Sephora has thee best customer service. Every time I go into ANY Sephora, I get treated with dignity and respect. I absolutely love it.

Wonderful welcoming atmosphere. I was asked by several employees if I needed help with anything but they also gave me space to shop on my own and browse. Veronica was especially helpful and patient; she helped me sample fragrance and was really good at guiding me in making a choice I felt good in.
The past couple of times I’ve been to this location, I was helped by two very lovely young women. Lisa and Veronica were so nice and inviting. I have been on the hunt for new fragrances and these two ladies helped me out so much by being willing to bare with me through deciding on some fragrances. Each time they never rushed me or made me feel like I was a bother. I had some fragrances in mind when I went in, but once I smelled them, they were not what I thought they would be. Both Veronica and Lisa were so kind to make some recommendations and I ended up going with with two that they recommended. If you two ladies get to read this, Thank you so much for all of your help and kindness.
Veronica was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in skincare. She was very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions and educate me on what products would work best for me!
Jordan did great! She helped me match and helped me find everything I wanted and knew what she was talking about.
My wife and I went to this place with my niece. There was an Asian worker who ignored us the entire time while my niece was ready to pay. She acted like she was doing something behind the cashier’s counter but clearly she was just ignoring us. At least do a better job of customer service. I guess this is how they treat Rouge members. We left and we clearly let her coworker know how rude she was and then she acted like she didn’t see us the whole time...
The woman who helped me swatch many different shades of liquid and stick to find the perfect shade of 1940s red glamour was incredibly patient and helpful. Thank you so much!

I am a 15 year old girl with a skin disorder and I have always been very self conscious about wearing makeup because I can never find the right tone (my skins disorder gives my skin a red complexion). And right when I walked in I was greeted with great service. We had a very nice girl named Bri help us and she was amazing. She did her very best to help me find everything I needed and made sure I was happy with everything! Definitely a fantastic experience and I will be back!!
Taylor literally changed my life today. She diagnosed in two seconds a skin condition I’ve been trying to figure out for YEARS (KP), and I am so excited to use the product she suggested for it. She was also very informative and helped me and my friend find the perfect make up for her wedding day. Thanks Taylor!
Excellent service. I came in looking for my favorite perfume but couldn’t remember the name. Quickly greeted and with a brief description of the bottle we were brought right to it! Yes it’s pricy but it’s my go to splurge item and my attendant was knowledgeable and sweet, plus birthday gifts for Sephora club members

The employees here went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I had ordered an eyebrow kit online, and it wasnt the right color for me, so I had gone intending to exchange it. It turns out that for whatever reason, the line that sold the kit didnt manufacture ones for my color. So they helped me to find similar items in a color that matched and discounted the items so that I could just even exchange! They definitely didnt need to do that, but I appreciate that they did.

I used to have a 5 star review on here, but now I don’t even want to go inside the store... the staff ask me if I need help so many times it’s frustrating. Changing the approach may help. Sorry to leave a not great review, but I hope this will help to see improvements :)
The workers don’t know the products and no one knew when the vip sale was. They are pushing you to do surveys but the customer service is poor. you can’t even look around because every second someone is in your face chewing on gum asking if you need help...
I don’t know how this store has any negative reviews at all, each and every time I’ve been in the girls are so helpful and so sweet, I get the hook up on samples and sometimes a little make up application I’d theyre not busy. This is my go to store, the Plaza location is eh.
Received an unnecessary amount of sass from employee named Chris when we returned to the store to look for a misplaced phone. After ignoring his rhetoric and attempting to find the cell phone he continued to bother and harass us. Overall ruined the experience with his unpleasant remarks. Very sad to see such a usually pleasant store be ruined by the poor attitude of others. Would give negative stars if possible :(
Do not shop here online!!!... They lured me in with samples and a limit at 50$ to obtain free shipping. My order came an my samples were not there. I was told to wait. No samples. Ever. Contacted chat 4 times. Contacted via email 2 so far. Contacted via comments boards on their site. I am not planning on going away without what is listed on my receipt. Sorry. And points dont work because I will never shop here again. Wondering how many days itll take to get whats owed to me. Getting these samples is literally the only reason I ordered online an what made me choose Saphora. Yes they matter.
Katie is an awesome makeup artist for a full make over i highly recommend her because she can play with all skin tones. I have realized the artists there are not good with dark skin tone they tend to make it extremely light and nonflawless, {i once got it done and i had to take it out as soon as i got home and did my own makeup, what a waste of my 1 hour:( }..... thumbs up katie:)

With the store being packed, I was offered help buy several employees who were also helping others at the same time. Yumi, one of their skincare experts spent a copious amount of time helping me find the perfect products and made my experience wonderful!
Extremely helpful, pleasant staff. My only recommendation is that they carried the full lines of products sent in the Sephora play packets.
I went into the store hoping to get help since i like to wear makeup but dont really know what i am doing. I was met with questioning about my not wanting to pay 45 for my first pilot smh and then the judgemental Well if you want a more primitive color in a tone that made me feel cheap and wrong... I wont be returning nor will I suggest it to anyone else

Today was my first time at this location. I was nervous coming in because I was embarrassed asking for help on how to do everything. I was paired with Emily who gave me a complete make-over. I do agree with the common comment that prices are high, but today I experienced why. In my opinion, they truly are higher quality products. I do not like that prices are insane, but I knew this coming in and wanted to achieve a new look. Emily did a great job matching me with my desires after listening to my concerns. I felt comfortable with everything I purchased. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. They were very accommodating when I learned that I could not use a Sephora gift card that was title Sephora Inside JCPenney. They were able to call the other store and have them put a few items on hold for me, so that I could still use my giftcard (I just had to go there). Very appreciative of the help I received. On a side note, I thought the girls at this location were more friendly than the ones in JCP.
I will say there is maybe one good worker there every time Ive gone in here the rest of them stand around talking to each other. Usually if I ask them for help they are stuck up and rude.

Sephora must hire anyone cause I never have a good experience here. Either no one wants to help you or the ones that do help you are obviously clueless. Every time Ive gotten matched to a foundation here it is WAYY too dark or WAYY too light. Yall need to send your employees to school or something!
