I love the energy in this place! All workers were kind and very friendly. I love how they use Disney names for their name tags. I was able to sample a few flavors before trying their new coffee float. It wasn’t as sweet as I had thought it would be, but still very good!

The Girl attending was very rude and had an attitude. Ill never return again.

Had to wait about 20 min for just one Shake. There were 3 employees at the time and they were not busy at all. They didnt care about presentation. I had to clean myself the cup because of the mess they did.

Milkshakes watery, they made again, but not without excuse, it was because its hot outside second one turned out ok, not to mention its still hot outside, in other words a poor excuse.

Very rude staff at this location. I waited over five minutes to be served with only one other guest in the store. One staff member in particular, a girl named Rosemarie, refused to make a shake at 8:30pm because “the store is closing soon and I don’t have the time to make it right now”.I walked out at the ridiculousness of this assertion and will never set foot into this ice cream store again.

They close 30 minutes before it was showing on Google maps if you advertise that your business open until 9PM dont close it at 8:30. Just saying. Very disappointed.

Very rude stuff in this location I ordeeed frappe and was clear I can’t have high sugar, the frappe was so sweet I refuse to take it and I asked for my refund. The manager came he dumped my drink into the trash infront of me in a very rude disrespectful way.So pathetic this brand (Haagen daze) loosing customers cause they lake customer service basics.

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!! My brother had an allergy to MILK and EGGS and this lady ASSURED us that their ice cream was lactose free and IT WASNT!!!!!!!! He has a fever and is feeling terrible!!! This could have ended really bad if we didn’t act fast! I am calling corporate also because food allergies are VERY SERIOUS!

Today at the Haagen-Dazs in Orlando International Premium Outlet at 11:55 a.m my mother bought an ice cream and forgot her wallet by the register. 10 minutes later she noticed that her wallet was missing and called your store at that location. The employee that answer the phone (there were only 2 employees) told my mother that there was no wallet there. So my mother taught someone stole it since that was the only place she pulled her wallet and cancel all her cards, including her international cards since she is staying in the US just for a month. After talking to the police at the Mall my mother went back to the shop and the manager had apparently put the wallet in the cabinet and did not tell to the only 2 employees working. Now my mother cant use any of her cards on this trip to the United States. I love your ice cream but Im writing this because I think it was extremely unprofessional of the manager for not letting his employees know and for the employee that answer the phone that didnt even ask the manager.

I came here after a bad experience at the Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised at the employees enthusiasm despite being really busy. Excellent job guys!

Ice creams are very rich!The price has seemed high for what they offer, they are also delicious!To cool off from the Orlando heat they come great, the queue is a little long at rush hour, but they are usually fast.

Best ice cream shop ever!

The Hageen Dazs store located inside the Orlando Premiun Outlet is similar to others in the same chain within shopping centers. However, this place is not inside the comedy courtyard. Sells ice creams that can be purchased by choice bowls or sundae style. It also offers smoothies that I didnt try. Ice cream by bowls or scoops can be ordered up to 3 tastes. If you want to add a topping or be served in a cone, you must pay an additional one. As for ice cream, despite being an industrial product, they are very rich and creamy. I recommend trying mango sorbet and Belgian chocolate. The prices are high but justified by the quality of the ice cream.
