Usually I feel anxious shopping and the workers here were so nice and judge free, really great experience and everything is stocked nicely

K Poppin was such a cool place. I found it via tik tok and took my family too it.I personally bought four pop figures of yugioh and dbz and one broly statue.. My cousin bought two vegeta statues.This place had cool anime shirts. Unfortunately not in my size but cool all the same.If you appreciate anime of any kind and are in the area please check this out

This is such an amazing spot for Anime and Kpop!! The staff are incredibly friendly especially the women with cat ears! Love how we even had a unboxing session of mystery boxes and got so excited when we got what we wanted 😄

Kpop pin USA! A store with a GREAT variety of KPOP and Anime related items. Get ready to spend big bucks, the items are expensive. The place was pretty busy when we went. The place is very clean, and the workers are friendly. Would come again.

My first visit to this place was amazing with tons of kpop merch along with the extended side being anime. I mainly go for the kpop merch and have sadly noticed that the merch for the kpop side is becoming very limited. I could understand if there was shipping issues but the catch is the store has boxes upon boxes of the groups i am originally looking for not even put out yet. Also, I dont live in the area and it is a buzz kill to go so many miles out my way when the kpop section is becoming less and less. I may not even return next year and just go to the one in Kissimmee instead.

It’s always busy and they are very strict about covid 19. They have a lot more anime merchandise than kpop but I liked everything!

Wanted to pick up an album that was on hold. Arrived 20 minutes before closing and the door was locked and I was not allowed in even though I tried to explain that I just had to get one item. I usually love shopping here but lately the new staff have not made it worth it. If this keeps up I’d rather continue paying extra to have items shipped from Korea instead.

Okay i was actually hesitant to come here due to the reviews but i went anyways and everybody was so nice! the person with the long hair at register was super nice to us and she gave me totoro stickers because i probably made it clear it was my favorite 😭 just listen to the rules, be respectful and wear your mask and youll have an good experience 🤷🏽‍♀️ also theyre one of the few anime stores ive seen that has genshin impact or my neighbor totoro merch so im happy about that :)

Kpopping was literally popping with anime! They have a wide selection from wall scrolls, figures, playmats, to kpop merch. They have a whole wall dedicated to anime figures. You should also check out there anime merch. Kpopping had a great section with hoodies, zip ups, and windbreakers with some of your favorite anime. My hero academia merchandise was awesome. Definitely check this spot out if your in Florida.

I bought 2 albums from this location, forever young ( Bts) and 2 Cool 4 Skool( also a bts album). when I opened the 2 cool for skool album it didn’t have a photocard, the Young forever one had one thankfully. Just saying this in case someone wants to get the 2 Cool 4 skool album at this location.

This is such a great place to go for kpop albums and anime. They have a great selection to choose from and the staff really know their stuff. We want to give Veronica a shout out she is so nice and super helpful! Thanks for all your help!!!

Giant store coolest stuff

I LITERALLY LOVE THIS STORE! Not only does this store fairly price their albums ($16-25) per album (unlike those who overprice albums) but they have a good selection of KPOP albums and a wide variety of anime things! I came home with 2 NCT DREAM albums and 1 THE BOYZ album and 1 TREASURE album! I love how fairly priced it was. Most definitely will come back whenever I vist FL again!

I heard about this place from my work. So I decided to check this place out. Its amazing! They have Kpop albums and merchandise as well as Anime merchandise. I ended up getting some Anime plushies and a couple of Hatsune Miku pillows and my first Anime Body Pillow. (the ones you get from Japan) I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some Kpop merchandise as well as Anime merchandise!

I am very upset with the professionalism at this store. The workers locked the door before they even closed and all I wanted to do was look around and leave before 6pm just so the workers can leave on time. I unfortunately live an 1 hour and 30mins away and really wanted to check the place out while i was in the area. Based on other reviews, apparently it’s a common thing for them to close the store even 20mins before they close! That’s ridiculous! Customers should be able to visit a store 10-20mins before they close. I’ve never came across stores closing before they closed. For someone who has worked in customer service, we lock the doors at the time we are supposed to close.

Love going here and finding new merch items for my favorite anime. I just wish they had an online store that sold more than just the kpop items.

They have a large amount of K-Pop and anime items. I bought over $200 dollars worth of kpop albums in a span of two days because I had to come back and buy more. The prices are realistic and friendly. The employees are very helpful and sweet. They gave me a freebie with my purchase. You’ll find exactly what you’re looking for and the environment was so, so nice because there was no judging. Everyone was looking around and you could overhear some conversations about how excited they were which really brought a smile to my face because I felt exactly the same way :) I was in Florida for vacation so I’m sad to go and not be able to come back and more buy more albums. Unfortunately, my state doesn’t have any kpop stores, so Target will have to do. I’m so so happy with every album I bought and I wish I could continue to support them. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area! :)

I’ve been going to Kpoppin USA since it was more of a kpop store and had no anime addition to it. I love that it has more anime merch now and still continues to provide kpop albums and merch. I do wish there was more merch for other groups (there’s so much BTS bro) but I understand they just get what will earn them more money. I suggest saving a lot of money just to spend here because you’ll definitely find more than you originally went for haha

I love this store. I go there whenever I have the time and money! I got a gift card for my birthday for here a and Im looking forward to going! They have a lot of animes and kpop stuff. I really recommend it! Such a small store with so much stuff!

The selection is great but the customer service is atrocious. It’s confusing on what you can pick up to buy or you have to take a picture of what you want in order to show at the checkout counter. They put sticky notes throughout the store to try and let you know. My first time there i didn’t see the notes for a case of figurines with prices so I picked it up for my child to purchase it. A few minutes later the store associate was utterly rude about it by snatching it out of my hands and saying you weren’t suppose to take it out. It’s cheaply made over priced toys not a diamond necklace you could have done a better job at letting me know that. I’ll order online or at the 10 other anime stores in the Orlando area.

I had gotten albums and an anime figure and the person that gave me the figure was super nice. Also the prices of the albums are great . And i love the the freebies they gave me

It was pretty cool to go to a store that had all kinds of Kpop stuff since I hadnt been to one before. I felt that things were a bit cluttered and hard to find except for the the albums which were organized well. There wasnt much selection for the group I went to look for but maybe there isnt much demand for that group yet. I was surprised by the size of the store and was disappointed to find out that the smallest portion of the store was Kpop and the rest was anime related but they had a seemingly large selection of popular anime items. Overall, I would go back to see if they get newer stuff for my group but Ill likely stick to ordering online. As far as current restrictions, they are pretty strict with their mask requirements and have signs all over asking customers to keep distance. They were super busy when I went so I had to wait in line for quite some time.

Great place, horrible costumer service. They look like they just came out of high school or are in high school. It’s their first job. Gotta start somewhere They’re friendly but they’re so busy doing everything except attending costumers. It makes me feel uncomfortable just to ask for help. I feel like they get annoyed every time I do.

Visiting from Texas and was super excited to experience this store and their super wide selection. Went in super duper excited but left very irritated and quite frankly, very embarrassed. We spent the whole week in the Orlando area, and since me and my bf are both fully vaccinated, we never once touched our masks.Upon walking in we went our separate ways to either side of the store, on the kpop side I realized everyone was wearing a mask, so I asked this lady with glasses at the front if there were any disposable masks I could use, she rudely told me “No” and scoffed “We don’t carry any here but you can buy the ones we sell”. After that I went to find my bf so we can go get our masks from the car just to find another lady at the front was yelling at him half way across the store and turning everyone’s attention on him, to “wear a mask or leave.”nice selection but staff is completely rude

Depending on what youre there for youll either like it or not. Theres a small section for k pop stuff and a huge almost warehouse size for anime. Sadly the anime merchandise I was looking for wasnt there but thats just me being picky, theres a lot of variety so youll notice most things you like.

My daughter loves going here to pick up items to add to her BTS collection. They also have a good Anime selection.

Good store! They have some cool things but I feel like they OVER-ADVERTISE or OVER-MARKET certain stuff. I went and they had a BUNCH of BTS, Naruto, Dragon Ball, and Hatsune Miku stuff. Like, what happened to the other anime’s? They have a bunch of Naruto shirts, cups, plushies, pillows, figures, etc but when you look at for example BNHA they only have one cup here, two figures, no body pillows. I drove three hours for this place, it sucks. I only bought one small little bag for $25. Also they’re very overpriced.

My kids were in awe when I took them here on a visit to FL. Theyre into anime and manga and this place was huge with a great selection of items. Ended up getting some figurines and plush for our flight back home. Definitely worth a visit!

Great anime + kpop selection! Most of the kpop albums are reasonably priced but some of the anime figures are a lil overpriced.

We went to that store because my daughter is a fan of Kpop but really the measures that this store takes in relation to Covid is extreme!!, my husband and I are vaccinated with 2 doses and we did not wear masks because it is no longer required by the state of the Florida if you are vaccinated. The store manager simply threw us out because we were not wearing masks, he had a terrible attitude and did not give us the opportunity to explain our situation to him, he simply asked us to go out ... That day we went to the mall and went to many stores where there were people with and without a mask and there was no problem at all, unfortunately in this store they gave us a bad time ...

I’ve been coming here to buy Kpop albums and anime merch for a long time now, and I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate the measures this store has taken during the pandemic to keep their staff and customers safe. They enforce their mask policy (and it’s posted in multiple places including on the door right before you enter) equally, no one is unfairly targeted by it since it applies across the board to everyone. As someone with immuno-compromised family members, even though they and myself are fully vaccinated, I wear a mask as a courtesy to myself and others and can see no reason why others cannot do the same.The staff here is always so sweet, even when things are busy and hectic they’ll answer questions, check stock for certain items, and just chat about the purchases you’re making because they’re also fans/collectors of the products the store sells.My one ‘complaint’ is the shorter store hours making it harder for me to get there as often as I’d like.

Rudeeee. Im visiting family and we are from NC, my family is vaccinated. We were *shouted* at immediately to put masks on. Which its fine if you want us to wear masks, but you dont have to shout or be rude?? The only kind person was the person who checked us out. I wouldnt return even if I lived here.Nothing in this store cant be bought online (and its cheaper online), and its really more anime than kpop so dont get your hopes up too high

AMAZING!!!!The store outside was beautiful. Two separate doors so you can to the kpop side of the store and anime side of the store. I went there for albums and they didn’t have the ones I had except one but I got 2 other ones that I wanted as well. I got 3 albums in total. 75.80 in total. I counted it before I went to the check out and it was 70.00 with 4.81 for tax. It was great cause since I’m from Chicago,IL there was only a kpop store in Chinatown there and it was OUTRAGEOUS. In the Chicago they charged me a 21.99 album and when I saw the total it was 41.99 IN TOTAL WITH TAX. I would definitely come here again when I come for vacation here again. Great place for anime and kpop stans. Must come here if your a anime or kpop stan.

I really love the store but sadly their employees are what kills it for me. Went in there with a happy mood ready to throw my money but one of the employees not sure if it was the manager or owner the oldest gentlemen in there gave me attitude when I asked a question. It changed my mood all around. Had a hand full of things I wanted ended up just walking out. Sadly, love the store but sadly that really killed the vibe at that time. 😕 leave the attitude at home tbh Im not trynna deal with kids issues away from home. 😒 will change review on my next visit depending on how it goes.

This store is one of my favorite places. The amount of stuff they have and the sheer variety is amazing! The staff are also super friendly and I end up having a conversation about my favorite shows every time I check out, and sometimes theyll throw in a few stickers for free. Cannot recommend this place enough if youre an anime fan in Orlando.

Tons of merch, including lots of the typical shounen stuff, but other things like Kamen Rider and some idol statues and shirts. Reasonably priced, too.

I went a few months ago, and we always visit when my niece is in town. They had a great selection of kpop merch and albums and some anime merch (plushies, pillows, figures, posters...etc). In the last few months (maybe longer cant remember) they expanded and the amount of merch they have is amazing! The original location has all the kpop stuff and the expansion is nothing but anime merch with an even greater selection than before! Their prices are very reasonable and Ive even found some hidden gems that have been sold out or very pricey online. Definitely recommend!

We really liked it and will be returning. They have lots of anime, K-pop and memorabilia at pretty decent prices. They also carry music albums but those, Id do my research before purchasing them here.
