What can I say? A rather small store. But, I NEVER get right in and out. My basket is always full. I can tell you this much, get an impulsive shopper and a store with a constant variety of great deals. Well, youve got me at Dollar General. Staff is friendly. Parking is great and they are located in convenient areas with great hours. Dang no complaints. ;)

My shopping experience went well an the customer service was good.But there is always room for improvement here an there.With it being a busy time of year things get a little hustley busily though so there should always be understanding, patience an kindness.Merry Christmas 🎄

I absolutely do not like this one on lincoln blvd they always only have 1 cashier open when there is a huge line. Supplies are always blocking isle. They should do stocking at night not to interfere with customers shopping

I have shopped at several dollar general stores up here in Northern California and its sad to see how prices in some areas are higher than in other areas.Some are what a dollar or two should be.Every employee you and all of the other stores are GREAT,FRIENDLY,HELPFUL,AND SMILE AND THEY ARE ALL CLEAN TO..

My father and brother were here shopping and were concerned with the lack of masks and a woman got in the face of my 50 year old father and coughed. Its disgusting that this city doesnt care or acts like covid is fake, masks are never enforced. Disgusting people, disgusting city.

Dollar general, lincoln at Oro Dam east, in horror-ville! This store is a disaster! No joke. 2/3rds of the employees are rude & avoid ppl that might need help. The shelves are unorganized & a plain mess. Everytime Ive gone there, I always end up waiting in line to pay. Always!

Been going to this store for over 3 years and it is always in the process of being stocked meaning the cart cant make it down the aisles.

Good place to shop for a few deals. Lacking 2 stars due to the frustration I feel when items have no price on them and/or they are more at check out than expected because they were misplaced on shelves to begin with.

Good as any other dollar General but the staff that worlds in this particular facility is terrible. They do not know how to perform proper customer service. Do not acknowledge the customers in any way. Do not stop their personal talk well customer is trying to do business at cash register. Go to any other dollar general in town if you can help it.

This chain of small markets has a little bit of something for everyone. Go in with the intent to buy only that which you came for. Otherwise, if you wander the isles youre likely to spend much more than you had intended.

I dont know what to say each one is different some cleaner then others some have more options to buy.... The employees are random other then a register person there is not much customer service... Sad but true

The store that is located by home depot in Oroville is become a place for the homeless to hang around. Some of the people who work there are just as bad as the, Ill say colorful people that the police deal with. They allow these people run around the store. The children also run through the store and will run into you and just about knock you over. I saw two registers open and the workers just stood there laughing and yelling to there colorful friends instead of working. I should there 10 minutes waiting to pay for my things. I ended up walking out, very frustrated. The store even had boxes of things in almost every aisle. Not completely stocked. Very upset with this store. I will not go back there again

The cashier was EXTREMELY patient w/ the loudmouths in line shouting at him dont you have more than one cashier!? Guy was doing the best he could, which was pretty quick.Always like their selection. Being greeted when we come through the door.

For its intended purposes is very useful. Cheap, convenient, comprehensive stovking of a very broad spectrum of customer needs from food to art, to pets and more at a bargain price. Ive found things There was looking for and not finding anywhere else, and got less than I expected. Good parking and access, conveniently selected locations to best serve local community.

Store is always a mess. That being said they have a little bit of everything. And the staff are normally very friendly.

The Dollar General on Lincoln seems to be smaller than others. I was able to easily locate the items I can in to get. There was a lot of cars and stacks of merchandise it seems they were putting out.

The parking lot had garbage everywhere and I couldnt get through many of the isles because of all the inventory that hadnt been put out on the shelves . Only one cashier with a line of people and she was not at her register but she eventually made it back . On our way out a man asked us if we smoked weed .

This particular dollar general is not very clean. Always merchandise on the floor, very unorganized.

The people are nice and friendly and socialable and very positive about helping me out with what I am looking for and if I dont get it they will try to show me something similar to help me out with my needs.

The line was 17 people long anyway when the lady next up at the register unloaded what turned out to be $324.94 worth of merchandise. It took almost 20 minutes for the clerk to process. WHY cant dollar general open a second or third register? This was the worst its ever been but long lines and one register are the norm. The lower prices and convenience of avoiding Walmart have lost their shine. At least there I can use the self serve register and avoid long check out lines.

Well they have a pole attached to the shopping cart, so you cant push it out to your vehicle. Your cart full of groceries you leave the cart at the door and carry your groceries to your vehicle. Same as the Dollar Tree, not good for senior citizens or disabled seniors.

No customer service skills. One register open with 9 people in line while cashier dealing with getting sonething for her boyfriend. Not greeted, no thank you for spending money in this store. First and last time spending a dime in this store. Poorly managed!!
