This was our first experience with Palm Casual Patio Furniture. Our Sales advisors was John. He is very knowledgeable of all the furniture. They have excelente quality, service and warranty.Our order will be manufactured right here in Florida. ( Made in the U.S.A )We need to promote more local companies.Cant wait to receive our furniture.

My husband and I purchased two chaise lounges at the South Orange Blossom Trail (Orlando, FL) location on 12/2/2020, with a delivery date scheduled for 2/26/2021 for $1158.52, which had to be paid in full on that date. We never heard from anyone from Palm Casual after that day. As the February delivery date was coming up in a few days without any communication from Palm Casual, my husband contacted the store and was told that there had been a delay, so the delivery would be rescheduled for 3/12/2021. We had no communication from the company after that call. A couple of days before the delivery date, the store was contacted and the delivery date was confirmed for the afternoon/evening of 3/12/21. As the afternoon went by, we had no contact from the company, so we contacted them several times to find out if the delivery was going to be made. We were promised that the truck was in our neighborhood and they would complete the delivery, even if it was 8pm. We always had to contact them, even though we were assured that someone would call back and let us know what was happening with delivery. Needless to say, no one ever showed up. This morning (3/13/21) having heard nothing from the company, my husband called around 10am and spoke to the manager. He said that he would find out the status of the delivery and get back to us. He did not, so at 11:30am, my husband called again and spoke to an employee who stated that they were still trying to find out what happened and that maybe it could be delivered today. Of course, we spent most of yesterday waiting on the delivery and it looks like that may happen again today. We have had to cancel plans in order to have someone available at our house. This situation is not acceptable in any way. It appears that once the products were paid for, the customer service became nonexistent. We purposely bought the furniture at this particular company because we want to support local businesses and we were assured that we would get the best products and service available. We were willing to pay more and wait for the products to be made because of our wish to shop locally. However, the experience has not lived up to the promises made and certainly does not make us likely to recommend this company to others.

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Palm Casual. From the showroom staff to the delivery driver, we had a great experience. Ron, the showroom manager, was so knowledgable and helpful! He even stayed open later to assure we had the best patio furniture for our home. Ron was even able to pull off having the furniture delivered a week earlier than expected-thats amazing customer service! Our pups approve as well!
