A+ rating. They have taken care of my vehicle quickly. They are great to work with when it comes to auto repair.

Do not use this auto shop for anything. Their best work is still terrible. I had them put a new alternator on. Instead of putting the new one I supplied, they installed one that they found at a junk yard. Absolutely one of the worst auto shops in Owensboro.

There is so much to talk about with this place. Give these guys a shout for the best prices in town. Lets start with the more than fair pricing on labor. Just to give an example. Raben and other places quoted me $174 to $190 to do a basic plug and coil pack tune up with my own parts. These guys gave me a flat $90 quote. Next to brag about is speed of service. Other places as mentioned above needed to have my vehicle for 2-5 hours with appointment. They had it done with no appointment in under an hour. While I was there I had them replace my blender door for my air flow direction from defrost to floor and regular vent. I was charged what they paid for the part no up charge on the parts like other places usually do. The fact that they are open on a Saturday was perfect for a 3rd shift guy with little time in the day to get things done. They do oil changes as well at $45 and honestly the best price in town that I know of with my vehicle with valvoline charging me just under $80. lets talk about the facility, hunter alignment machine. huge waiting room not cramped like some other places Ive been, they also have a big tv which is nice when your phone is about to die. Friendly and definitely knowledgeable mechanics and staff. Overall one of the best experiences I had at an auto shop from the moment I walked in the door till I drove away.

Knowledgeable and honest group of people!! They were able to look at my truck immediately and after determining it wasnt drivable without causing more serious (and expensive) damage, they went above and beyond to ensure I made it home safely. Honest work at a fair price!

They was fast and reasonable

My sister took her Toyota to this shop back when it was still under the name of Shelby. This happened in December 2019. Joshua Welch worked on the car and charged her $1000.00 For several items. My sister and I on numerous occasions contacted him for an invoice stating what was repaired and have not received anything. I have sent text messages and called without anyone getting back with me. If Joshua is still working here I would greatly appreciate getting an invoice for the work that he performed. We both feel he took advantage of us being women. If this place is under a new owner I apologize for the bad review.
