My metallic epoxy floors came out amazing and better that what I would have imagined. They are very professional from when they give you a estimate, all the way to when the job is done. I would highly recommend Dream Crete to anyone who wants their epoxy floor done right!

From DreamCretes sales call to final walk through, this company has been superlative! The price was fair, the crew showed up on time and were ready to work. Each member of the team was obviously enthusiastic about doing their job. The work was completed on time and is of exceptional quality. Of particular interest was the professionalism and expertise of the job supervisor. Austin brought more than just competence to his work - he brought a sense of artistry! I can recommend DreamCrete without reservation.

I was getting a quote with this company and had everything scheduled. Mike was supposed to come out for the estimate and he never showed up. On the day of I had to call to find out if they’re still coming. I was not able to get ahold of Mike. After speaking with Zach (owner), Mike called me back quickly. Surprising since my multiple calls and text to the same number he called me from were not answered. This was a big red flag for me. Not a good first impression of the company. The response I received why they never showed up was because I called to cancel. Seems like they got it confused with someone else. Another red flag for me.After they came out to look at my project they were supposed to get back with the quote within a few days. They never provided the quote. I again had to reach out multiple times to get the quote. A week later they finally provided the quote after multiple attempts.To be honest I was very excited to work with this company seeing their work in IG with their pictures. But having experienced their lack of responsiveness and feeling I was given a poor excuse on why they never showed up on day of original quote, I can only imagine their response time if I had issues with the project. It telling on how a company works on first impressions.After reading the bad reviews/experiences, it’s been consistent with my experience. This is a warning to any future clients with them.

All we can say is WOW! These guys did a amazing job on our RV floors especially considering we had a tight deadline...The floors are a beautiful upgrade and like nothing else weve seen before in a coach, which increases the value of our motor coach. Highly recommended for any flooring needs!!!😍

Not as unique as I had hoped but still good work

Hired June 2017. The pool deck Dreamecrete created on my deck is peeling and cracking throughout, and is nothing short of skating on ice. Overspray on my house and pool grout as was not covered when being sprayed with color. I have sent 4 emails looking for a resolution to this issue with not 1 reply, as I now must hire a contractor to jackhammer this deck up to properly correct costing me double. This is another attempt to contact the owner regarding the issue as I have not received any replies to date.

I had Dreamcrete put a texture on my sidewalk and seal it. There were a few issues with the sealer getting on my stone and not being even in some areas. So I called the owner and he immediately came out to address my concerns. Zach went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of work their today. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Not every company would have responded that way when a customer critiques their work. Sometimes people take offense and make it uncomfortable for consumers. This was definitely not the case with this company so I wanted to give them a review. I think it’s important to give kudos when it’s earned. Thank you Dreamcrete for helping to beautify my building. You’ve earned my future business and referrals.

I can’t say enough good about Zach, Gary and the team at DreamCrete. Through the entire design and production process, they were responsive, honest and approached every request with a can-do attitude. They successfully created a beautiful, one-of-a-kind concrete waterfall coffee bar with logo stenciling, along with gorgeous 3” thick custom countertops. These guys are artists and perfectionists: their attention to detail shows in the finished product and the number of man-hours put in is obvious. I only write reviews for incredibly exceptional or incredibly horrible experiences. My experience with DreamCrete Custom Creations and their whole crew was nothing less than superb. My wife and I built our Dream Home on a beautiful Lake and I wanted to polish my garage floor for that extra touch. I actually hired another contractor (Dr. Terrazzo) first (before finding DreamCrete) but they backed out of my project after leaving a huge oil stain on my brand new expensive driveway and I asked them to park on the street and move their equipmentin by hand... I found DreamCrete and spoke with Zach (the owner), telling him about my horrible experience with Dr. Terrazzo. Even though they were far away, he came out to look at my project that day! He got me on the schedule ASAP. The whole crew was extremely professional, on time, courteous and even walked all of their equipment up and down my driveway by hand!! I have been in customer service for 31 years, and place my experience with Dreamcrete at the top of the list. They get my highest recommendation without hesitation. Michael gave details on repairing back patio which had many cracks in cement. Contract set. About 2 weeks out before job could start. Once work began, workers did great job. We initially had another company do our concrete countertops, bathroom vanity, and bar by the pool. The color came out horrible and didnt match what we wanted but the company representative cut off all ties and left us with a mess we already paid for. We were lucky to get introduced to the DreamCrete Team. Most companies do not like to come in after another company but they agreed to help us since the job that was left in our home was just that bad. We went with the cheapest quote we got for our home and it was not the best idea for obvious reasons because we ended up paying twice for the same job, but DreamCrete made my countertops look like marble. We are beyond pleased and cannot thank the guys enough for the wonderful job they did, you rock!!!

I called the owner a week ago in order to get an estimate on a patio. I was told someone named Mike was going to be in contact with me. I waited a week thinking they may be busy so when I call back the owner had completely forgotten about it even though I had given him the address.Fast forward and Mike finally does call me. We arrange a day and time for him to come by so that he can do an estimate on the patio. No call, no show for the second time.Perhaps this company does good work but Im not in the business of finding out especially when they cant even bother to tell potential customers they are going to be late.

My husband attempted a DIY cement countertop job that did not go so well. There are very few contractors that do this in the area and I am glad I called Zach at Dreamcrete first. Sales person Zach came out thought we had good rapport about what we needed done, jobs theyve done in the past, different options. I was supposed to get an estimate but never did...messaged him about an update.... nothing..messaged again still nothing ( funny thing is I could tell he read my messages lol). Not sure if the work we wanted was beneath them because theyve done work for Louis Vuitton and the VA center or his own personal reason (unbeknownst to me) but a simple call or email or text would have sufficed. To not communicate back with a potential client is terrible customer service and totally unprofessional.

DreamCrete went above and beyond after we hired them to remove and replace our driveway. Zach came up with a great concept to get us more room for our cars, and they were professional and always on time. They were very patient with me after there was one issue after another getting my permit, but at the end of the day they did great work. He has a very hard working crew, who take pride in their work and everything came out better than expected.

Michael worked extremely hard to get the best out of our existing concrete floors and after a lot of hard work, sweat and care DreamCrete nailed it. Our basic slab from 1992 now looks like ancient stone even in some places and has such a neat flow of lights to darks and greys to browns. The sheen is just enough for a home to be contemporary but still warm and cozy. Interior design on top of this floor has been extremely fun.I appreciate detail. I appreciate quality. I appreciate professionalism. The honesty upfront was a huge factor in choosing them as well as their commitment to artistry. And when I saw for myself the hard work that went in to this floor, I have nothing but 5 stars for a company that is willing to work that hard FOR the customer to be happy.

I was initially hesitant to have my floors done because of all the unknowns about flooring and so I looked into a few companies. The first company almost made me decide to just do Tile flooring. That is when I looked into Dreamcrete, and I was so happy that I did. The clarity of what had to be done along with the clear time tables that were put into place made me extremely comfortable with proceeding with my dream floor. When I contacted Mike and then spoke to Zach I was very comfortable that my dream floor was in great hands. Giving me ideas of what to expect and suggestions on going with some imagination mixed with their suggestions made this perfection. When people come over to the home their jaws drop when they see the flooring. They all ask me who did this work and I tell them all Dreamcrete !!! Not a dream, but a nightmare. Have to wonder if theyre writing their own positive reviews. We hired Dreamcrete because we wanted concrete floors to align with our terrazzo floors in areas where the terrazzo was not. Owner Zach missed first appointment with me (red flag I should have heeded). Sales tactics were pushy and high-pressure (another red flag I should have heeded). Sales person Michael disappeared and reappeared only to collect checks -- they charge more than most in the industry. We paid in full, but were dissatisfied with the result -- uneven, splotchy color that looked like someone spilled something on a dirty floor. We went through more than two months of painful negotiating with all the owners to get changes made -- they did not want to make changes. Since floor was sealed, they would have needed to grind off the sealer to redo. They finally conceded to try a redo. They only ground off sealer in part of the house (which they lied about, telling us they ground off sealer throughout) and applied new coat of concrete overlay with a squeegee and no troweling. Overlay went up onto bottom of custom cabinetry. In some parts of the house, this was applied right over the previously sealed floor, which they didnt tell us. End result was an overlay that could be easily peeled up with one scrape or gouge and then your fingers. Now I cannot get anyone to even put tile over this because of the sealer. After paying Dreamcrete $6600, I have to pay someone else to grind it all off. This put our renovation many months behind and is extremely difficult and expensive to resolve. Check the positive reviews -- look like people paid to write reviews.

Had this company do my back patio and bbq concrete countertop for my grilling area. They came and poured a big backyard patio and then came back to stain and seal it. Im very pleased and satisfied with my backyard patio and concrete countertop.

By far the best team for a modern looking polished concrete floor. Michael, Bruce and the team had great attention to detail, did not rush the process, took the time to listen and try ideas before finalizing. Zach’s pricing was very reasonable as well. Overall a really great experience, would highly recommend them, and we plan to do several more projects with them in the future.Above is my original review from their original job. Still no issues with the team or the people, or the work that was completed. However, fundamentally the business has grown rapidly and not been able to scale well with growth and no longer willing to commit to the smaller jobs.I did not do my whole house the first time around. It took them MANY months to get back on a call with me, rarely return phone calls and impossible to reach. Took several months to get a quote for the second and third and fourth job I wanted, not to mention the second job was re-applying sealer from the very first job done, because the sealer did not take.After I paid for the second job after completion, again no contact back from them.After many months of trying to get a quote/contract with dates from the owner I received a contract over email. The contract specified that I needed to remove 90% of the thinset before they start their grind and seal job. We had spoken before this, and they made it clear that if I try to remove the thinset myself with a grinder or jack hammer, I could further ruin the floors and it was best that they did this. In the end the owner had a bad day and did not want to discuss a path to move forward. Instead sent me random photos of another job they were doing and avoided contacting me (too busy for the smaller jobs).So in summary, if you hire them, make sure you get a full project done in one go, do not do phasing. Definitely do not make the final payment until you are happy with the final output, no matter how small you think the work is left or how simple, get the work done before payment. In our case the seal did not take and we had to pay an additional 650 dollars for them to come back and reseal....it took over 7 months for them to come back and do this on a weekend when they had availability. Originally, we were told by the key designer that he would come back and do this, we paid the owner and then radio silence for many months.If you choose to do phased project and they leave you hanging like they did me, because its not worth their effort for two $2500 dollar jobs, there ARE other companies. We just hired someone to do the phased project that DreamCrete would not do, they did the jobs very quickly (2 days for each phase, plus just an hour to apply seal on day 3), ALMOST NO DUST in the house, not to mention they were able to blend the floors nicely.Again - the staff is wonderful to work with when onsite, Michael and Bruce are awesome and do a good job, this is not a negative at them. This is a negative at the business itself and the rapid growth they have faced, and not being able to scale with the demand. As a result, just make sure the contract is clear, get all the work done in one go in the contract, do NOT even think you can do a phased approach. Good luck!

Poor quality for a high price. Concrete has been installed less then 6 months and has already cracked. Crew that did the job was unprofessional, party kids. Edge of concrete wasn’t finished. Owner never came to see progress of the job and very seldom returned called.I let them know my concrete was already cracking, shared pictures and no response.Be warned if you decide to use them for a dream job you want to get done.Disappointed in Cocoa.
