VERY DISAPPOINTED with Tupperware and their policy. I have a lid that needs to be replaced. Ive been calling since July and cant get anyone to help me. Keep getting the same response our warranty system is down. What kind of an answer is that? They want us to buy their product. They way they will replace defective product and now their warranty system is down. Cant help me. Now the representative says call back next year and they should be able to do something then. Are you kidding me! I will not recommend Tupperware to anyone.

They will not give you a replacement or even a credit for your Tupperware that has BPA in it. I will never buy anything Tupperware again! I have almost 2 garbage bags full of items I still used and a few brand new as back ups. I will miss quite a few items, immensely, but will find a company that stands behind their products, not kill me with them. There are only 3 items that come up if you tap BPA free on their page

Went to see the museum to find it was closed. There are some pretty walk ways and gardens, as well as art installation, but though they are visible from the road and completely open air, we were quickly called over to a security officers car and told that it is private property and were very emphatically asked to leave. We were bummed as the gardens were blooming and looked beautiful.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Apparently Tupperware does not wish to honor its lifetime warranty. While they have not come out and said that, their actions speak louder than words, and its becoming increasingly apparent. Several years ago, the warranty process (if I remember correctly) was to call them, provide the item model number, upload pictures of the cracked plastic item. They would replace the damaged item, while the claimant would be responsible for the shipping cost. A fairly simple process.On May 18, 2021 I called them as I had two (2) issues: a mixing bowl (seal/lid) that cracked, and a square plastic container (seal/lid) also cracked. I was told they now have a new warranty replacement procedure in place and that it would be approximately two (2) weeks to receive a store credit. I was told once the credit was issued I could then go online to select and replace the items using the credit. At that point, I was provided a TICKET NUMBER and was told that I must open a Tupperware Online Account in order to receive the store credit once it was issued. The phone call center representative then helped me establish the online account. Those two (2) weeks have turned into months with no end in sight.After the initial 2 week period, I was told it would be another 2 weeks. When I called back I was then told they were reprogramming their system and to not expect a store credit until they completed their programming by the end of July. I then received an email to that effect on July 14, 2021.Its now August 4, 2021 and when I called as a store credit was not deposited to my account by the end of July, I was told by another call representative (after reviewing the TICKET NUMBER) that I should not expect any resolution to this warranty claim/issue until the end of September.While there appear to be gads of less expensive plastic container manufacturers around the world at thousands of dollar stores across the nation, Tupperware was our go-to company for food storage containers -- even though they were ten (10) times more expensive. Why? They had the lifetime warranty. My conclusion -- If theyre not going to honor the warranty, it does not make sense (to me at least) to purchase their products moving forward.

I received items and was very disappointment. It was not matching what was in online. I call them and try to return but they was bringing excuses on system updating. That toked me almost 2 months. Finally they told me they cant pay for return shipping, which was costing me almost half price of those product.

I have to agree with many comments below: Tupperware ain’t what it used to be. I bought replacement microwaveable plates and was surprised how flimsy they’ve gotten. Target’s brand is better now. Too bad.

I used to sell Tupperware in Florida. I used to sell $150K/yr - enough to receive a cash bonus and a new mini van for my use. Now I cannot even get some lids replaced. Has gone down hill sooo much. I contacted Customer Service which is located in a Third World Country and was told to call back in a month as they arent allowed to take replacement warranty calls. Asked to speak to a supervisior Charles Philty who told me they have no Customer Sevice in the USA and they cannot take Replacement Tupperware calls. The supervisior had a no care attitude. This is not a way to run a large corporate business!Why is an American Company in Florida using another country to handle Customer Service calls? Did they use the Covid-19 bailout money??Floridians and all Americans need to call Tupperware and COMPLAIN!!

Horrible customer service. Overpriced goods, expensive shipping. I ordered through a friend’s digital party, something that I was not happy with and wanted to return. Could not get a response via email or phone, on hold for over 25 minutes. Multiple emails went unanswered.I finally got through to them via Facebook. Got a return order number and sent it back. Almost 3 weeks later I have yet to receive my credit.Meanwhile the rep from the party told me they don’t accept returns.

If I could leave less than zero stars I would ! 😡The consultant I had Tracy from Carstairs AB( and not by choice only cause of invite to zoom party) is horrible. Never responds to messages via text, email or voicemail. Very unprofessional.Quick to take your$$ wont send invoice and lies to you about who orders from your party .My party I feel like she pressured me into hosting via zoom on a holiday weekend. Wasnt successful.However that was may 17 she shipped orders from the original party I was invited to all to one address ( host) we dont all live in the same city .The original party was a week before mine.My order has yet to arrive. I have no invoice or product but my $$ sure were taken in a hurry.Totally crapped the bed Tupperware.And their head office is closed due to Covid 19.So noone to investigate my complaintZiploc containers are looking better and better

Tupperware used to be the only brand we purchased (for more than 30 years), but the last years the quality of the product declined tremendously and the customer service when you call is even more deceiving!! And it is Expensive!!I purchased a new kind of Tupperware on the Home Show in Orlando (FL) about 4 months ago; made for microwave. I heated up soup in it and after washing, the inside remained stained The item number on the back is 2641B-2. The lid with a special vent for microwave disappeared in the dishwasher. When I called, the customer service I received was the poorest you can expect.This was the last time that I purchase Tupperware and I will not make anymore recommendations.Its becoming the worst brand on the market. The cheaper versions you buy in regular stores are cheaper and way much better! Dont fool yourself with Tupperware, theres better stuff on the market.

I had a Tupperware Egg Tray container that would not close properly, so I requested from my representative to have it replaced; that was last year in September 2018. Tupperware sent my rep a picture of the replacement, which I have, because the one I had was no longer available. On November 21, 2018, Tupperware sent a picture of the offered replacement, which was theTupperware Cold Cut Keeper + Deviled Egg Insert Trays (3) in BordeauxI let my rep know that it was acceptable, even though it was not the same. I finally received my replacement in December 13, 2018; and, what I received WAS NOT what was represented? Tupperware sent me a container in the color Bordeaux, but sent me egg trays in the color of Aqua? Unlike the picture sent to me originally as a replacement. My rep requested the egg trays were not acceptable, they resent them in red; still not acceptable. I have been on the phone with Tupperware Customer Care, whom I might say, are rude, for more than a few hours today. They basically told me, you get what we send you. What? Tupperware MISREPRESENTED the replacement of the egg container which I had, that I had a hard time closing, and would not stay closed because it was defected. What Tupperware sent as a replacement in the picture, WAS NOT what was received? Tupperware misrepresented their replacement of the product and REFUSES to satisfy what they represented? A company that is worth millions, will not stand behind their representation as a replacement, and frankly told me there is nothing I can do; what? Okay, well I feel when Tupperware represents a replacement item to replace a defective product, they should stand behind the picture sent? What I received was like replacement of a container in the color of red, and the lid in aqua blue? Just doesnt look right. I asked the supervisor why it was so difficult to replace the item as represented? She said the Tupperware Warehouse where they manufacture their product, has no egg container replacements in any color. I asked how she knew this? She said, I just know. I have to say, that Tupperware does not stand behind their products and being the little woman here? They basically said, we threw you our scraps -- eat it and like it!It is now more 4 months later, January 23, 2019, and Tupperware can not replace an item as represented. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT REPRESENTATION!

I purchased a FridgeSmart Medium from a catalog shown to be by a woman consultant. She said I could get it directly from her instead of having to go online to order. When I got it, I tried for 15 minutes to get the lid on with no success. Since I have a good collection of Tupperware purchased in the 1970s, the last purchase about 10 years ago, I felt safe in buying it without seeing a demonstration at a Tupperware party. This new item is worthless to me, impossible to get the lid attached. When I asked her to exchange this item for a different style with an easier to attach lid, she said her supervisor would not allow it because I had purchased it directly from her and not from the Tupperware website. Now Im stuck with an unusable, overpriced $25 piece of plastic. TupperBEWARE

Ive been on the phone for 10 minutes to an indibindividual with a foreign accent who doesnt appear to know much about Tupperware and wasnt able to direct me to a place or way to purchase items. I dont know how to buy any now and when he started to look up a consultant, I got cut off. Is Tupperware a valid operation? I grew up with Tupperware, my mother would use no other and now it seems that it isnt on the market any more....weird, or maybe its me....

Ordered 278 dollars worth of tupperware from there website. Got 28 dollars worth of the order back in december. When I called they said the rest of the order was on back order and I would have it before christmas. Now its February 26th 2018. Still have not gotten the order. Tupperware customer service will not refund and keep stating that the order was just shipped out, but they dont have a tracking number.The people I talk to on the phone are horrible. They act like I am being unreasonable! Am I out of touch with reality? It 3 months the norm for shipping now a days?UPDATE: after posting this they did send out the order! I got my order finally after 3 1/2 months. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3.

Tuppewares world headquarters has a museum that you can visit - its free !! The small museum is actually a modern multimedia living room. And of course, the sale of products could not be missing: a factory store called “Gallery” which is all good.
