I called them in advance asking if they could weld a muffler onto my car upon arrival he tried to tell me my car was to low to get onto the lift as I proceeded to ignore him and drive right up the lift i got onto the lift and he denied to work on my car because i had brought my own muffler for him to weld all i can perceive is that they’re lazy obviously dont care about the customer and they don’t want to make money i would high suggest going to a different muffler shop service was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful like he didn’t want is there in the first place i usually go to icecold but today they were backed up so i thought id give him a try but terrbile service

So I thought it would be a good experience until I asked “ you didn’t put primer on the welds “? Yeah we ran out and the guy in the office said they don’t put primer on the welds. Yeah bring your own primer when you want work done here out wise I recommend find another place. Now I have to put my own primer on my time and buy it.

Ravi was great! My Toyota Tundra came out sounding amazing!! He was very responsive and even went out of the way to have my truck detailed for me! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for custom exhaust.

The Best Service Money can buy. I brought my BMW 335 there for a complete muffler delete. It sounds great. The workmanship was the best. Welds were professional and the custom pipe work even and calculated. Staff is very friendly. Thanks for an great experience.

I was looking online for an honest and professional muffler shop in the Orlando area. Came across a few that all the reviews said there were disrespectful, didn’t want to answer questions and were overcharging. I stumbled on to QD muffler shop and seeing the good reviews i gave it a try and boy I am not disappointed and very satisfied with my exhaust system. Vinnie the owner was most pleased to answer any questions regarding performance, sound etc... has one the best muffler tip selections too. Luis was the guy doing the welding and cutting and he did an excellent job. I had a muffler and resonator delete on my bmw 3 series I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for the job than themm! Thanks.
