Great place! We come at least once a week and its consistently great. Especially love the staff!

TL,DR: Nice ice cream outlet, very reasonably priced, easy parking, and seating available.Really nice place to satisfy sweet tooth. Not much crowded and ample parking space is available. Theres a sitting space (benches) available as well.I had a Sundae and my wife had a cone. The ice creams were tasty and creamy.Also the prices are set in quite reasonable bracket. The cone was $2.70 and a Sundae cup was $2.50.

Not too bad! The prices are pretty similar to other soft serve places. The only thing I didnt understand were the mint shakes. You can get a mint chocolate chip shake for normal price, but if you want just mint they up-charge you 75 cents. Doesnt make any sense to be, but you get what you get.

The twirls are really good here, as someone who doesnt like the coldness of ice cream too much it was a great experience to get something just a tad bit less cold.If you like toppings and chunks of stuff in your desert, this is a really good place to go.I will return.

Nice little ice cream spot. Could be a lil colder, so they dont melt by the time they hand them out the window. With that and had they given us a few more sprinkles when my daughter drop a lot of hers, Id say 5 stars. Its the little things 🙂

Good place to have milkshakes and icecream. I like their flavored pina colada. Naakai nattiyamada seiyum 😉

Went through the drive through with three separate orders. Was told we could only do two, which is perfectly fine, but I asked if we could pull up to the window to finish our order and the woman basically said that we couldn’t do that in a very disrespectful tone. I love twistee treat and worked at one in ocala, I’m here for college and wanted to work at this one too but after that I’m not going to.

Ice cream was so good, had a wonderful server named Anthony who told me he was only 16 years old! Had customer service skills beyond his years. Will be coming back just because of him!

The chocolate malt shake was good. However when they told my husband his order they said it correctly but gave him something totally different. But it was a very busy night for them so we didnt get too upset.

Went through the drive thru and was greeted with “what do you want?”. We asked for a second to choose and after placing the order she didn’t tell us what we got or the total. We came to the window and had extra stuff to our order (which happens when you don’t confirm the order) and had to get it taken off and refunded to our card a couple of days later without the return receipt. Just simple things that someone can do to make the ordering easy and efficient.

Staff was very friendly, patient, and fast. there was a VERY long line at the time of my visit, but the staff inside were very efficient and quick, and the wait was pretty good given the number of people.

Icecream is always melting so fast. I asked for a cheesecake and waffle cone. The pieces werent mixed into the icecream and was just put on top. My cone was given to me in a cup and I soon as I lifted the cone to eat, most of my toppings fell to the floor. Not a delightful experience.

Girl who took our order was extremely pushy and rude. 815 PM on July 4th. Fire that girl. She ruined the holiday for not only myself and my family, but for America. Ordering here tonight felt like ordering ice cream in North Korea.

I like that the kiddie cone is the perfect size for when you shouldn’t be having dessert cause you just hit the gym. The chocolate dip could be better, sometimes it tastes like nothing. Customer service is really hit or miss but mostly miss because they’re rude a lot. Most of the time, the people in the drive thru don’t even say hello back to you. Our “Hey, how ya doin?” is usually met with “$9.17.” Or our thank yous are met with silence and the window closing. I mostly come back cause my dog loves the pup cups. 😂

The ultimate snack destination! My daughter and I had a great dessert as usual... 2 small cones (one swirl and one chocolate), cake cones, and chocolate dip with 2 bottles of water... The perfect snack on a hot Orlando day, and for less than $9. Always yummy!

So disappointed of this location. After making a line for about 15 minutes, once it got to our turn the employee told us that they were under staffed that we needed to order through the drive through. The drive through had about 10+ cars and there was no sign we needed to go through there. They could’ve just told us as we got there to order another way and not make us wait in the line. So disappointed.

Recent visit really frustrated us. Its a small store, & when we went through drive thru we were told no credit only cash at that window, but we could park & walk to the main window to use credit. No other customers were there, & those windows are literally 5 ft apart, but too far apart to run my card at the front register? Lol Ok.

We were helped very quickly, and the staff was very friendly. The ice cream was fresh, and so was the cone that my son got. He happened to get the sugar waffle cone, and it was very crispy and fresh. If you happen to be in the area of the twistee treat, I would highly recommend stopping by because it will be worth it.

The ice cream isnt bad neither the place its usually pretty clean and nice. Today I ordered 2 ice creams one of them was kiddie size and the other one was a small they both were made quickly like in 5 minutes which is great but one of them was the wrong the small ice cream was wrong so I told them and they said that it was bigger when it was clearly not and they finally made the ice cream again after they made it again they didnt even put more ice cream in the cup it was exacly the same thing they gave to me before not even more ice cream in the cup. Why bother ask again now. After all I waisted precious time just to get the wrong ice cream size and and the other ice cream which turned into ice cream soup.

Always got what you need on a hot Florida day or night. Soft serve is so rich and silky. You can customize whatever you want too.

My 1st time visiting and the prices were way lower than expected

They changed the sizes dramatically. Went today and a small now is around 2/3 less ice cream at least. Even a medium which i got is smaller then previous small. Loved twistee treat for the amazing bang for your buck now the appeal is gone because I have to pay more for way less out of nowhere. Very sad. Thanks greedy people who made this terrible change

Their drive through has obviously victimized many vehicle wheels with those sharp curves with curbs, all for below average ice cream.

The kids working here are always polite and on point. I had the furbabies with me and they know when we go to twistee treat they get a complimentary pup cup. A little cup of ice cream with a doggy biscuit in it!!!

This is what I was given for a large chocolate/vanilla. Completely hollow inside. I wish I could give 0 stars. Never returning here again.

This location is so much better than the location a little west of them. Not sure if it’s training or just a lack of caring that separates these two locations, but if you have a few extra minutes, it’s definitely worth your time to go to the location on East colonial just across Alafaya Trail.* Both of these pictures are of a medium chocolate vanilla swirl on a cake cone.

I got a vanilla twirl with cookie dough, chocolate chips, and rainbow sprinkles. It was really good and perfectly portioned.

One of the best soft serve ice cream places around. The portions are always huge and the ice cream always is creamy and satisfying. A place I stop any time I see one.

Theres avery long line, but its worth the wait.

We often stop by because my son craves for ice-creams. Since Twistees is on the budget side, we can stop by more often.Also, the staff are always super nice. Recently, I had to re-order an ice-cream because of miscommunication between the cashier and me. I was totally fine to re-order, but they did not charge me even after I insisted and gave them my credit card. They just said its customer satisfaction. Pretty nice and thanks.

We tried to get ice cream at 10:30 at the walk up window. We were not acknowledged or served. I was in line with at least a dozen customers. Knocked on drive thru window and we were told we were out of luck and unless we drove thru. Staff members were not wearing masks. Huge fail.

Hours of operation are incorrect online. Says they are open until 11:30 but are only open until 10. Still made it in the drive through line a few minutes before closing but when it was time for us to order we waited and no one responded. An employee taking out the trash said they had just closed. It was only us and one other car behind us in the drive thru line and the person in front of us had just been served. The right thing to do would be to serve the customers who were in line before closing time. Bad customer service 👎🏻

Has a massive amount of choice. Worst thing is choosing, best thing is eating that choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much effort. Will always keep coming back.

Always great ice cream and service with a smile. Prices are very reasonable and servings are plentiful and ingredients are fresh. She will NOT serve banana that have the slightest brown spots on them! It is me and my daughters Wednesday / Thursday spot!

Would love to speak to cooperate after the service I revived! Very upset I’m a regular customer and to be talked to like that was ridiculous! Was a young male on the headset! We ended up leaving due to his actions.

My dog and I enjoy stopping by whenever he goes to the vet/groomer next door. The wait can be a bit long at times, but theyre usually pretty busy so its not too bad.

Awesome soft serve spot, with loads of flavors, option, and cone choices. You can get mix-ins with your ice cream in the form of all sorts of candies and candy bars. Generous portions. You can get your ice cream dipped in shells as well. Its a fun experience, the employees have always been kind, and its a good value for the price. I definitely recommend checking out Twistee Treat, and even though Ive been coming here since they first opened, Im really looking forward to visiting again soon.

I am in love with this place! Its so cute too! I always order the pistachio ice cream swirled with coconut ice cream in a waffle cone. I recently tried a slushie and was not impressed. They have a drive through and do take a bit to collect payment and serve you which is strange since they only have ice cream and slushies! That doesnt stop me from going biweekly though!

Best ice cream hands down. And they are always friendly and quick with service.

Me and my wife have been coming here for years. Never had a bad experience. Wait times arent bad at all. Even at their busiest in the summer business still seems to flow smoothly.

This spot is a great place to take your family after a nice meal in the afternoon on the weekends or in the evenings throughout the week.It is also a fabulous last pit-stop when you have family from out of town that want to sightsee what Orlando is all about.The service is impeccable.

My little cousins were in town, they wanted ice cream. Decided to try it out for my first time too. There was a girl who assisted us so nicely at the drive through, very helpful, & patient. We told her it was our first time . We get to the window and when I got what I ordered I didn’t really like the flavor ... I’m sorry but it was my first time I didn’t plan to NOT like it . I asked for some assistance and it was a gentleman who looked at me like I was crazy for saying I didn’t like it can I please get another flavor and then paused and said sure.. When I got my different flavor my cone looked so much smaller than the first, I don’t understand .. family enjoyed the soft serve ice cream.

Yum! We went there on a very hot day, 97 degrees, so the ice cream seemed more delicious than usual. We went through the drive-thru so we could still be in the A/C. Lol! The employees were friendly and efficient. When I asked extra napkins they handed me a huge amount. Go there, you wont be disappointed and its easy to find because the store looks like a giant ice cream cone!

I love ice cream and every Twistee Treat I’ve been to has been so good! A simple menu but everything tastes great for a super reasonable price! Honestly one of my favorite new places since moving to Orlando!
