Awesome place! Super fast, friendly service and a huge variety of Boba drinks. Never a bad visit to Snow City. Also delicious rolled ice cream flavors! Must visit - Highly recommended!

We were clients until today. It was our favorite place to eat ice cream as a family. But today the attention was the worst. They made the payment before placing the order. They completely ignored my sons questions. The woman at the cash register had the worst attitude. We left disappointed and unwilling to return.

Great service and ice cream, no inside seating but they have some outdoors. A ton of flavors available with reasonable prices. Will definitely make a late night run

The best ice cream in the region ever! Really amazing taste, the place is clean and the customer service is really nice. They prepare your ice cream in front of your eyes, its pretty cool. Weve tried the sushi as well, its really delicious. Definitely coming back again as soon as possible!

The drinks are so good. I recommend honeydew boba and brown sugar milk tea drink as well.

My wife and I were looking for some wonderful Japanese rolled ice cream, and we really loved this little shop.We were greeted by one of the owners and helped very well with our selections. I tried, and loved, their red bean ice cream.They also happen to serve sushi here, and I was happy with the chiefs abilities and the over all taste of the roll.I will definitely make a point of stopping here again, and advise others to do the same.

This was my first time going here. Ive never had roll ice cream before. I ordered the cheesecake with chocolate sauce and it has changed my world forever! It was so incredibly good. If hes not experienced it I hardly encouraged you to go there its a modest place but really well worth the trip

Amazing little place. Super friendly staff. The lady at the counter explained everything to me & helped me choose. I got chocolate & banana which is actually there Nutella mixed with vanilla ! Which is amazing, so flavorful, I’m never the type to eat anything in full ever & this is the first time I fully finished my ice cream! Will be returning during my next vacation! Thank you 😵‍💫

We’ve been ordering boba smoothies and poke bowls from here regularly. Great poke. Lots of options, and the serving size is pretty substantial. The one issue is the boba smoothies, which I could do with a bit more flavor. Otherwise I could have given 5.

Tasty rolled ice cream!! We got the red bean with starwberry and lychee popping boba and mochi!! Their prices are wonderful and they also serve food. They do not have dairy alternatives for thier ice cream, but the do offer dairy free options for their milk tea. I highly suggest checking this place out and trying something new 😊

By far one of the better ice creams in the area. I went with Bumblebee (banana & mango) and a solid choice by far. I also was given a toasted marshmallow with it. And unfortunately the mallow didnt last long enough for a photo as well. Will be back.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time on our way out of the Neighborhood Market tonight. We were very excited to see it and wanted to see what they had. Friendly service and great rolled Ice Cream. I wasn’t a huge fan of the boba but the tea and milk foam were tasty. We look forward to going back. If you are in the area stop by and give it a try.

Terrible service. I ordered this an hour ago. They cancelled my order after waiting an hour. They didnt text me or anything. It is 10 at night and I was waiting an hour. Super dissapointed!

Came here for some boba, the lady working the counter might possibly be the nicest person on the planet. The drinks we got were good and the price was in line with similar places, we would come by more if it was closer to where we live.

Quite possibly the best ice cream Ive ever had. I went in between rushes on Saturday March 30, 2019. My expectations were low, but my reality was in for a treat. I got the Oreo with chocolate ice cream.First of all.. A cup of white milk-like liquid was poured onto a cold plate with spoonful of chocolate pudding that was also placed on the cold plate. Those contents were vigorously chopped and then mixed. Then the concoction was evenly spread across the cold plate. It was quite the show in its preparation. The ice cream was given a little bit of whipped cream, chocolate chips, and a freshly toasted marshmallow. It was superbly sublime. I will definitely return.

Been going here for years. Everything is great but our family favorites are the black minion rolled ice cream, matcha cheesecake ice cream, taro boba tea, passion fruit tea, and spicy tuna poke bowl!

The poke bowls are absolutely delicious and fresh. I love including the eel! Also the thai tea boba 50% sweetened is my favorite boba there!

Great spot for an appetite of any size. The staff was very welcoming and sociable. This place has a cool feel to it. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

They only had one girl working the Ice Cream table. It was a cold night so Im guessing they werent anticipating much business. But I unluckily got behind a group of four young girls all with difficult orders so I was there for a good 25 minutes waiting for theirs to be made before ordering. Got the Nutella and Graham rolled ice cream with topping. Flavors and quality were there. Presentation was very cute. May not return due to service time though. Ordering ahead option may be a good idea.

I love this place and the people that owner it. They make my day better every time I go there. Poke bowl is great and the Taro ice cream delicious. Everything super fresh and made with love and dedication.

My sales clerk was so helpful. This was my first time there and she explained everything and took her time. My slush was so amazing! The little leeches balls were tiny bursts of flavor! I cant wait to go back and try a new flavor!

This place is soo good! The one made with vanilla cream and ferrero rocher (Cocoa Dream?) is so delicious.. they topped it off with a whole Ferrero ball...yumm! You get to pick 3 free toppings as well..so many to choose from, like condensed milk, coconut, choco chips, mint choco chips, rolled wafers, etc...! My girls had the Dark Sunshine which is made with Nutella and vanilla crackers and the Black Minion, made with bananas and nutella. We think this is the best rolled ice cream shop! They have sushi and poke bowls here as well but didnt get a chance to try it. Friendly owner and staff!! The only thing I would suggest is for them to try cookie butter for a new ice cream creation😋! Will definitely be coming back!

This is such a super experience! The stir fried ice cream was sooooooo good! My daughter and I shared a strawberry cheesecake ice cream. First of all, the young lady poured a bit of liquid ice cream base on a frozen metal counter top. Then she put an entire piece of cheesecake, a small amount of strawberries. I wasnt sure if that was going to be enough strawberries, but it was. Her next steps were precise and thorough, like she was making a sculpture when she was done. You have to go and experience this!

I was a regular at Snow City. I’ve even sent people there to get them more business. I started to realize that he treated his White customers better. I was spending more money, but he would be dismissive towards me . As soon as a white customer comes in he lights up. When other Africa Americans come in its kind of like hurry up and buy. I won’t spend another dime here. I’ll find a new place to go where they value all there customers.

Wow wow wow!!!! This place is AMAZING! I had very low expectations for a small place like this but, the Poki Bowls were fresh and very large portions, the ice cream was delicious and the service was great. The only suggestion would be to expand and hire more people because they are doing great and have a constant flow of customers. Great Job Snow City!

This sneaky little gem. You would walk right by it if you didn’t know what you are looking for. I haven’t tried the sushi but the ice cream is great and made right in front of you. I recommend the Dark Sunshine if you like Nutella. I was going to post a picture of mine but I ate it to fast.

Ive tried to eat here twice. The first time I came in there were people eating ice cream but no one working. I asked the people if they knew where anyone was and they just shrugged their shoulders. No one came out so I left.The second time was just now. Its 5:30, the lights are on. The open sign is lit up, but the door is locked. No one is inside. No handwritten note on the door saying they would be back. The sign on the door says theyre open till 9:30. I called them and no one answered. I hung out for a bit but left because i was hungry and cant wait.I know once I get to eat there Ill love it, but its a little frustrating not being able to go in and get food.Edit: I finally came when the stars aligned and someone was there. And its amazing. Absolutely amazing. Go. Wait for someone to show up. Get the taro boba tea. Get a poke bowl. It. Is. SO good. 100% worth the wait.

Cookie Monster/ Cookies & Cream.

I ordered the poke bowl and the refreshing fruit tea and they were both spectacular! The bowl was made just right with not to muxh of the ingredients to overpower you and the tea was so refreshing and fresh, definitely recommend this place!

EDIT: In response to pandemic restrictions, Snow City has closed its dining area and now appears to serve only ice cream.Service is very polite and efficient. Ice cream serving is one size and generous, and very fresh. (They make it to order while you watch.) The only negative is that Snow City is hidden away in a poorly trafficked location in an upscale area. Its a place known only to locals that deserves to be found.

I used tp be a fan of this place and was there every week. But it is going downhill, unfortunately... They dont open until 11:30am but still find a way to be late. They are getting cheap with their portions, and today I was told that the Ice cream that I have been eating since they opened cannot have nutella as a topping. I told the girl I have been eating that for a long time she basically said I was lying. It is disappointing as I love their poke bowls and their ice cream. Wont be returning to snow city anytime soon.

Tried today for the first time. Very clean place, polite staff and friendly environment. Oreo ice cream was excellent, Peach smoothie was amazing. Will definitely be back : ) And oh yes, price was very cheap for an ice cream shop.

This tiny ice cream shop offers more than their signature flavored bubble pop teas. It offers great tasting Poke Bowls (similar to Japanese Chirashi) that can be customized, as well. Their staff is very friendly too.
