I appreciate sale representative Mike and his team members. They knowledged everyone that comes into the facility. Mike was the sale Rep that took care of me and my wife. He pointed out the trucks he has on-premises. When we decided the truck we wanted to rent, he explained in detail the rental agreement and our options. After that, he retrieved the truck. I was happy with the price of the truck that is clean and ran very well. Upon returning the truck, Mike was available to receive. I was impressed with Mikes professionalism, fast and friendly service. Hope others would follow his lead if not the same as Mike. The next time I need or recommend to rent a truck, it will be from this location. Thank you

Went for propane, waited, finally went in and the guy said he wasnt comfortable dispensing propane because he didnt trust the valve.

Worst experience ever. My original appointment was for Saturday. I got there Saturday for them to tell me to come back tomorrow because there short staff and cant get it done that day, so I came back Sunday for them to tell me to come back tomorrow, I told them no, I have a business to run and need my hitch done today I was already told to come back and I refused. My appt was at 11am, here it is 3pm and there just now starting my truck. Ive been sitting here this whole time. I already contacted cooperate office, waiting on a call from the manager now. Thats makes no sense.

Employees were not trained use their propane service I was unable to have my propane refilled

Manager would not help us pick up a truck and was rude, went to orange ave store told them what happen and they helped us in 10 mins. Other store even said this store always has problems!! Dont go other options in this area!!

Horrible service and Magan Branch was totally rude. Made an appointment for a Hitch install at 7AM. Manager was late and rude. Had to leave without getting my hitch install. Worst customer service experience employee was laughing about my time lost. Never again!! Call someone else. DO NOT USED THEM!!

Bred is awesome! Great job on hitch and wire repairing ! I did hitch is another Uhaul they did very bad job, but here Bred saved it

Horrible service and she did not went over valuable information. She never told us we had to return the truck exactly 24 hours later, or would be charged an additional day! Will never rent from Uhal again!!!

Worst customer service ever. Employee was asleep on 3/24 around 4:30 pm while on the clock and didn’t help at all.

Needed a trailer hitch installed. Megan and the crew were very friendly and helpful.
