I usually don’t leave reviews but I had a great experience with Momo (name on receipt), she was very kind and knowledgeable. It was time to close but she made sure to help me and check me out with kindness. I wish every store had an employee like this. Thank you very much!

I would have given it 5 stars except for 2 reasons. One no one came over and asked if I needed help. 2 they needed to up date there T-shirts on the wall. The majority of the folded shirts to buy were not on the wall.

Its pretty cool... but Im 40 now and I dont think I belong there.

My problem is with the company. I order an item in September and never got it. Had to called them to find out my item was no longer available. After the said they would give me a refund, in October, I still havent received it. Contact them again in November and Im still waiting. Horrible customer service. Is December people. I have no item and no money.

T-shirt display rarely displays current stock. Went back and forth and never restocked. Something fishy about Funko drops. Went with buddy a good amount and never anyone in line, but somehow when they did get inventory magically there would be a line that same day. Even before they posted merch on Instagram. Staff manager seems like she hates her job or customers or both.

If the prices weren’t so high I might have rated this at five. Cute little store with lots of trendy items and some oddities as well. I enjoy it.

Overpriced, Slow and definitely RUDE STAFF! Got nasty looks for interrupting their conversation to ask about & purchase something. the short chubby goth girl especially, saved me time & money by being rude. I will shop either online or FL/Altamonte Mall instead of here again. the way they watching me the whole time felt like they could burn a hole in me from staring or i was waiting for them to say to me you buy and go now!

My daughter loves this store.

The people were nice and courteous here. Has a lot of things that reference what is popular in todays society such as shirts that have an album cover from a band. Has a nice selection on the T-shirt walls.

It seems like everytime I go in now the T shirts never match the Lps so it makes it a lot harder to search for t shirts when they dont even match. The rows of t shirts on the womens side are horrible. Very few selections of sizes in the store and they stack different shirts on top of each other which looks a mess. The staff is hit or miss sometimes they are a bit cold and not welcoming. Hot topic could do better.

Its always fun to swing by and see what merchandise they have in store. Prices tend to be kind of steep but its cool nonetheless.

My daughter loves this store and I was able to find several of her Christmas gifts here, some things can be a bit high priced but if you join rewards you can accumulate points for discounts and there are typically sales as well.

Terrible. I never thought Id feel so targeted going into my favorite store. After browsing for a short time I asked to use a changing room an the entire time tried on two pairs of pants. I even had my husbad hold my purse and jacket(it was raining that day). So i found it strange that she stood outside my room... Then about 5min after I came out and gave her my belongings for her to hold at the counter a security guard came up to my 3 year old for holding slime and asked her to take her where she got it from... Thats where I draw the line. My daughter will not go with anyone anywhere for any reason. . With all the people dying and getting their children taken over NOTHING. In fear I said nothing and grabbed my child and paid for what was at the counter waiting for me. Shopping made terrifying at Hot topic.

The girl was working she was very rude and didnt seem like she wanted to help me at all. Very disappointed Hot topic its been one of my favorite store

This is a nice store but coming from north, over here in Orlando store they do not have house has much variety like in northeast stores

If youve ever been to Hot Topic, you know what youre always going to get in the way of product selection. This location was a bit different in the way of service, though. The employee offered to help my girlfriend find some specific Pop! figures she was looking for and then offered other options for getting the ones they couldnt find in store.

Awesome novelties and tshirts, also the perfect place to find bachelorette party supplies.

I love the employees. I hope theyre treated well.

Hot Topic in its dark beginnings was the epitome of the ultimate in hard to find Band and Anime t-shirts, collectables and accessories... Over the years among its managements numerous bad decisions and redesigns, it became just another Gap with a bit of an edge.Over the past few years it has been trying hard to go back to its roots and bring back what those bad decisions has taken away what made Hot Topic the ultimate place to go for Goth/Punk clothing styles and choices, Music, and all those hard to find Band T-shirts and Merch and the even more difficult true Japanime clothing, collectables and merch.!!!They are trying, slowly, and I truly hope to see them make that comeback to bring back what all those scared parents were so worried about, but even theyre looking to hold on to that same past that gave them thier edge in thier day.!!!
