Terrible attention, they assign you a person to help you because they know more about the products and you can trust what they say, and it was not helpful, they sold me a mens fragrance as if it were womens, and it was a gift for me sister, what I see on your site web. It is actually a fragrance for men. I went to the store the next day and they didnt want to make the change. I am totally disappointed since my husband and I love that store but we will no longer go because of that bad attention and care with their customers.

Great experience shopping at LV Orlando Millennia, worth the 2-hr drive to get here. I could have gone to a closer location but chose Orlando based on reviews. Fatima was delightful to work with and provided the most excellent service that I would expect from LV. Selena who was greeting guests waiting in line was equally pleasant and helpful. This location sets the standard for LV stores. Looking forward to my next visit!

I felt like I was a burden to be there just because I wasnt all dressed up, I was on vacation. I felt pressured to buy a 3,250$ bag, and when I decided to look at other options I felt like her deminor changed. I ended up walking out with a new wallet, but felt like that wasnt good enough. Considering returning it to the store here in my state, maybe they will treat me better then they did here. The other employees were great, just unfortunately I got someone who wasnt. Not the best way to end my vacation and my first real experience in a store. Makes me not want to go back.

They not honest I purchased the bag only 3 weeks then the bottom broken I come ask them for a replacement and she said that will take 9 weeks and she said that it doesn’t cost anything. 9 weeks and the replacement strap came and we went and picked it up and they just talked with each other’s and she said it costs $275 if you want the strap and we explained that the other girl dia it doesn’t cost anything but they insisted that to pay them $275 so we left and call the Lv company and they said it shouldn’t cost anything to replace it. That why we never come and buy anything there again.

I have shopped in many great LV stores such as the New Orleans and Tampa location.Very disappointed both times shopping at this location. The sales staff are very condescending. I went in for shoes and a new belt possibly a bag. After picking out a belt the consultant presumed that I was finished, then I quickly let him know I would also like to try on shoes. He acted as if this was a burden ... I decided to leave empty handed after the service I was provided and purchased my items in New Orleans the following week. This location is the Walmart of LV service.

It takes desperate, pathetic people who need to feel better about themselves or want to think they are higher in life. In reality, they are lowered to be like cattle. Do not lower yourself. After spending a lot of money on the men side of louis vuitton we go to the women side with our consultant since we wanted to buy different items there two after a time of trying things on and having an amazing experience with our consultant we started testing the perfumes and she gave us some samples another older looking blonde lady approached our consultant and told her in front of us “you Can’t be giving away samples because samples are only for customers that are actually buying if they don’t buy we don’t give them samples so please stop.” At that moment we had about 4 items that we were going to buy and just because of that attitude we decided to go and buy from the Tampa store since LV millenia does not deserve our business the same way we don’t deserve their samples

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be the first in line (20 minutes before opening). The line quickly formed at both LV and Gucci. When the doors opened, I was cordially greeted and assigned Fatima Z to work with! She was receptive, kind, and thorough! Not only did she get the purse I was requesting but she came back with a few wallet options and scarves. She already put together a bundle. I wasnt interested but when I asked to see additional purses, she happily presented them as well as an overview of features. Very knowledgeable, patient and relaxed; ask for her you wont regret it.Ive experienced being judged by my attire and sometimes well wear workout clothes purposely and today I did. Still received great customer service. Please dont judge a book by its cover.

Most definitely didn’t have the best experience. I purchased an item from this location and was told the item was not in stock and it had to be shipped which was fine. I told the employees multiple time to make sure you put in the correct address and he didn’t now I have to go back and forth with ups and LV to get this situation fixed when it wouldn’t of been a issue if he would of listened to the paying customer first. Do not buy anything in store and allow them to ship it to your house they will not do it correctly. The employees just want to make a quick sell. 3/10 making this a 1 start review.

Terrible customer service. Wanted a product that they ended up not having in stores so the associate told me to go buy it online then went to assist another customer. Came back months later to pick up a purchase and STILL waited 45 mins. Waited 30 mins another time before leaving because the line hadn’t even moved. This most recent experience was not great and made me reconsider ever shopping at LV again. Staff is condescending and lack empathy.

I’ve been an LV customer for 15 years now. Never have I felt so annoyed by this location. I came here out of town for Disney. Decided to go in the store and see if they have a few items on my wish list that has been unavailable for so long. So, I knew it was a long shot getting it here. I have to admit, since Covid I have not been in the stores in Atlanta. Have no idea if their process is the same as here. Meanwhile, I’ve ordered pieces online.I got here, there was a line. I waited 30 mins or so to go in with my husband. As soon as we got to the door, the sales rep told me they are ready to have me come in and we must sanitize our hands. No problem, we did as told. She then asked me what was I looking for. I showed her a few items on my wish list that online did not have. Every item that I asked, they did not have in the store. I get it, the demand is high.. due to Covid, production etc. Then she proceeds to say if I was needing anything else. I said to her if I can look around w/o her walking next to me like a little duckling, she says she needs to be with me at all times. I’m like wtf😂 so annoying. I like to be able to enjoy viewing and walking around looking at their pieces without someone under my nose! I told the sale lady, “thank you and I’m done” and walked out.

I am a huge lover of Louis Vuitton! And I love going into any Louis Vuitton store that is around me! This place was beautiful and the woman that helped me with choosing my bag and my shoes was amazing! With covid going on they were taking precautionary measures and only allowed a few people in at a time with a client advisor, which was actually very nice cause when you were with your client advisor their time was focused on you. There’s some Louis Vuitton stores that you walk into and they don’t even pay any attention to you but this store was absolutely phenomenal! If you’re in the Orlando area, make sure you stop!

I have noticed that in the past year or so the attitude towards the customers has improved and for the most part you dont have to deal with a snotty sales person judging you by your shoes and looking at you as if you are there to steal a canvas purse. With that being said, there is still something left to be desired. Our sales person definitely did not know what they have in stock. I went there to look for a specific style and explained that in detail. He showed me a couple of items and when I asked for a specific one - that by the way was displayed in plain view in the store- he first said they dont have it. Then I noticed another one that a couple was looking at and three times asked about it, but he never brought it. That was upsetting and I approached the counter where the couple was- no longer looking at the item- just to turn it around and look at it for two seconds. At this point the sales guy had the nerve to literally scold me in front of this couple as if I was a criminal! Dear Guy, first of all, I wont take the item away, second, I wont hang in there for more than 15 min. in 24 hours- CDC guidelines for COVID prumary exposure, third if you people are afraid of that, let only one person at a time in the store and fourth, I would not have to approach these people if you have brought the purse to me as I asked three times! The other issue was that the purse that I liked hsd damaged hardware. Of course no discounts, but as the only available item, it would make sense to not display it or offer it to customers? I was told that they can order a new part but I will have to pay for it. Ha. So I will spend a few thousand dollars on a bag and then you will charge me a few hundred more for a part I didnt damage?? Right. Thanks, but no thanks. I ended up spending a lot of money in this store, but the item would be returned and I will take my business to a diffrent brand. I have several Louis and some needed to be repaired and that was a nightmare as well. The brand is just an overpriced garden variety canvas purse warehouse. Not to mention it is worn by 90% of the women visiting that mall. Maybe that type of popularity is the reason for not enough stock, mediocre customer service and extremely inflated prices.

Worst luxury store experience I have ever had. would not recommend this location.Employees at the Millenia location DO not care. my husband picked up a purse from an online order, and was told he could NOT come in and they would just hand it to him outside and if he wanted to check it, he would just have to open it outside the store in the open public.also, we arrived earlier in the week 25 minutes before they closed to check it out in person before we purchased online and they did not allow us in the store because they were closing the line. when I asked what time the line closed they said 5:45 and it was 5:25.horrible service . cannot say enough. a total embarrassment to the luxury side of business.

The only issue I understand is to wait in line for 30 minutes to wait to get in the door but everybody was fantastic and one lady was extremely smart she use her tablet to ask us what we were looking for while were waiting in line the saved us a lot of time later see if it was in stock because you wait 30 or 40 minutes in line and then you find out the item you want is not in stock keep up the good work

Literally so miserable in the women’s store. Had two different sales people, both were miserable and my second was even worse than my first. My first one was Angelica and I forget the second lady’s name but both were terrible, I didn’t want anything else from there after the attitude and manner of Angelica, so my boyfriend and I left and went to the men’s store. IN THE MENS STORE IT’S GREAT! I had Kraig and he was the best! Hooked me up even with my small little purchase. I bought a belt from this location in December for $825. In less than 2 months the belt has almost torn in half where the prong goes through the belt. I have multiple other belts than cost less than half of this amount that I have worn for years without any issue.The issue with this belt was brought to the attention of the manager today & he refused to replace the belt & made the claim that since he’s never seen the issue before it’s not a quality issue.Apparently he doesn’t understand how issues happen with a companies product & that it doesn’t have to be an issue he’s seen before to be a legit product quality issue. Inexperience is apparently considered acceptable in management positions now.The belt is very soft & unable to withstand the pressure of the prong pulling on the poor quality material they made this belt out of.**DO NOT BUY A BELT FROM THIS COMPANY & IF YOU DO MAKE THIS MISTAKE DON’T EXPECT THEM TO HONOR THEIR PRODUCTS WARRANTY, BECAUSE YOU’ll BE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE**If the company would like to honor their warranty they can respond to this review, otherwise I will make a complaint with the BBB next & every other review company to help others avoid the same mistake I made.

I was greeted by a very friendly person at the door. Everyone made me feel comfortable. I tried on shoes and they were cordial offering to get my size, they also offered me water. I was not dressed up, and I didnt feel like they were being nice to me because I looked a certain way. Of all the upscale stores I went too Louis Vuitton was the only one I purchased from because of the way they treat people. I was escorted out by 3 Security guards because I refused to use their hand Sanitizer. They force you to use a hand sanitizer which has no labels. I was there WITH MY MASK ON just to pickup 2 items which were already ordered and paid for. I was put to wait outside of the store while they get my order ready. In the meantime they came out and held my phone with their bare hands to confirm my order.If you do not want put some shady hand sanitizer on your body, stay away from this store. Using your own hand sanitizer is not an option for you.

Really love this store and the service! The manager is great and always greets us! Even when he is with someone. Have been to many other Louis Vuitton stores all over the country and have always been greeted promptly here and treated great! Have never had a sales person treat me poorly or ignore me, no matter how i was dressed. Our last sales associate, Dan Smith, was the most friendly person i think i have ever met, not just in Louis Vuitton, but any store! Made us feel great, got to know us, spent time with us, held a bag for us, and made our purchase amazing! And we were purchasing one of their more expensive bags, but he made us feel as if we were! We will definitely stop back just to say hi anytime we are at the mall. (which is about weekly! lol) Thank Dan and Louis Vuitton Millenia! Such a fun place!!

The two stores are beautiful but the customer service is terrible. I was in this store and never acknowledged. After ten minutes or so of browsing I observed the representatives catering to customers of other ethnic backgrounds as they entered the store. I am not pleased to say I believe it was because of my skin color as I was the only African American customer in the store. I am very capable of purchasing any items in LV. Management should properly train there employees on customer relations.

Due to COVID 19 I had to wait in front of the store for a very long time. Finally an associate came outside the store and proceeded to help me with my issue in front of a ton of people in front of the store. I felt uncomfortable and asked to be helped inside the store. The leather straps on my neverfull bag were coming apart after one year of use. She explained that this is regular ware due to the fact that the straps have no stitching. She told me I will have to pay out of pocket if I want to repair the straps, however the repairs can’t be done in the store due to Covid 19. I was given a email address to send an email request for a repair. I email and called them, and nobody is responding. Very disappointed with LV.

My wife was helped “or not” by an elderly Asian lady who had no apparent customer service skills. My wife was belittled and made to feel extremely rushed, was extremely rude and unprofessional. In the end we just asked for a refund since she wasn’t willing to invest the time into us.Essentially this is a LV store, their products and quality are not in question, just if you go to this store we strongly advise you stay clear of the elderly Asian lady.

Oh my God! The worst customer service ever. If you want to have a pleasant shopping experience, please save yourself of the horror. Lacks basic etiquette. Not worth the money you are willing to spend for the product. Perhaps a store in a different city with better service.
