I had a free car inspection at New Concept Auto Service because it was one of the places recommended by AAA. The inspection said I needed four new tires because they are all cracked with age, my brake fluid flushed because of the mileage on the car, and the power steering fluid replaced because it was a little discolored, getting a little dirty. So I tried to get the tires at Sams Club to save money and they said it would take months to get them. So I called New Concept Auto and they were able to get me Michelin Defender tires immediately. She said they were top of the line Michelin tires. She told me twice they were top of the line.I wanted the Michelin CrossClimate tires but she couldnt get them so I said okay to the Defender tires.It took all day, from 10 a.m. to 5. They balanced the tires and aligned the car. They also gave me a brake flush and replaced the power steering fluid. The job cost $1400. The lady at the desk gave me a printout and four $5 coupons and I asked her if she gave me the senior discount and the new customer discount and she said she forgot. She didnt know how to give it to me at that point so the man next to her said they would put a note in my file to give me those discounts the next time.But I surely wont have such a big bill any time later going in. That $110 off Ill never get. I really wish that had not happened. The car had a lot of bird poop on the roof and the windows. They must have parked it under a tree with a lot of birds in it. But the tires looked fantastic. Just fantastic . And the ride home was so smooth and quiet. It was almost like a brand new car. I could feel a little difference in the brakes and a very slight difference in the steering. But overall the car felt just wonderful. It definitely felt worked on.Im in love with the work, not in love with the price.

Prior to service, I must comment on Nancy & her graciousness. In the middle of a difficult move, I knew I needed to get my car serviced. I was so overloaded however, the choice was miss my appointment or take myself to Osawatamie Psych unit. 🤣Now booked to work out in LA ( RN) she squeezed me in for a quick overall check.I’m so grateful already. I picked New Concepts because I received a mailer asking for my business. The flyer mentioned several services that New Concepts would be happy to do to my car, and I suspected they might perform additional services if asked. I was pleased to learn that New Concepts could do everything I asked.I travel for work, and New Concepts was well-prepared to use smart phone communications to deliver estimates, solicit approval for repairs, and then accept payment all by using my smartphone. After I pick up my car my extra keyless entry did not work I’m trying to figure this out and a technician who is off duty, as it was the early evening, without any question came by help me get my problem fixed and me on the road.I regret I did not learn his name.I do intend to have New Concept Auto Maintaining my car as long as I have it.

While visiting KC the fuel pump quit working on a Friday afternoon. New Concepts agreed to accept the vehicle it was towed. Worked it on Monday. I particularly like the text with explanations and checking the boxes to approve the work. Only not positive was I was charged two analysis fees. The overall experience very positive.

I own a VW Tiguan and needed a thorough inspection as well as my brake pads/rotors replaced. I have experienced how all maintenance on a VW needs to be done by the dealership or a shop that is familiar with VW. I honestly love my vehicle and tend to have no major issues with it, however, found it annoying and expensive when all the service was needing to be done at the dealership. I found New Concept via a google search and it was easy to schedule the appointment. They provided me transportation to and from the shop and were easy to work with. I highly recommend their business!

Work is of high quality. Price is very high compared to other local shops. Some concerns about suggesting too many services - example, recommending replacement of all wiper blades when two out of three were replaced less than 2 months prior.

They were great. Were able to provide the service faster and much less expensively that the dealership or a number of tire stores. I will definitely use them again.

Took My 2016 Mercedes AMG and i was very scared since the dealership had been treating me horrible as a women! I walked in and staff was very friendly, the place did not look like an automotive shop. It was super clean they had snacks and they were very fair in price. If you have a Luxury vehicle or German vehicle the staff will handle you properly and the owner Vicente is amazing with tons of Knowledge. I will be bringing my Audi, and My Rolls Royce soon.

Great customer service, and I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting area. That said, I realized after getting the service (oil change and tire rotation) that it would have been substantially cheaper just to go to the dealer. I also received an inspection with three or four specific recommendations for service, which I chose not to approve. After checking pricing against other places, yet again, even the dealer would be cheaper for each service, by $400-$500.I dont have anything special for a car - its a four year old Nissan sedan. So, while the experience with New Concept was fine, I genuinely dont understand the draw of the model. Since most of the advertisement I saw and the narrative on their website touts their service as being dealer level, I guess I dont get why someone wouldnt just to to the actual dealer...for me, it would be cheaper.

Took my vehicle a Mercedes after years of dealing with the Mercedes Dealership i got tired of there service and prices i found this amazing place! they are cheaper than the dealership and warranty is amazing. they performed multiple services to my vehicle like a Service B and other things. If you are an owner to these European vehicles come here! not to mention the parking lot was full of other high end cars, that gave me more peace to leave my Mercedes. Lobby is clean and amazing staff

Their flyer advertised full synthetic oil change price of $59.95. I expected to pay for 3 extra quarts of oil as my vehicle requires 8 quarts. Final cost out the door was a shocking $130 because of environmental fees i did not expect. Also, even though I just finished the periodic level A maintenance at the dealer, I now have warning notice that the said maintenance is overdue by 285 days. Hmmmm. I’m pretty sure the oil was changed properly, and the staff was courteous.

Amazing shop! This shop went above and beyond in fixing my truck. Not only were they honest with me about what was going on but they offered me several options as to how I could repair my truck. It was a pretty large repair but they helped me with prices and even cleaned and washed it when they were done. I will definitely be coming back here and referring my friends and family.Also much better prices than the dealership and other shops.Thank you New Concept!

My car broke down as I was passing Kansas City during the night, I called several Automotive mechanic shops and left messages of my situation and urgency in needing to be in Denver the next day. The only call back I received was New Concept Auto Service be fore they were even opened.They got me in and hade my car fixed by noon. I was able to make to Denver in time. I’m new in town, so I was very skeptical about where to take my car too for the first time here. Somebody recommended New Concept Auto. Bill was very professional and made it quite easy to trust them with my car. True to it and despite their tight schedule, they figured out the problems and fixed it in 3 days.

They performed good work, and they customer service was excellent! I have a small business of my own and I can tell you that I place a premium on service. They exceeded all expectations, and I will do business with them again.

I ordered some high end parts (cross drilled slotted rotors) intending to do the work myself. Had trouble getting first caliper off and decided to turn over to professional. Local chain shop would not install outside parts so I looked for an independent. Remembered this shop from years ago, saw it had new ownership but thought I would give a try. They agreed to install my parts, of course with no warranty for the parts. Just took a look and it looks like they did a very good job!

Amazing customer service, these guys really are great. They worked with me on some issues my car was experiencing that was not their fault to begin with. Shady. Called to see if they did free inspections, the guy on the phone assured me that they did, so I made the appointment and dropped off my car. After I got the estimate and declined the work because I couldn’t swing it at this time, they charged me $52 for the estimate because I didn’t get the work done. Will not be coming back.

I took my car M35 infinity for break replacement and I asked how much cost for front breaks and I was told around $400 dollars so I agreed and they changed my front and rear brakes which was fine with me but at the end my bill comes to $1180 dollars after $100 dollars discountThere was no other service was downI was expecting my bill would come to some things around $800 dollars so I was very disappointed but service was excellentThanks for being concerned

This business took advantage of a 74-year old manslack of understanding about cars. He went in for a routine oil change that ended up costing him $400, including $62 to scrub a battery terminal (which can be done at home with a toothbrush) and $122 to change out some wiper blades. Did the drive belt really need to be replaced? Possibly - but given New Concepts unscrupulous approach to racking up charges, I highly doubt and would never trust their judgment.My now-spouse and I actually used to go here and stopped years ago after similar and separate experiences. I didnt say anything then - but this is too far.Also, seeing enough reviews from people with only 1 to their name that we can all surmise theyre giving some kind of offer for 5-stars

I’ve used New Concept Auto multiple times and the service has always been great. Vicente and his team always take care of my vehicle and make sure you know exactly what is wrong and how to fix it. Lemme preface this review with a story:One of my car keys broke off in the driver-side door. I first went to a locksmith and they said that Id have to goto an autoshop to first remove the door lock. So I did a quick google search, and this place was the nearest. I went asking to have my door lock removed so that the locksmith can work on removing the broken key. One of the receptionists said that they have a key specialist who can help, but Id have to come back a little bit later. So I did. They key specialist took less than a minute to extract the broken key fragment (omething that a locksmith said would take a few hours total: removing the doorlock and performing key extraction).To say nonetheless: I was in shock and awe.

Went in for 2 key fob replacements, Chun was very polite and knowledgable, He got the keys replaced, car cleaned up and everything works great, would highly recommend!

The service was great Other than it was a misunderstanding on (my)part about the price because once in the shop I understood one thing and it was something else. Better management time I got a text message they will be there at 11:30@ my home...1130 turned into five so I kind of wasted my day waiting but the overall service was great other than that great place.

They worked on my BMW X5 first I contacted them about my keys on my X5 and after great service i towed my vehicle since before loosing all keys it was overheating. They made me a key and installed a water pump, thermostat and fixed the oil pan gasket leak I have had for over a year at the most affordable price, they beat the dealership price by $2,000

I brought my BMW in for a check engine. Car had several issues that needed to be taken care of. Not everything was found on the initial diagnostics but they did a good job of following up with me and breaking down my costs that they recommended now and what I cant look into fixing/replacing over the course of the time. They explained in detail and go the extra mile take care of you and work with what you can do now and what they can help you in the future. BMW repairs arent cheap nonetheless so if I have to spend again on my car then I know I can come back here and my money is being well spent. The owner, Vincente,really goes out of his way to provide good customer service and follows up. Makes you feel like they care about their customers. They did a complete inspection of my car since I am a brand new customer. I liked the way they text and email their service recommendations and allow you to select and authorize the repairs. My only complaint was some grease and oil left on my door handles.

This was my first time at New Concept at the referral from a friend, and they were able to make the necessary repairs and actually told me that some of the quotes for repairs from other shops were unfounded and would have been unnecessary and very costly. If I could give this business 10 Stars I would. My Subaru needed some major repairs, and just about everything that could go wrong did go wrong. However, they completely went above and beyond to repair my vehicle and I am truly grateful. Good communication, very detailed work, and amazing customer service.

I’m not a car person. I took my car in for a diagnostic this week, and I was beyond pleased when the shop called me and was completely honest with me. One of the issues I was having, they told me isn’t worth fixing. Instead they gave me ways to baby it myself until I’m ready to buy a new car next year. When they talked to me, they were looking at ME, not my wallet. Find me another repair shop that does that. New concept has easily made their way to being my permanent shop. For my car now and my future cars.

Excellent service! If you have a German or European car, you must go here! The owner is fantastic. My Audi A4 was misfiring, took in for service, and had a major issue in my motor. After replacing an oil converter it was still having the same issue. He took for a test drive and found another issue that cost a lot more in parts and labor. He handled the issue professional and didnt charge for labor on the original part! Saved me over $700! He even changed my oil and detailed my car at no additional cost because my car had to stay a few extra days. Thank you, and you have a new customer for life!

They quickly diagnosed the check engine light on my wife’s X3 and made the necessary repairs, all at a fair price lower than the dealer. They also quickly diagnosed noises on my Acura MDX and fixed the problem. A great experience all around, with great customer service - highly recommended!

They did a great job for me. I got an oil change and had the brakes checked and cleaned. The major issue. I was having is the windshield washer fluid would not dispense. They diagnosed it got the parts in and got me up and running. Im very happy.

I would like to say I am somewhat unsatisfied with the experience. The person that quoted me the price then change the amount when it came time for me to pick up my car the next morning I indicated to them that I didn’t think that was fair and there was no response So I paid a higher amount unwillingly and I don’t think I will return to your location. The even sadder part about this situation I called at 7:05 Friday morning and she never indicated that she was going to charge me a higher amount. Now I’m not doing this to try to get anyone in trouble I’m just indicating what happened thank you have a good day.
