Such a good place! Rolled ice cream was amazing and carol was great with my kids letting them choose the ice cream and letting them watch the process. They even got to do little sticky notes. Such a cute personal touch!

If youre in Orlando or staying on I-drive you got to stop by this spot. The place was clean and welcoming. You can create your own combo. The kids loved it and so did I ! Yasmine was really helpful and sweet ! Definitely a friendly place with great ice cream. We will be coming back another weekend !

We went here twice. First day had a couple rolled icecreams and boba teas. Kids enjoyed it! On our last day we went back and were greeted by Yasmin a very nice worker. Kids enjoyed rolled icecream again before we left. This is fun spot to go and get a special treat!!!

MIND BLOWING. Delicious. We came for the boba tea, got a monkey business dessert. Left with an additional boba tea. Come and support a wonderful business. Out of stock on several flavors. They use powder instead of fresh fruit. We ordered 3 different flavors. 2 are ok, 1 is not worth drinking. The rainbow jelly taste like candy. So fake. Been to many bubble tea places and this is not one Id ever recommend to anyone, especially for the high price. Customer service is friendly. Save your money and find another bubble tea place.

First time coming here and first time trying ice cream rolls... all I can say is WOW! Carol helped us and she was amazing. She was super friendly, helpful and an artist creating those pictures perfect rolls! I had the Mr. Ferrero topped with chocolate chips, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. I also opted for the .75 cent Ferrero Roche topping and so glad I did as it was the perfect finish to my treat. Thanks Carol, for a great treat and an entertaining show, it was really cool (pun intended!) watching you create my order! We will be back!

The staff here were all very friendly a d quick to assist all of the guests. Even when it got really busy they did not slow down. Carolynn helped us with our order and she had A+ customer service. Because of the staff I will definitely come back again and tell my friends how awesome this place is.

I went yesterday with my family and tried out a couple ice creams, all amazing taste and costumer service but I do not recommend card tipping since the employees don’t get paid what we give to them, unfortunately I didn’t have money to tip them with cash.Giving stars for the great costumer service

Delicious rolled ice cream with multiple flavors / recipes. However, dont be fooled by being asked what 3 toppings you want. Even though you ordered a specific speciality item, you need to select those toppings if you want it made that way. I dont like that they do this, its misleading to order the Mickey Mouse sundae and it doesnt end up looking like the picture because you didnt use a topping just to get whipped cream. Other than that, delicious and great bubble teas as well!

Carol was our preparer and this was our first time trying rolled ice cream.. Very delicious and Carol was very nice to my daughter.

On July 20th I went here with my family and ordered 7 drinks at 8:46 pm after waiting in line for 20 minutes. It took almost 10 minutes to order. One of the guys working was very nice, but there were 2 young girls and they hadnt made a single drink out of the seven we were waiting 25 minutes after ordering for. Those 7 drinks shouldve taken a maximum of 10minutes to make. The two girls were very lazy, slow, talking to each other, cleaning tables, washing dishes, while not even paying attention to the customers even though they had a very long line which continued outside the door. My family and I were getting very annoyed and I couldnt wait longer so I asked for a refund which was $57.38. You guys need to change your employees and get someone who can work faster and be more responsible than these lazy girls. I only gave 1 star because I felt bad for the guy with a handicapped arm who was working faster than these 2 girls.

The place has boba in the name that’s why I came. Don’t come and hour before closing because if they don’t have tapioca balls they will tell you they are closing soon and they didn’t want to make more. As I’m watching a group of people enjoy there boba tea. I don’t think an hour before closing was an appropriate time to stop making boba. I would see if I walked in 5 min before but I didn’t. I still got a ice cream I didn’t want but I still enjoyed it I was already there and I wanted a treat.

We’ve been coming here almost since it opened and it’s great! I have to say when the owners were the ones working it was better. Better guest service and better quality. Came back after a couple months, sat 21st and it was a different staff, and it was a different experience. Poor guest service from them. Besides them, everything else is amazing and delicious!

Nice ice cream place. Very packed when we visited. Had to wait about 45 minutes for 3 ice creams but the place was pretty cool overall. Good drinks too.

The ice creams taste good, but nothing impressive. Employees are more interested in chatting with each other than providing good customer service. I ordered a mickey mouse ice cream and it was the least they gave me. The girl seemed in a hurry to continue talking, they didnt even have any more clients. In conclusion I will not return.

I never write reviews but I had to for this one. The service was terrible. I waited 40 minutes for a strawberry smoothie with boba. Don’t even get me started on the boba. There was very little boba and it barely fit through the straw. My mouth hurts from sucking so hard trying to get the boba up the straw. Over priced and for what? 0/10 experience would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and your time.

This place was awesome! Walking in the staff were very friendly and patient. The rolled icecream was wonderful and very interesting to see how it was made.

The ice cream is really good but it was kind of pricey considering that Google said it was a one $ sign kind of place. It also gets really packed later at night, so be aware that service will be slow at this time of day. You can choose any base ice cream for your main flavor and then add three toppings.

Such a bad service... There were only 5 people ahead of us and the literally took 47 minutes to complete our order .. the owner of this place should hire more people... The ice cream is good the service its horrible 👎👎

I am not one to leave a bad review but my boyfriend and I were super bummed about our experience at this place! We were craving boba so made the drive to grab some from Mr.Cool, it was not good! :( Waited 20 minutes for our Boba to be made while employees were talking to friends and not working! Worse bubble tea I have tried in my life. The tapioca was burnt and it was just whole milk with ice and a bit of brown sugar in the bottom. I couldn’t even drink half of the cup because it was disgusting. I’m giving 2 starts because the service was okay.

I had been dying for rolled up ice cream and found this place on Google. Place is pretty cool (no pun intended) 😉 and they have some great flavor options and toppings. But it wasnt authentic rolled ice cream, like made from scratch on the freezing plate. It was still really really delicious. Price is not bad $6 for a cup with 4 to 5 pieces of rolled ice cream made to your tasting. Customer service was a little dry but not horrible. The family was incredibly nice and helpful. Watching them make the ice cream was interesting, they roll the ice cream and then put 3 toppings on top. It wasnt bad pricing, $6 for the ice cream. Very clean restaurant. Would definitely go back!

I love this place so much! The workers are so friendly and caring, specially Karol and Stephany. I love going there for boba but the ice cream is out of this world!

Honestly—overpriced for the quality of the icecream & the amount that it is. I understand why since it’s near all of the tourist attractions but for a local—I find that it is not worth it at all. It also always smells horrendous in there, not sure why.

I have never really heard of rolled ice cream before, but this was a fun and delicious introduction! They showed us how its made and they werent stingy with the toppings. Pictured is my wifes custom vanilla oreo creation. I had the morning latte from the menu and it was wonderful. Just be prepared to spend $7, but I think its worth it!

The ice cream tastes really nice and the texture is spot on. Even though both employees dont speak English all that well, they are super friendly and make sure you have a great experience, recommend!
