We loved this ice cream! They make your ice cream while you watch. Its a fun experience! They have a freeze table that they put the cream on top and they mix in the flavors as the cream turns to ice cream!

Coming from a family that owned a Carvel store in South Florida, I was interested to see how good this really was. Well, it’s great. Light and creamy, and full of flavor. Watching them make the ice cream is a fun process as well. Wife got the Biscoff Cookie and it was perfect.

It was pretty good and it was not as sweet as regular ice cream which I liked. They even toasted my marshmallow. The only thing that I did not like was that it took 30 mins to order.

Decided to try rolled ice cream one day and this place showed up. The inside is very nice and they have at different choices for everything. We had the s’mores and the tiramisu and were both very good. Will come back!

Ordered the Hong Kong bubble waffle advertised in the shop. Overall good, but it took about 30 minutes to get the order (Saturday night).

Pretty interesting place with a unique way to make and serve ice creams. Very unique flavors - we tried taro, chocorila, and biscoff and all of them were really nice. Actually a good place for after dinner dessert especially with a date. Recommended. And they take Apple pay.

Have tried many of the flavors! It’s good ice cream but not worth the money for me. I wish they came in different sizes. The portion was too big and alot gets wasted.

I tried this place out because my husband and his coworker said great things about it. And it definitely lived up to the hype. ICENY is not your standard ice cream shop with a bunch of tubs of flavors to choose from. They have a full array of frozen ice cream desserts to have, and they make your dessert right in front of you, which is another cool experience factor.The pricing is great for what you get. Come hungry. Some of their ice cream desserts may look small but they are very filling.

Love the concept and design! There is even a little show they put on to make each item. Price is comparable to that of making your own yogurt cup. Waffle comes out hot and delicious! We will be back! I made my own with waffle, strawberries, lychee, vanilla cream, and strawberry drizzle. The waffles take 4 minutes to make, but are worth the wait. The other flavor we tried was cookie spree. My only desire is to have more than one lychee.

Something different its a lot of fun just to watch it ice-cream be made. I would recommend the mango sticky rice ice-cream its their signature flavor and also my favorite dessert. I didnt even know it could be paired with ice-cream it was so amazing my children had the cookies and cream flavor and my other son had the fruit loops one and they were all delicious

What a fantastic way to eat Ice Cream! At the register, my first thought was - that was a bit pricey... but then I watched them make Ice Cream out of liquid cream! Using what can only be a REALLY cold stone... It was like the hibachi of Ice Cream. You start with a base cream (like sweet cream) and then you had a flavor such as strawberries - which they used real strawberries chopped up and folded into the cream. Once the cream is frozen they spread it out flat and make little rolls of Ice Cream - their toppings are creative and artistic. My son LOVED it. I look forward to going back!

Mango with sticky rice. Different and fantastic since I love them both separately. The combination........yum!! The server was also courteous and friendly. Its my 3rd time. Ill bring the family next time. All the way from winter haven

Extemporaneously swung by the area for a breezy stroll, which led to the arrival of this fun and unique place, offering customizable bowls of Thai rolled ice cream.Biscoff cookie and cream definitely caught my eye and reminded me of the snacks given on the airplane, which is undeniably a good thing. What a mesmerizing experience of the whole ice cream making process, from beginning to end.Because of this contemporary sweet shop, indulging when screaming for ice cream will not be so bad after all.

I thoroughly enjoyed the concept behind the rolled ice cream and my boys enjoyed watching it being created right there in front of them. Staff was friendly. Price was eh.. on the fair side.. gave them 4 stars because of the price. If your in a rush or hurry this isnt the place for you, process takes a bit of time.. Other then that the different choices were fun.. and the staff work hard rolling that ice cream so tip them what they deserve! Also ask them for a punch card before purchasing.. buy 9 get 1 free!

A great spot to come in and relax with some cold treats. You also get a little show of them making your ice cream. We got the matcha mania and the strawberry cheesecake. Both are excellent. I would however lean towards the matcha one again. Next time will try something else as I think this place will do a great job flavour wise as well as presentation.

Meh... Waited way too long for bland dessert.

Ive cream was good. We waited at least 30min though. The guy messed up my sons order. I think you froze it too long. They dumped so many toppings over top of the rolls that by the time he got to the role of the ice cream it was mushy so he was upset.

Literally the slowest staff on the planet, talking to friends and not working while a line builds up. Absolutely terrible. Two girls working one with a long pony tail did try to save the day noticing the other girl was a problem. We stood waiting for our product 15 mins.

The rating is really for the mango sticky rice flavor— I am OBSESSED. The ice cream by itself is fine, but this combo is genius... Given that I’ve never seen it done this way anywhere it’s well worth the extra price tag. Sweet creamy ice cream with actual sticky sweet warm rice and mangos... Holy YUM.

Great place to get rolled ice cream...The mango was very refreshing and the Oreo was sweet and tasty!...Its a good place to stop in and chill at if youre walking or biking around Lake Baldwin.

Overall the place is very nice. The ice cream is good. But not great. But of course with a place like this, you are paying for the presentation and delivery, and not so much the flavors. One could say its thr hibachi grill for ice-cream. Again the ice cream was good, But definitely not the best I have had. Solid 3/5. But the staff and the atmosphere gave it an overall 4/5 stars for me.

Really bad for me. This is my 2nd time, my 1st time was regular, but the 2nd really bad.I request my refund for my bad ice cream and they offered me a discount on my next time.Sorry you never see me again. And let me told you we are 4 or 6 buying always.

Delicious! Not too sweet, so better than expected! The girl that took our order was nice, but we felt rushed and there was no one in line behind us. The process was fun to watch. Kind of expensive but worth it for our first time.

The Biscoff cookie and cream is my favorite here! It’s a nice little place with just the right serving size! Love it. I come here almost every week. Grab my ice cream and take a walk near the lake :)

Honestly Im not much of the hip trendster d bag but this place was pretty decent and I would go again but like all things of that kind its hard to justify the little extra money spent but hey treat yo self. The area is super dog friendly so that justifies most of my apprehension. If your in the area check it out. The process alone is pretty cool though, kids would love it.

I got a dish called Vietnamese coffee. Interesting process and awesome results. My wife got the cookie spree. Very unique, so glad we tried it!

Very good quality ice cream rolls and friendly staff. It looked like they use homemade whipped cream. Perfect place to go for a date night.

Beautiful to watch the ice cream be rolled. Just not all that I thought it would be. Good flavors, just melts so quickly due to the ice cream rolls being so thin...but its expected. Didnt sit right on my stomach as I believe it has a lot of milk and sugar, but thats to be expected as well, Its Ice Cream. I will not be visiting again. (Beautiful area....nice place to hang out. Baldwin Park is very nice)

I used to come here all the time. The ice cream is always fun to watch be made. The staff is almost always friendly and energetic!Their flavor combinations are delicious and go well together.My favorite is the Vietnamese coffee!

It was crazy hot last weekend, about 105 degrees outside every day. Things I crave in hot weather? Ice cream? watermelon? A cold drink? Well how about watermelon ice cream. I would think that with all the dairy in ice cream, this wouldnt work, but it did. There was still a strong watermelon flavor, that was really refreshing. mmm....

If you like ice cream you need to try this play. Its not like any other ice cream I have ever tried and so far everything on the menu has been great. Also good for kids because they will probably enjoy watching the ice cream made right in front of them.

Total fail! How can you be open if you dont have anything to sell. Went to get some ice cream. And they didnt have the ones we wanted. Then she said this are the ones we have, pointing to a list. So giving the benefit of the doubt i ask for one from the list. Nope they didnt have it either. Waste of time. And the ones they did have, were premade!! Definitely not coming here again!!👎🙅

The staff were friendly and the place was cute, but we came for ice cream, and the ice cream was just okay at best. It was rock hard for one thing. Once it started melting, the flavor was pretty good, but for the price, it wasnt worth it. I didnt hate the place, but I dont feel motivated to return.

Was really excited to try this place as my husband and I really enjoy Thai ice cream. The staff were nice and friendly, but I think lack proper training. We got the the Vietnamese coffee flavor and Thai I-ce tea flavor. 1st I would say that the thing the mix in was set to cold, made the ice cream extremely hard. To be made properly it should take probably 2-3 minutes mixing/scrapping. You can’t rush it, or it doesn’t taste right. They were done in probably 30 seconds. Mix ins were not mixed in all the way. So then we had our ice cream which I thought was going to break the plastic spoon because it was so hard. So far this is the worst we’ve had. It was edible, but not good. Also, we’ve been to places that are cheaper in NYC that allow unlimited mix ins and toppings, you are limited to 4 here (unless you pay extra). I wouldn’t bother going back...

Phenomenal flavor combos (we had the Matcha Mania). Clean and bright location. Friendly and prompt service. Very well executed unique experience as you watch them make your ice cream on the spot using frozen griddles. To top it all off, this location is in a beautiful setting with a fountain and lake down the road, tons of picture taking opportunities. Best ice cream date option ever.

So the ice cream was great and the presentation as well. My only complaint is that the 2 employees that helped my whole family were not welcoming at all. The place was empty when 4 of us walked in. They were talking umungst themselves and did not great us when we walked in. They made our ice cream and everything and they did not smile not once. Any place that sells ice cream is a happy place and I believe that the employees should be happy and welcoming as well

Let’s be honest! They are attractive and nice service BUT you are eating NOTHING, the size is nothing... seems a whole cup, let it melt... won’t be 1/8 of the cup!You want traditional ice cream? This is not your place neither! They just serve a couple of flavors and that’s all.Expensive for what you are getting.

My first time here, however I’ve tried rolled ice cream from a few places, in my opinion, this is the best I’ve had in Orlando. Got the Thai tea base with lychee mixed in and drizzled with condensed milk, it was DELICIOUS!!!

First time, and LOVED IT!!! OMG, it’s light weight, and really delicious and really beautifully crafted, I really enjoyed the ambient the shop has. The workers are incredibly nice, and really helpful! It was such a nice place, the artwork was cute and simple, and everything about this place is just so unique and special! I plan to come here almost every day! It’s even 20 feet from my apartment!!!

They are ok. Not crazy flavor. They barely use toppings, mixing or syrup. For the price, I was expecting a little better ice cream.

The idea is cool but Jeremiahs is alot better and about half price. Ive also had nitrogen ice cream which also tastes better and is done faster. Nice service the product isnt that big a deal.

The presentation of this store is amazing, but that is all they truly provide well. They provide very little options for you to mix in to your ice cream. Then their staff is very stiff and are kind of uncomfortable. On top of all of that, it’s wildly expensive and you’re getting very little food. Bring your girlfriend or your kids here for it’s fun appeal, but that’s all you’re getting.

I love this place! Always keep coming back and the employees really put their heart and effort into making it. Definitely try the biscoff cookie! Thats my absolute favorite. Highly recommended

Great experience! I dont have hairon my head, but I went for eyebrow threading and the results were great! The place looked clean and staff was very nice to me. I was in and out in about half an hour without an appointment. Ill be coming back!

I have visited this store about 4-5 times and I can’t confidently say that the customer service was outstanding. There is one particular cashier there that has a terrible attitude. I bet some may be wondering, why I rated this store 5 Stars if I wasn’t satisfied with the employees. One I am not rating the store, I am rating an employee who needs to definitely be recognized. She is a hard working employee and she has an amazing attitude! She is the living example of customer service. She should definitely work at Publix instead, because she I just a phenomenal employee. Thank you so much (EL) I think I spelled that right, for being kind to me and being really nice. It is because of you that this store got 5 Stars, not because of the other employees.

You see them make and roll your ice cream. Its interesting to watch.. Also time consuming when there is a line. Its $7 for the 1 scoop of ice cream! I can buy any gallon of ice cream from publix for cheaper! Not what I would want to spend my money on!
