Purchased a brand new Strandberg bass from these guys on Reverb. Bass arrived damaged and poorly setup. Messaged the seller about a return and got these responses:This is the shape of wood and it is not s defect, for shure you don’t know what you talkJust return ok and stop talking what you don’t knowWhen I enquired about the return label the following day-Hi Will, you dont wanna to exchange for another one without the dent?I declined, responding- No, Im honestly really turned off with your last responses. Terrible customer service. I do not want to do any further business with you. Please send me a shipping label so I can return this and be done. Thanks.and got this: You just confirm you really dont know what you buying and doing, thank you and please never buy from us and i will tell everybody what a type of customer you are.Steer clear of this place, folks.

The owner/manager of this place - Fernando Urso stole an amplifier from me via Reverb. He was demanding and off putting immediately after purchasing our amp from Reverb. We shipped him the amp and he told us it was broken. Right away we told him to send it back to us (as we knew the amp was in perfect working condition when we sent it to him). We also told Reverb that we did not want to deal with him anymore and that they had to take care of it. Fernando sent us back a broken amp with a different serial number after we told him to send us back our amp. He thought we wouldnt notice and that he would get away with keeping our amp (retail value of $2,400) and his money - effectively committing felony theft. We reported this to Reverb who ultimately agreed with our case and decided in our favor, proving that Fernando Urso is a thief. We will also be reporting him to the Orlando PD and BBB. Never ever shop here, this business should be shut down.
