Pouring down rain due to a thunderstorm and the drive-thru lane for the pharmacy is closed. No reason given when I called except you have to come inside. What happens if your handicapped? Looking forward to my new insurance which means Ill never have to use Walgreens again. They employees need to learn customer service skills and get an attitude adjustment.

45 minutes later: Karen (in the pharmacy) has to be the worst unprofessional staff ever. Worst customer service ever. She hanged up on us despite the text that our meds were ready. We called to confirm if we could pick them up cz they had said no power, she insulted us and hanged up saying she doenst care! WOW. The WORST Walgreens I have encountered ever in this country.We have waited for our medications over hours and they still said it wasn’t ready. They told us to come in 10 minutes which we did and they shut the window on us. When you need life saving medications and the pharmacy technician tells us to drive around again and then when we do as she says, she closes window on us. We have waited for ours meds since 4pm. It’s past 530pm and nothing. It’s frustrating especially when you have no means of transportation. The worst ever. CVS have the best services in this country.

Definitely the manager did great after the cashier did faces and lied in my face. Then, same case in the pharmacy, very slow services, so many mistakes over and over again. We’ve moved to another pharmacy.

Im done with this Walgreens location. I went in the store just before the pharmacy was closing. Ideal, no...but I was rushing to get there after having a meeting that evening and made it just in time. The person at the counter (I dont know if it was the actual pharmacist or just a worker) rang my Rx up for me and it was nearly $50 whenever its only ever been $10-$20. I asked her about it and her response was Yeah, insurance doesnt cover this... which, I know. But it still has never been that expensive. I pull out my phone and begin to pull up the GoodRx app so I can get this price down and she says to me If youre looking for a coupon, you can do that, but I wont be rescanning this tonight because were trying to close. Umm.. excuse me?! Yes, I am here JUST before closing but if youre open youre open. I made it in time for you to start this transaction, I would expect that they see it through. She was absolutely obnoxious about it. I told her to forget it and walked off. Customer service is DEAD these days. And going forward, Ill take my business elsewhere. Called my doctor the next morning and asked that they call this Rx in to a different place.

I was checking out and a Caucasian customer was not practicing social distancing. Not obeying the standing on the sticker. I asked the customer to give me my full 6ft social distancing. The customer proceeded to argue with me and never social distanced. NO STAFF INCLUDING CASHIER did not enforce social distancing. No one defended me, no one cares about my safety or health possibly because Im African American. Dont feel safe in this store and obviously black women arent meant to feel protected in this particular store.

Love shopping at the Walgreens on 135 and Antioch . Customer service is stellar, the pharmacy staff, Felecia, Carry, Maison are the best ! Very caring and helpful regarding my needs and health concerns, highly recommend !!!

Was turned away in an emergency at exactly 8pm. This was after my father had been in the hospital from 8am until 5pm for a heart ablation. We dropped off the RX and were supposed to pick them up an hour later. I took my father home and he slept off the rest of the anesthesia. I didn’t get the notification on his phone because he was asleep and it was his phone. As soon as he woke up, I left to pick it up. I was at the store at 7:59pm and turned away. My father is alone at the house, and now I have to drive to the only 24 hour store which is 45 minutes away. Nowhere on the website does it say this store closes at 8pm.

Store is worn and dirty. Staff has no idea what customer service means. Will never return.

Id probably avoid going to this location. I setup an appointment to get a flu shot and they told me it wasnt covered by my insurance. Called my insurance to find out that it is covered as a contracted provider. The pharmacy tech didnt even run my medical insurance at all - They only tried with the prescription insurance I had, even though I handed her my medical card. By the time I went back into the store, there were 5 people waiting in the pharmacy line. I got my flu shot in about 15 minutes somewhere else.

Have to rate this low because of the awful, rude pharmacist (Eugene) who refused is service because they were closing in 15 minutes and brushed us off. Went to CVS and they were much better. The pharmacy had us in and out in 9 minutes and that included making an account with them because we had never been there. So avoid this pharmacy at all costs, especially if Eugene is working...

The cashier at the front register was not nice at all. I went in today to pick up a package and I stopped there first and she didnt even say hello. Just gave me an ugly look like what do you want and why are you bothering me. Very displeased. The lady at the photo was nice however.

I worked at several other Walgreens for 2 years and at all of them, the store managers harped on us Technicians about the “company policy” on how long a car can sit in drive thru. For every car that sat in drive thru for over 90 seconds (with a car behind it), we got a strike. If we got so many strikes, we lost hours. This Walgreens has had me sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind another car. They’re awful.

I have used this Walgreens for years. When I moved I tried a closer Walgreens, and CVS but went back to this 135th location. The people are helpful and knowledgeable. Aside from one worker, they are all very friendly as well! Even though they are always busy, they are still faster than the less busy places to pick up my Rx. I like that its a one stop shop, and I can get random things in and out fast. I even got my kids passport photos there.

I would give negative stars if I could. Rude and incompetent jerks. Was waiting to check out and cashiers changed out without a word while I was standing at the counter. Then the new cashier helped the woman who literally walked through the door, looked at me, then told the guy she needed 2 packs of cigarettes. He rang up her purchase all happy and smiles while ignoring me, then after she left got an attitude with me! Then he couldnt get the machine to work right to give me cash back so I left without purchasing. I work across the street and will never be back to this location.

I dont go here often but it wasnt busy at ask. staff was friendly, prices are pretty standard. ordered photos at the kiosk that had a 30 minute turnaround, staff helped push those out in about 5 minutes.

I was appalled during a recent visit to see that NONE of the employees wore face masks and there was no protective shield between the cashier and customers.

Yay, They still have tech n go phone charger products.

Drive thru slower than McDonalds at 1am

If I could rate it zero stars I would! The pharmacy staff are incompetent!!! They have forgotten how to count. Ive had to recount my medicine EVERY time and 9 times out of 10 it is incorrect. They have issues getting the medicine to go through so instead of calling me, they just file the prescription away and sent a text that its ready. When I get there they say that they dont see the prescription in my account. Im done and transferring everything to a smarter pharmacy.
