I buy my supplements here and Darrick has been a tremendous help. Hes very knowledgeable and the products are top quality, not your typical drugstore brands. I no longer have a problem with dry eyes and my skin is healthier too.

I really like shopping at Sprouts, produce is reasonably priced most of the time. I was there this past week and upset at the checker, John, he was friendly but its the way he bagged my groceries. I put all my dairy, frozen foods together as well as produce. He just tossed them in bags cans, chips salad etc all mixed-up. Groceries are high enough without being smashed together! Jars in with eggs. Come on!

Very great selection of food and pretty clean store. But the staffs attitude and lack of friendliness makes me not want to come here ever and brings the rating from a 5 to an automatic 1. There were about 6 employees at the check out lines all chatting with one another not acknowledging the customer once. And then the same thing happened to me. The cashier never looked at me or responded back hi, she proceeded with her conversation and slammed the basket on the counter and then tossed the receipt toward me when the transaction was over. Sprouts, please train your employees proper customer service or hire friendlier individuals.

Sprouts has the best produce and good selection otherwise. This is our favorite grocery store in the area. The staff has always been friendly and I had a good interaction with the manager today.

####Cheating product Weight.##**I bought Organic ginger on 01/03/2021. The box says Net weight is 1.75 LBS . For $6.99+ tax,..but when I check with my home masurement it was 1.15 LBS.So Today 01/04/21.. I returned that box and complaint about that, so they replaced me another box of Ginger..and I weigh at home again and I got frustrated because I found the the weight is 1.14LBS. *******People ...so please be aware Sproute is cheating in product weight,,.###

Selection was fine. Prices reasonable. However, Simone at Overland Park Store #171 was unbelievably rude. I did not take it personal though because she was even more rude to the customer ahead of me and the man behind me. She must have a miserable life.

Came on Sunday, there was no cashiers. Line was from one end to the store to the other. Very rude person in the meet department. Avoid this sprouts, terrible experience. It used to be my favorite store. Now it is full of overpriced items of poor quality. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other store.

Sprouts has a wonderful variety of fresh and healthy foods however I’m disappointed to say the quality of fruits and bakery items, and customer service, seem to be inconsistent.I found several moldy strawberries after getting home from my first visit here and wound up throwing away the entire container. I made sure to thoroughly examine strawberries and raspberries during my second visit and struggled to find a pack of each that didn’t have mold. My first pack of bakery blueberry muffins was delicious so I decided to get them again and was underwhelmed at the taste and freshness of this batch.I experienced excellent customer service during my first visit, but the lady who checked me out the second time was rude and embarrassing. I leaned down to put my empty shopping basket under the belt after unloading it, and while I was bending over to do that she greeted me with, “I’ll take it, I’ll take it… I’LL TAKE THAT!” I heard her the first time, but she was so short and angry with me she must not have seen I was picking it back up to give it to her before she decided to yell at me. This was the only thing she said to me aside from how much I owe.It may be time to invest in customer service classes for the associates seeing as several customers have complained about being treated poorly.

A bit pricey but all in all its good health food but sad it didnt have my crackers let me add this is Oct- Nov shopping so products I was looking for was sweet potatoe crackers blew my mind they said it was seasonal 🙄

I will never step foot in this store again. I was in the area and went in there for two items. They had two cashiers working and there must’ve been 25 people in line at each register. I couldn’t believe it. No one called for more help, when I step outside of the store, after leaving my basket, there were employees bringing in the grocery carts outside. Ridiculous! Grocery carts could’ve waited people needed to be rung up.Poor management!

Lousy service at the deli, when I tried to explain to the checker I was dismissed because she was too busy talking to an associate, called the manager letting him know how I had been had been treated. I will just never go into this store again. There are 2 other stores I can visit and I will.

Sprouts has the best produce around at very reasonable prices. Their pineapple is delicious and their avocados are so flavorful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I shop here regularly and get all my produce here.

The cashier JC really confuses me how do you see a line of people at your line and decide to put baskets away slow at the job in general but that’s the most confusing thing ever to me

I love this store. Great supply of organic and conventional fruits and veggies plus lots of staples. Great coffee selection as well as grains and treats in bulk so you can get just a little if you need an ingredient you are not likely to use much.

You can save a lot of money here on veggies, fruits, on sale and clearance if you have their app and go at the right time.

I took a pizza crust which had to be sold by April 7 on April 11th and when I went to return it and take a fresh one they denied the exchange.

Fresh veggies and fruits, good selection of organic vegetables and fruits. Mushrooms are my favorite, best in overland park. Prices are cheaper than other stores. Good customer service. No long queue in billing. Open till 10pm.

A fantastic natural food option. Shop the weekly circular, on Wednesdays you get sales prices from both weeks double ad Wednesday.

The store is clean and the employees are very helpful. Four stars due to complicated loyalty program. Its a lot of work to discover whats on sale, add those items to your app, and only then can you receive the discounts at the register. Hard to get behind the idea of a loyalty program when its so difficult to show your loyalty. Now, if it was rebranded to be some kind of secret shopping deals - that makes more sense - let people know from the beginning that more is involved if youd like to capture discounts.

I was very pleased to see the attention to cleanliness from the moment we walked in. I also enjoyed the great bread selection including some very low carb bread I have not seen anywhere before. They had a nice selection of cheese and fresh produce as well. I will definitely go back!

Always have a great selection of fresh fruits and veggies. If you ask an associate to try a new apple or orange, theyll cut it right there and let you eat it first. We have found some great new fruits that way.

I love Sprouts and everything about it but today I was incredibly shocked and surprised with how one of your associates engaged with me in the wellness aisle. It looked like he rushed me to leave the isle and it really did startle me and when he asked what I needed (I was looking for something similar to zzzquil) he said that I looked at him like he didnt know what I was talking about and that he didnt have that in his aisle. He was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Im very upset about this experience as its the first time this ever happened to me.

They had some hard to find vitamins. Food super fresh. People great too.

This place has some of the best price with the best variety of options! Above all, their people are amazing. I want to give a special shout out to Ben H, who helped with find the best and suitable protein shake, and health products for me! He is can speak from experience, and has such a passion to serve. I realized that this is something we can never get shopping online. Another shoutout to Simone at the Cashiers, who educated me about weekly sales, and the Sprouts app to help save me money! The product selection is excellent as usual. The facility is badly in need of maintenance. The automatic doors sound like they could collapse on you!

I really wanted to like this place. But as soon as we pulled up we noticed there were no lights in the parking lot - not only super dark, but dangerous, the store was so dirty! Oh, and do not eat the free testers- trust me!We bought brownies, and they were dry and crusty.We bought scones, they were spongy, lol.We are definitely stickingwith Whole Foods!!!Yeah, the only reason Im giving this store 2 stars is because the people who work there (we dealt with), were very nice.

Sprouts was great as usual. I enjoy getting my alkaline water and other essentials from there. Watch out for those cookies and brownies at the register. I also purchased their roasted chicken today which I recommend. Prices are reasonable and lots of variety

The head cashier cannot be bothered to keep her nose covered with her mask. Other than that, most of the employees were wearing their masks correctly and are cheerful and helpful.

They have the best price and fresh groceries. I’ve been shopping there for a long time now, but recently did a curbside pick up and it was seamless and awesome. Great service.

I have shopped at that location for years!However, I may never return!1. There was no social distancing by the employees throughout the store from customers.2. There was an employee teaching a new employee to stack sweet potatoes, and she had a mask around her neck, but not covering her mouth or nose. To make matters worse she was speaking to him at a close range, and he was not masked. Neither of them was was farther away from customers than 2 feet!3. The checkers had no gloves on, and of course, had to.handle every individual.purchase, thereby cross- contaminating from one customer to the next.This should be likened to assault!A total lack of respect for the safety of others and themselves.Needless to say, I was abhorred!

I love to shop at this store but the customer service makes me sad.I totally understand for the safety that there are some rules in the store.So I have my bags with empty milk bottles. Then I put them on the shopping tray during check out; the cashier told me, “you can’t put your bag on the tray” with rude voice.. seriously, if you don’t want customers to put their bag on the tray you should have the SIGN for it!!!!! Instead, I receive the rude service!!! So sad about it!!!!

I absolutely love this Sprouts! The store is clean, organized, and always stocked well. There is a big variety of products that you just cant find in other markets! The bakery selection is great! A great place to go for cheese. The bulk section is great with tons to choose from. And the produce! The produce is top notch and always at an amazing price! Between the service, product options, and produce prices I make the drive from Louisburg just to shop here! If I could give this 10 stars I would in a heart beat!

Everyone here is so friendly! It’s Christmas Eve and crazy and I asked if the bakery had any more garlic bread left (my boyfriend and I love it) two people from the bakery came to the register immediately and told me they were out but she would take my regular French bread and make me some! The staff here go the extra mile. Plus, I love the soups and the chicken pesto on the market side!

Easy trek thru the parking lot to get to dock doors. Once docked they unload quick.

I love Sprouts in general. I am disabled and I was unable to get help from staff if I could find them. I would have to use other shoppers. Also, I needed to ask a question regarding supplements. The employee covering that spent over 30 min talking to another shopper knowing I was waiting. He was so full of himself. He was rattling of supposed studies and such. Some of what I heard was false. I dont know how much time he spent total with that shopper as I gave up and left.

1st time I have been to thislocation usually go up North. This is the least proactive store I have seen during the virus epidemic. There is no one wiping off carts and there is spray bottles not Wipes registers are only open where customers are bk to bk. most employees not wearing masks as it is optional.

This market is fabulous. Prices are down to earth and the produce is fresh. Lots of natural and health foods are available in all sections. The staff is friendly as well and their rain check system is one of the best I have ever seen. We have been going there ever since it opens and apart from the few times when they run out of stuff there has nary been anything else.

This particular location has the rudest staff. I asked for help looking for a particular item and the manager who’s was passing by told me to go find it. I ended up leaving because I was totally lost in this store and couldn’t find anything I needed. I guess asking for help doesn’t count as costumer service. I forgot the managers name but she was so rude and I will not be back to this location.

The lower-priced Whole Foods. All of the natural and organic products youll want, except meats.

Its a very good place to buy vegetables, fruits. The quality are good and rates are reasonable. U can also buy bakery items, dry-fruits, oats, quinoa etc. As it says its a farmers market.

Darrick in the vitamin department is BY FAR one of the most helpful, genuine, and enthusiastic employees I have EVER had the privilege of being served by. This location is absolutely the best one in regards to customer service, and Ive been to Sprouts locations all around the US.

The selection at Sprouts is always pleasing and satisfactory for me. This location is worth the trip as the staff was incredibly friendly and after I asked the manager Jeremiah for help, they continued to be patient and help me in any way. The bulk section is really why I go to Sprouts and they always have a great stock option as well as everything I want/need in stock. Will be coming here again.

This is my first visit to Sprouts in over a year. Kudos on double ads on Wednesday. I can use last weeks and this weeks ads on Wednesday. Great idea, especially if one is stocking up on something one uses a lot. Im fairly new to Sprouts and Im sure I will write more as I learn the store better.In my opinion, Sprouts best features are the produce/fruit section and the bulk products. The fruit and produce at this store is worth the drive (live in south Kansas City, so the closest Sprouts are at this location in Overland Park or a location in Lees Summit). The bulk product is fantastic.Deli, as any other, is a premium product in my opinion. I find at least one product there that I do not find in many delis in the area: lebanon bologna, which happens to be a personal favorite.

Great prices on fruit and vegetables. Nice to get wild caught fish here in Kansas. Best to come early morning or mid afternoon to avoid long lines at checkout. Double ads on Wednesday is a great thing too.

I love their array of fresh vegetables and fruits. I look forward to their weekly sales and pick the best fruits. They have bins of loose ingredients that you can buy. So if you are like me wanting to experiment recipes but shy of buying a whole bag, these loose ingredients serve best. Try their trail mix and lemon chili flavored peanuts. Another important tip: If you are an Indian and looking for laadi pav for pav bhaji and wada pav, this store carries laadi pav packets. Do try them.

Seems to be high quality food at much more reasonable prices than other whole grocers. Large gluten free and organic selection. They also have gluten free lunch meet as well. Staff is very friendly.

My first time going to sprouts. Had a great experience. Vegetables were really cheap and fresh. Great place to take kids to buy chocolates. Would definitely go there again.

Great place to buy anything except chocolate. I dont know what they do when they transport or keep their chocolate, but most of the time it is dry. And with the price of good chocolate you might as well go to Whole Foods who doesnt have this problem.

Darrick (sp) is by far the highest definition of a hard worker. My husband and I came through his line at sprouts on 135th and his service was top notch. Almost an art form. Makes me wonder why everyone else cant have that same work ethic and positive attitude. The world would be a better place. His spirit and general kindness and respect towards other people is inspiring and puts people in a fabulous mood. He makes it a point to tell his customers to have a great day when they leave and he just oozes happiness and dedication. Gosh. What a breath of fresh air. I made it a point to pull the manager aside today and let him know how valuable of an employee Darrick is. You know that management is doing its job when the employees are happy, thus in turn making the customers happy. BRAVO sir. Your attitude is contagious and I love that about you. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE AND A TRIP TO THE BEACH!!!

What /wouldnt/ these guys do for you? Our cars battery ran out while we were in the parking lot today, and one of the workers in the store graciously gave us a jump. We did not have to wait nearly as long as we had anticipated, and we were back on the road in no time. They most certainly did not have to do that for us, but they did it anyways.As far as the store itself goes, its definitely worth checking out their flyer. They have some really good deals, and for how compact their store is, they have a decent selection of items as well.All in all, definitely give this store a go!

They carry a few things like hatch green Chile peanuts and hot sorghum puffs that we can’t find anywhere else. Also the diversity of people at this store at any given time of the day is amazing!

Sprouts has great variety and the prices are very good. I have had a few issues with the quality of the produce. I have only been there on two occasions but have had apples that were beyond mushy and a bag of cuties where half of them were desiccated. Overall a good store with some unique items but not really any better than other grocery stores.

Might have more selection than Trader Joe’s but the price is not any better than any other grocery store. Trader Joe’s offers more organic products at a lower price and Aldi would definitely beat them on the price.

Love this store. Friendly employees. Only issue is several times I have had items not ring up at the advertised sale prices.
