The two ladies working the evening shift on 10/29 were great! Great customer service! 👌

Very helpful and pleasant staff, the location is well stocked, and clean. It did get busy while I was there. But the cashier handled everyone kindly, and answered questions customers had. 2 things to know: 1. go online before going there to sign up for the free rewards program. 2. They have gone to the bring your own bag thing to keep costs down.I never regret making a trip here for all my beauty needs... dont use box dye when its cheaper and safer and you get better results with the help of Sallys.

I went in and was ready to but my usual toning shampoo. The lady who OFFERED to help me found me a less expensive product that had everything I needed. Supreme customer service!

The lovely people who work here are always helpful and friendly. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond when answering all of my questions. I drive out of my way to go to this store even though there are others much closer to me.

The employees are always so helpful! The first time I dyed my hair a lady gave a list of what to do when I got home!

Good staff very helpful

Great store for moderate range price/quality hair skin and nail beauty supplys. Short staffed and chancey for an accurate response on professional rate questions. I am in the beauty industry and have had to correct them and others from the direction of multiple staff members. So I would not go with their opinions or answers frequently without professional opinion or good research. They are not licensed usually but all around great product selection.

This store is closed 10 min before closing time.

Horrible experience. Clerk was unable to assist in locating a product. I asked if she could contact another Sallys to see if they have the product in store. The clerk called on another Sales associate to help, she did call the Sallys on Shawnee Prkwy, they do not carry the product in store, yet online it say METCALF Sallys carries it. It disappoints me to see women in 2019, with texture hair, still has to go through racial inequality.

I’m a professional so I don’t go to Sally’s for much. The girl with the nasty green hair grown half way out is always so rude! She tries to tell customers how to color their hair too. I just roll my eyes and feel sorry for anyone that listens to her. I went in to get extensions and they didn’t have very much out, so I asked to see the colors I could SEE sitting behind the desk. She tried to argue with me that they were the same colors that were already out. When she finally quit being a B and let me see them I was able to get the color I actually needed that was NOT already out. I try and avoid this place if possible 😝

This store and the people that work in it are gross. Everyone stands around outside smoking. Right outside the front door. Then after they finish they decide to come in and bother with a customer. The gal that approached me tonight smelled so bad of cigarettes I could not stand to even be near to her. Store is dirty and unattentive customer service that would rather smoke than anything else. No thank you.

I was told to bleach my hair with the product called HiColor. They were wrong. Its made for dark hair and no bleaching. It cost me triple what it should have and my hair is still not right because they advised me incorrectly. They are just retail sales. Why did I listen to them?!? Plus they didnt give me the coupon discount and when I asked about it - it took 27 mins to refund me. No kidding.

I went here and the lady acted like I was bothering her asking her questions about a product. Whe didnt want me to buy a certain shade of white for whateverreason. Then I asked her how to use a toner and she said to apply it directly to my head didnt even bother to tell me I had to buy developer. Too.

Very small compared to other locations in the area, but still a fairly good selection. Just a bit cramped!

This is a very small store with a lot packed into it! Some of the staff is knowledgeable while others leave a bad taste in my mouth. I will say, they usually have what Im looking for though.

Ive been going to many different Sally Beauty Supply for years. I thought the service at this location was very personable.

Dont listen to Samantha Schweinfurth down in the reviews. Drive 20 minutes and they are still under construction.
