You just cant beat the annual lliter sale! This is a very well run business with associates who are consistently pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of parking and convenient hours.

Bought shampoo from their litre sale. Had called ahead to see if they had the product as they were sold out at the first store. The associate was so nice and she put it on the counter with my name on it so all I had to do was hop on line when I arrived. So impressed!

This location is always on time, always clean, and always professional. Their covid precautions are great. Highly recommend for kids or young adults who want different options with different stylists, but no hard feelings when you jump from person to person. Ive always had next-day availability when I call - huge bonus for mom of 3 girls who suddenly all want their hair cut 🤣.

Went in looking for some dry shampoo and the woman was very helpful, and even showed me where I could spray them to smell them before purchasing, plus they were on sale! It was very clean and bright and I will definitely be going back.

Updated to 2 star 🌟 my wife says - could be worseMaybe a good place for women, but I have to say - pitiful hair cut! Didnt trim sideburns, didnt trim/clean up the back of the neck, butchered up hair with none the same length. I assume that shes not been doing it for very long, definitely needs a lot more training!Bad enough that I will be wearing a hat 🧢 as much as possible.My daughter has had a cut and color done & it was very nice. Course it was done by another stylist.

Went to go get blonde highlights with pink streaks and a trim. Ended up leaving the salon with a full head of pink hair and my once healthy hair...fried. The stylist had asked to see a picture so I showed her and it was understood what I wanted. As she did my highlights I noticed the bleach turned my hair yellow/orange. I have gotten my hair bleached before and it NEVER did this. After she had put the pink dye in I asked if you could still see the blonde with the streaks, since I’ve never done a “fun” color before I had no idea what to expect. She said no I did all of it pink but I probably should have asked before I started. After I had paid just for the haircut cause it was the only thing that was done right...I got in my car and immediately started crying. My hair was fried and to top it all off the pink was uneven and some spots were still yellow/orange. The stylist didn’t offer to fix it then and there or even do a conditioning treatment because she had another client at 4pm. I will never be bringing my business here again. It was a horrible experience and if i could give 0 stars I would. Save your money and go somewhere more professional to get your hair done.

She really listens to you and what you want, and executes your vision perfectly. She has such natural talent and works hard to hone in her skills. She’s the only person I trust to cut my hair now, and my wife loves her too!

Got a Brazilian and the young lady left hair and wax on me. I called and the store and they showed empathy and willing to make it right. I hope no one else gets done like this.

Though my hair was done well and turned out just how I wanted, my experience was not great. I was put in a chair out in the middle of the store, which was unexpected and awkward. I was paying to be in the salon and was surprised to be in the store. The lady doing my hair was nice, but was very outspoken about her political beliefs which was super uncomfortable, especially with customers in the store walking by. The results were great, but the experience was not what I was paying for.

Malissa did an amazing job on my hair. Its very thick and hard to get a cute short look but she more than pulled it off! I just wish I lived closer because its an hour drive for me otherwise it would be 5 stars!

Just got a haircut yesterday and when i left it a looked alright. Now i’m looking at it and it’s choppy and my “curtain” bangs look like she just took a chop. Also I was supposed to have long layers and it doesnt look like theres any.

I had 6 applications of black box dye in the mess I called hair. KYRA came through and completely lifted all the muddy color and got me back to my natural color while sharing her kind spirit and positivity. I would HIGHLY recommend her to EVERYONE. The entire store staff is very polite and helpful as well. Lots of sales on great products and beauty tools.. 5 stars all the way.(Remember to tip your hairdressers!)

I have been going here for 8 years for hair cuts and products and have always had the best service. I tend to make an appointment with whoever has an appointment the day of or the next day and have never been disappointed. My last hair cut was with Gene and he did an amazing job with cutting inches off, layering, and giving me bangs. He will be my go to hairstylist from now on!

Saw Christina today for my first facial. I took a “me” day off work and she was everything I didn’t know I needed. She went above and beyond, was very knowledgeable of what would be best for my sensitive skin, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Walked up to the counter to ask a question, had to wait for them to finish mocking another customer before they acknowledged that I was standing there. Asked my question only for them to proceed to then mock me to my face for asking such a question, suggesting I go to best buy. Staff may need some additional customer service training. All I wanted was a yes or no. Not to be made fun of for asking a simple question.

I was looking around at various styling products when I ran into a beautician that walked out from the salon. I wished I had run into her a month ago when I began my search for a styling tool. She was the most helpful individual since I began my quest for the perfect styling iron. She gave me directions on why I should use the styling iron she recommended, how well it would work on my bob styled hair, what size of styling tool I need, all the way to the products I should use when styling. I would definitely go back just to see her anytime. Overall, the others were helpful. I would have given it 5 stars just for April and 4 for overall service

My 17 year old daughter and I made an appointment for highlights for myself, eye brow waxing, and each a hair cut. The store was organized and clean, the floor staff were friendly and helpful, and Malissa our stylist is SUPERB!The Managers and staff are hitting home runs at this store!

Using a box dye of cheap bleach was not a good idea having known nothing about the hair coloring paper process. Trying to look like Pete Davidson turned into looking like Eminem in 2007. After rushing to the emergency beauty brands they somehow lifted it and got it back to a decent color that was close to my natural hair. The store itself has many different products that are bond repair related which can help with the damage caused by the bleaching. If in need, you can could on this place to fix your hair.

I have been seeing Anthony P. for my cut and color for the last couple years now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! He does an amazing job with my hair. He takes his time and makes sure it looks perfect, each and every time. I even bring my 13 year old daughter to him! I’ve also been seeing Angela T. for my brow and lip wax the last couple years as well. She’s amazing! She transforms my crazy caterpillar brows into works of art! I wouldn’t go to anyone else but these two!

I got my nails done here yesterday with the Gel polish. The lady did not soak my nails, push back or trim my cuticles. She also buffed them down until they were very very thin. The polish was up in my cuticles.Today (one day after getting them done) they are chipping and ruined because the polish was on my cuticles.I wish I could upload a photo. I payed $50 dollars for my nails to chip the day after getting them done when typically gel polish lasts 2 weeks on my nails.

Needed my hair fixed ASAP. I had tried to dye own. It turned out worse than bad. They got me in with Dee Dee, a colored specialist. I left feeling gorgeous and confident. Everyone there was welcoming and delightful. Had to literally tackle myself to not buy all the extra hair, make up and nails products they had displayed on the way out. Quite a beauty Queens playground!!!

Saw Melissa on the salon side yesterday, she was fantastic! She evened out my cut, fixed my blonde and was very clear about what my hair could handle as far as going lighter! Definitely recommend her & will be seeing her for future appointments! Thank you Melissa!!

This was the first time I have visited this store. The staff was very friendly. The manager checked my purchases for me and gave me some hair product samples for my type of hair. I tried the samples and found I really like the Chi brand shampoo and conditioner (detangler) for curly hair. Needless to say, I will be back. Thank you!

The retail side and salon area are very nice! The people in the retail area used to force you to buy items or make you feel guilty that you arent taking care of yourself which is a weird way to put it. It seems like over the last couple of year they have hired some new people that are great and very helpful! I have gotten my eyebrows done here by Kim and have learned my lesson going anywhere else. She is amazing at her job and listens to what you are saying on how you want your brows to look. Great place and would highly recommend!

I have been coming to this location for awhile now. Sharon and Kim are both Master Estheticians and have given me some of the most beautiful-est brows ever! I HIGHLY recommend this location. I have tried other Beauty Brands across the metro area and have always been unhappy with how my brows turned out.

Honestly, this place always raises my blood pressure - after my latest experience, I wont be going back. The customer service is poor - in fact, today, the cashier rolled her eyes at me when I suggested they take down a sign for a gift with purchase that they were out of and had no alternative for. I find the prices to be high, the selection to be more limited than youd expect from such a large store, and the service to be the poison pill.

Their liter sales are amazing, but their online ordering is terrible! Ive never had a problem with an online order. They were out of one of the products I ordered and didnt bother to tell me, so when my order didnt show up I had to find out from them that they didnt have it. I have called and emailed them again and no response. Other stores compete with the liter sales, so I would go to those. Also, other than the liter sales, their prices are too high anyway.

The service is great and the employees are nice. I scheduled a brow wax last minute and they were able to get me in. I don’t know what went wrong (I’ve never had any issues before), but when she waxed the part under my eyebrows it ripped off the very top layer of skin and I’ve been in a lot of pain (burning, stinging) and can’t put on makeup or anything. Disappointed because I normally have no issues here. I may switch to a different method of shaping my brows.

Hey Manager, I suggest you educate your staff on what is appropriate/inappropriate to say to your customers. A young blond gal working in the Salon decided to tell me ‘oh I’ve always wanted one of those’ and she referred to my ‘mixie’ kid when I asked her what she was talking about. Ya she called him ‘one of those’ and ‘a mixie’. Ignorance at its finest! I’m warning you now, next time, I won’t be so nice.

This is a great store!The staff are friendly, the store if FULL of great products, and in the back is a little slice of heaven for your hair, hands, feet, and faces!Joanna is my favorite stylist and Kim is my favorite for facials.

Went to get my hair done last night, my hair had previously been bleached but was in good condition. My hair color was uneven, I had blonde showing through the red. I am going to another salon to get about 2 inches off because my hair is fried, my hair literally feels crispy. I will never give my business to beauty brands again and would tell people to find another place. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed.

Using my husbands account, I went in for highlights with a a few low lights and left with my hair 3 shades darker than I wanted and a few streaked bangs. I was not happy with my hair as well as paying 100 dollars and hating my hair. When I called to speak with the manager Ashley I was I hold for 10 minutes then hung up on, once she finally came on the line she was rude from the start of our conversation then offered a full refund. I attempted to tell her how horrible her staff was at my appointment from the greeting when I walked in of one girl screaming at another staff member to pretty much being shaken down at the counter to be sure to adequately tip my stylist. The girl checking me out literally asked three times if I needed cash to tip. I will never go back to beauty brands this location sealed the deal for me. If you dont want to burn money and get your hair ruined dont go here!

Pricing is hard to figure out .what is on the sale, what is not, etc. The staff is not outgoing or approachable, but they do have everything.

There was this stylist called Dee Dee who being a master stylist has done such a bad work on my husbands hair...She is very irresponsible...Luckily we got Sarah to fix it again...Sarah did a great job in making my husbands hair look good again...

Wow! This place has gone downhill significantly. I used to be a regular customer, but this last visit all staff was rude and/or completely unknowledgeable. We were the only 2 customers in the store, prepared to spend, but ended up leaving and shopping elsewhere.

I originally went to Rumors Salon in leawood. They not only ruined my hair but refused to fix it. I went in for a toner and left with orange roots and red hair. I was horrified. It was 8:30pm and I called beauty brands and explained my situation and Joanna Freisner agreed to stay and help me. When I got there I was an emotionial wreck. She was kind and caring and took time to find out what had been done and fixed it. She stayed late and made sure I was happy. I went on vacation and although the toner didnt last very long (she told me it would not but would get me thru the week) I was happy with the results. She is awesome and she will be my go to stylist from now on. Give her a call you wont be disappointed.
