I went to DT awhile ago with a flat and they fixed it for free. They said they hoped I would buy my tires from them when the time came. Two years later, I did! Arrived without an appointment, they had they tires I wanted in stock and I was out in less than an hour. Great service, good prices, nice staff.

I went in for a new tire last minute and Trent was great! Super friendly, helpful, went above and beyond, and told me the tire was under warranty which saved me a ton of money as a college student. That shows integrity and honesty for their customers. I highly recommend! WHOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Service technician very courteous took my car keys to assess tire issue, promised to return within 45 min with a solution. He did that, explained the process and resolution, then returned my keys & said, “have a good day.” When asked about charges, he said “No charge!” I was amazed how simple it the process was and that it was completed in the estimated time. I would recommend to anyone with tire issues.

Purchased 4 tires here about 10,000 miles ago. Got a nail 1 month in, and they replaced at a prorated amount (about $50). Just got the tires rotated and they fixed a nail at the same time, all no charge.I have a Tesla and they know how to lift the car without damaging the battery pack. Employees have always been friendly and efficient. Cant see why Id go elsewhere now.

Fresh tires. Yes that is right, fresh tires. Did you know that on each tire, you can find the month and the year it was manufactured? When I got all four of my tires replaced, I checked and saw that this place uses very fresh tires. This place provides the best service and is trustworthy. They do not try and squeeze you for every dollar and that is why they are the only tire location I recommend. Well done!

This store by far exceeded my expectations on both of my visits. The first visit, I needed four new tires. Despite having to wait a few days to get the tires in, I was able to get an unbeatable deal which made me not mind waiting. My most recent visit, I was able to get a free patch job on a flat tire. Their customer service is top-notch, and I will continue going back. I would recommend making an appointment if you can as they can get quite busy at times. Very quick service!

All the safe was super welcoming and helpful- especially Asael and Josh! They don’t work on commission so they aren’t pushy, gave me several options and helped me pick what is best for me. They installed my tires right there and it was done start to finish in under an hour!

Best experience I have had at any shop! I called earlier in the morning and asked for the specific tires I wanted. They only had one in stock, but said they could get another one from their warehouse and have it there that afternoon (since I needed two). I was there for a total of 45 minutes. They never pressured me to buy/spend more than I wanted to. All the employees were EXTREMELY nice! I will be recommending them to everyone and will only shop with them for tires.

Despite having an appointment it took 1 hour 20 min for them to even start my car.Appointments mean nothing apparently. They do great work but they are overbooked.

I agree with others, certain appointments mean nothing to them. I’ve used them for many services, I like the employees and service they do. However, it’s best to drop off your car and have someone drive you back later. I scheduled an appt for a tire rotation and balance bc I thought it would be faster. It’s been over an hour and my car isn’t even in the garage. I’ve seen countless cars come through. I guess since my service is free (I bought the tires there), I’m not a priority. I called at the 45 min mark: they said mine was next (I’m sure a line they have to say) and it would take 20-25 min. Well, here I am at 1hr 15min and my car is still parked outside. So WHEN they get to it, it will be at least another 20-30 min. I will have wasted 2 hrs now here. What’s the point in making an appointment? It just disheartening. If they would’ve just been up front and said ‘bc it’s a free service (-even though I bought tires from you-), it will be a low priority item. Please drop off and come back to pick up.’ Don’t give me the option to set up an appt, tell me to wait, and then ignore my vehicle for other walk-ins - money-making or not.

Came back because we bought our set here and as it would be at any of their locations, got our tires looked at, they found the staple, fixed the tire, and balance it. Superb service, did take a little over an hour but it was a nice break.

This place is great. Im 76 and they put air in my tires at least once a year. You dont even have to get out of car. They also fixed my tires, nails, for free. If I need tires this is where Im buying them.

Kyle and the rest of the crew are awesome at this location. Super upbeat, friendly and best of all very knowledgeable on helping with getting tires for your car. Michelin has been on back order due to covid at most places around our area and he was able to source me tires from two different warehouses and have them mounted on my car in less than a week. The install crew took special care to not do any damage to the wheels on install so no worries there at all. Thanks!

The guys were very courteous and professional. They’re actually pretty witty too. Made me laugh a few times, which is always nice. Very fast with my tires and were super flexible when I needed to change my appointment. I got two front tires replaced and it took maximum 45 minutes!

This place is great! I had a slow leak in my tire that I had to fill back up every 3-4 days. I was looking for a place that could fix it over my lunch break at work. I called they told me to come in at 12:00. It took about 35 minutes in total. And it was FREE! Thats right they fixed it for free! They just asked that when I am ready for new tires I keep them in mind. They didnt try to push me to buy anything and provided great customer service.

Today was my first time at this location. We’ve been using Discount Tire for 10 years, every visit is better than the last! Special thanks to Ariel who was courteous and professional (when I was tired and cranky) first thing in the morning. LOL

Went in on Sunday, Aug 8th, spent about 10 minutes with Averi, (spelling), who knew tires, and took my order.Told me my tires not in stock, but would be in in a few days.Well, he called me next day, tires were in, and scheduled me an appt for 10am Tuesday.Tuesday, in and out with absolutely, unbelievable, great service.Told Averi, it was the first time in my 88 years, that it was a pleasure to spend my money with a salesman...lol.All in all. A super no stress, experence...and Discount tire should be proud of their employees!!!!

Called asap and Marvin was super helpful over the phone and checked me into their queue. When I went I was already being greeted by Oscar right when I got out of my car, he was super professional, helpful, and an outstanding employee. I was in and out under an hour from when I called. These guys TOTALLY understand customer service. They speak to you promptly when you walk thru the door then focus completely on serving the customer. Great attitude and even better service. This time all I needed was a tire repair, and they handled that quickly and treated me like I was their only customer, which I was not...they were slammed and still got me out in less than 45 minutes. I purchased new tires for my wifes car and for my car (plus one new rim due to rim being rusted). This was an expensive purchase but this company and their employees made it less painful through their customer service.I made the purchase via their website and set up appointments for the installs (only negative feedback in regards to the online service is that I could not de-select the hardware for the steel rim I needed to purchase so I just purchased this in store). An employee called to let me know the tires were ready if I wanted to come in before the appointed time.At the Metcalf location we were assisted by a gentleman named Josh. He was extremely pleasant, professional, informative, yet mindful of our time. He answered all of our questions and suggested the tire warranty but was not pushy like salespeople tend to be. Both cars were finished in an expedient fashion and overall this was the best experience I have ever had with any type of automotive business.I will suggest this location/company to others and will use their service again in the future. I wish they offered alignments, though, but when I inquired if they did Josh gave me a coupon for alignments at another shop.

Long wait, but I just walked over to price chopper and picked up some stuff for dinner while waiting. It was worth it, they did a flat fix on my tire for free.

I just got my tire patched and fixed completely FREE. Beyond that, I’ve not the level of service from start to finish at any company. From check in, to the mechanic, to the gentlemen who came and told me my car was ready and talk to me about my tire. Came in to get two flats fixed. Unfortunately I could not bring the rim of one tire. They took the extra time to put the tire on a wheel and find the hole and got both wheels fixed in less than 45 minutes. Lobby was clean and swept even though it had very recely snowed. Great customer service from both the sales people and Tecs!

The manager did not just find me the best deal on tires, he actually recommended alternate tire sizes for my vehicle to maximize performance, save me money, and accomplish my transportation goals. With the money I saved I bought the custom wheels Ive always wanted for an amazing price. When there was a delay on wheel delivery, they kept me informed every step of the way. Each and every staff member I encountered was beyond helpful, incredibly friendly, and above all, the epitome of professional (not to mention knowledgeable). Showed up 20min before closing and they could not have been more accommodating. My daughters tire was at 10 and we would not have been able to get home. They not only fixed the tire but there was NO charge. This is an excellent company all around and their customer service is outstanding.

I was losing air pressure in my front two tires slowly, I took my car in to discount tire and not only did they work on my tires for an hour cleaning the corrosion off of the wheels, but then they brought me a receipt with a total bill of zero dollars. They did not charge me a single dime for doing all of this work. I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs anything done with their tires.

I have NEVER gone wrong with discount tire. I typically visit the Olathe location, but when my fiancé’s tire blew while transporting COVID19 vaccines I had to get it done quickly, on the spot. Took the wheel in and Trent Wise made it his priority to get the tire replaced immediately. 10 minutes later I had a balanced, new tire and she was back on the road to an assisted living facility in under an hour.Thanks for making a bad situation a little easier.

This place is amazing. After dealing with crooks at a nearby competitor it was refreshing to have an honest appraisal of my tires. I knew what I needed but asked them for advice to see if they were honest. With me at least they were.When I eventually went for new tires, they gave me a great deal. I loved it here especially when you get there at opening because they had my car in and out in a matter of less than 20 minutes. Prices were great for my 2005. We were driving into town and suddenly started loosing air in one tire, stopped twice to fill it up before making it to the Discount tire in Overland Park! They were not able to fix(gotta love living on gravel roads!) but put on my spare so I could get my errands run and now waiting on my new tire from the warehouse! Great service and timely! The people are so nice here. I’ll continue to come here whenever I need tires or have anything tire related to deal with. Having already had a positive experience purchasing tires before at a different (discount tire) location I went here because it was closer to my house. I had a set of tires priced for my pickup and not once did I feel pressured into buying something. I spoke with the manager of the store and he was a genuine all around awesome dude!
