until a family emergency occurred, and my family happens to live about 800 miles away.I was in a vulnerable position when I arrived at the quick change, and yet the advice and service I got was spot on. They sold me a much needed set of decent tires (I have already put over 2K miles on them) that they thankfully had in stock at an affordable price.They did not try and pad the bill or waste my time in any way.And my rebate has arrived, right on schedule.

This place is a joke and Customer Service is horrible. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, they diagnosed it and we scheduled an appt for 2 weeks later. During scheduling, I was advised that I would get a rental while my vehicle was in the shop. When I brought in my vehicle, I was told there were no rentals and was sent home with my vehicle. Customer Service contacted me and did not even have the correct information. They stated that my vehicle still needed diagnostics, however that had already been completed and discussed with me. After getting the complete run around, I brought my vehicle back the next day and was given a small economic car that cannot accommodate my family while my vehicle is being worked on. When I called Customer Service to complain, I was told that since I did not purchase my vehicle from them, that they were not going to service it. All because they messed up. They should have had a suitable vehicle in place for me to drive prior to my appt, considering it was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for years and I will never be back. The customer service was very rude and there is obviously a lot of miscommunication within the service center.**Response to Owner**Thank you for your response. I am pretty sure that leaving an honest review of my experience is not bashing. And I did not request an Explorer, I requested a vehicle to fit my 4 children. I mentioned nothing about leaving a review until she stated that they would not service me. Yes the rental has been a big mess, however the main issue is the way your team handled the situation. The courtesy free rental is included in my warranty, therefore not a courtesy. And I have been bringing my vehicle to you all for maintenance since 2017. Maybe if I would have purchased my SUV there then I would have gotten better treatment. *Edit 9/11/2020* It was implied by the dealerships reply that they are prevented by law from helping with an As-Is car after purchase. There is no law that states this in Kentucky or federally. If buying from champion ford I would recommend taking the vehicle elsewhere for an inspection beforehand.*Purchased an 08 Mini Cooper on June 30th. Was repeatedly told theres no warranty. Even asked to take a picture with a sign that stated no warranty. We thought, Maybe they just do this with everyone. 20 days later the car broke down on the way home from work on my wife. No word back yet on the cause of the issue. Champion Ford stated theres nothing they can do for us.

Service dept has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a “dealership”. When I asked for a report or written description on what was found in diagnostics, I was told that there wasn’t one and the mechanic would just have to tell me if I called back and it happens he was in. The guy taking my $118 for what was essentially a car wash (water leak diagnostics) said, “I don’t know, I was told to just take the money today.”

Asked to drive the vehicle we wanted to purchase but he was hesitant “it may not have any gas”, we asked to drive anyway but was a very short ride in which he rode along but gave no info on the car. After driving we wanted to inquire about financing, it was 3PM, yet he said our chances were better to come back Monday, again I insisted and we filled out papers. No answer until Monday he said and he would contact. He never contacted us. We called only to be told he still knew nothing and would notify us when he did. So now it’s Monday at 6PM and still no word from Ryan or financing at Champion. We have always had good dealings with this dealership until our experience with Ryan and will now utilize tomorrow to view cars at Ford dealership in Evansville. Very disappointing and poor customer service, lost a loyal customer today and would encourage giving Ryan a daily nap as he must be too exhausted during his work day to care about customer service.

Sean Fulkerson was my point of contact and kept me informed throughout the week or so it took to get the replacement parts ordered and to get the needed work completed. I could not have been more satisfied. Really personalized service. Sean and Champion went beyond what I would have expected.

Our dealings with Champion Ford were excellent from the beginning! We looked for weeks for a truck like the F250 we bought. We found one listed online & messaged late in the night about it. The online person (chat session) couldnt answer our specific question but she sent our information in & we received a phone call from Aaron at 7:45 the next morning. He was very patient with all our questions, and we had quite a few since we were driving 2 1/2 hrs to look at the truck. He held the truck for us so it didnt sell while we were driving that far. He had the truck ready when we got there & it was everything he said (& the ad said) it was. The dealership was clean & my son & husband loved the hunting, fishing and baseball stuff all around. The manager was friendly. Aaron did an excellent job but was never pushy. He was personable and even gave us some information on things to do in Owensboro afterwards. The financing was easy. We would highly recommend Champion Ford & will consider them again when we are in the market for another vehicle!

AUTO REPAIRI recently purchased a used car from Champion which later needed repair work. They did the repair work in a very timely manner and offered me a Loaner Car during this period at no cost to me. Service was Great and the cost was fair. This is the second car I have purchased from Champion in 17 years with the first one being a New car. I am very satisfied with this business and all the perks of being a Champion Customer.
