The lady was very nice and friendly. I asked questions about product I was looking for and she helped me find it. It is sad though you have discontinued the product I really like. Oh well things change. Thank you.

I am a regular at sallys. And I don’t mind shopping there. I’m usually in and out. If your hours of business are between said time to said time. You should not have the doors locked. That is bad for business. And when I call to speak to someone I get hung up on. So the customer service also needs work.

Its you bad that over the years the turn-over rate has been high, yet the knowledge of hair care and hair care products for any types of hair has been greatly declining. I have been a second generation customer for years, however not anymore. I will not be messy and site the incident that prompted such a review. Im better off shopping online. Better yet, Im better off shopping where only licenses are required. I am quite disappointed with the Oroville, CA store. Not returning. Ever! Please get it together. Your staff will give some bad advice to the wrong person and the outcome might not be minor or fixable.

Sadly they do not open before 12 on Sundays.

Better customer service than most Sallys Ive been to. Definitely more professional. Theyve always had what I needed in stock when I came by.

Chick working with the dusty unwashed white hair and know it all attitude needs to learn when to shut up. Not once did i ask for her opinion, I wasnt even talking to her. I asked the older women if they sold hair bonding glue to close the wafts so I didnt have to run to Wal-Mart for spritz. Instead she pops off with information like I was stupid, which she had no idea what SHE was even saying. I ignored her and went on my way. I knew what I was there for and wanted a quick in and out instead I get this thing making snide remarks at the front with me in ear shot. I get to the counter and then she starts in about the hair i was purchasing with venomous sarcasm.I hope you read this, first off I never said a thing to you. You were down right rude for cutting off the other worker and me about a product that had nothing to do with what I was asking. Next, i knew the hair was blended it was $20 for a bundle on clearance, calm down. Dont talk about customers, period! Last, when you were sarcasticly asking me questions hoping I didnt know what I was talking about so you could feel important when you corrected me just showed how ignorant you really were. NOBODY ASKED YOU! obviously Ive been doing this for a long time (9 years). You arent helpful, instead you are flat out annoying. If I have questions I go to MY hair stylist, not some uneducation snotty brat. The next person you roll your eyes and smack your chaped lips at may not be as paitent as I was.
