The employees & management were friendly & helpful, at least when I went there later on that Saturday evening. Had a problem finding a particular item & young personnel left their designated area & walked with me all the way to the other side to help me locate said item... All the while talking with me & laughing at my dry jokes. Very helpful, sweet & kind employees for the most part. Id definitely recommend this Walmart to all of those I know. Thank you.

I am currently 32 minutes into waiting in line, and am about halfway. I appreciate the selection and seeming convenience the store provides. However, the convenience seems to be lost when you have to wait over an hour in line to check out.

I visited the Deli section. An employee named Ski assisted me there. He was very friendly and very helpful. He had a wonderful attitude that made my day. Thank you Ski, I wish more Walmart employees are like you. Great Job!!

The worst Walmart Ive been.Lack of cashier and no self checkout. Expect long lines and no empathy by the workers. I dont blame them. Youll only see weird customers in there.Their best part is they offer delivery through the Walmart + app. So youll get your stuffs without going to this creepy place.

The place is spread out but convenient when u know where your going! But other than that its fine!

You can find almost everything that want here. Very complete and the arrangement is also very neat. Although the price is standard, neither cheap nor expensive. But I like to come here though.

Never mind the crazy long time you have to stand in line. Unfortunately, because my kid practice on this side of town this is my second time at this location this week (and I promise its by force) but I am a customer only standing in line and I have on my mask (which I definitely prefer) however, it is inhumanely hot in here (and Im anemic so I stay cold)and cannot catch my breath or breathe due to the stuffiness of the store and the fact that these employees have to work in this condition of feeling like a sweat shop is horrible! Walmart you need to do better! Its not right to treat people this way shame on yall

I went to 2 different Walmart for one item both didnt have it. Its the Palmers cocoa butter body wash for men. They had everything else but that.

Good produce, labels are correct making it easy to navigate through the store. Check out wasnt to bad.

Tried to buy a new TV. Set it up for pick up. It took two hours to get. Questioned a sales person why it was taking so long and they were bringing out stuff to people who arrived after us. The sales person said they dont go by order, they just grab what ever cart is closest to the door. When they did finally manage to bring out the TV they dropped it onto the concrete and then upon realizing we saw they stopped and asked if we still wanted it. Just terrible service.

Expansive store as you expect at a Supercenter. Not in a higher end neighborhood but relatively safe. May pass it by since its not clearly visible from the road and has small signage. Its in a strip mall behind another strip mall on a very busy 6 lane road.

Did biweekly shopping. Hard to find associate to buy locked-up perfume. All in all this store has greatly improved. Been shopping here since it opened because of closeness to home but used to drive to Turkey Lake Rd out of frustration. So, BRAVO for your efforts to be better. Staff, also, is friendlier and more willing to help.

Never fails every time I come here, spend an hour on line for 5 items. This place usually only has no more than 10 registers open on its busiest days, the weekend. I’ll stick to other stores for groceries. This place needs serious help!

I always go there to buy the essentials, I believe because of the need for workers they need to put the self pay option to compensate, would be very nice and faster for all people that live there around

I did the curbside pickup option and it took a little while until the order was brought out but their were 6 or 8 others there also, in my opinion its very convenient but dont get angry if it takes 30 minutes or so for them to bring the order out.

I like Walmart because it has all the products, I really liked the app because you could check the prices when it didnt have a tag, but after you updated the app it was very bad, you cant check almost anything. The lines to pay are very long

The store is clean but a lot of items are severely under stocked. Also, this store does not have self checkout so the lines are typically extremely long. The employees I have encountered are always super nice.

I barely come here just if I have to and today I really had to come this terrible store. It was an unfortunate again, I just wanna say that there are customer services, supervisors and managers to help customers but here its opposite. Team members are trying to help and all others are with an attitude and try to close early tge store not to fix things and help customers.

Walmart needs a better employees theres nobody never at the electronic section I waited 2 hours for help when I finally got help they said that they close the electronics section at 9 and I practically been in the store for 3 hours asking for help I promised myself that I will never return back to the store

I was looking for. New TV and game system for my kids since they did so well in school this year and there were NONE. The gentleman working that section was able to help me fine a TV and gave tips on what to do now. They finally had a decent amount of people on cash registers so wait time was not too bad and the cashier was actually friendly! Great job making my shopping experience a good one for Easter Sunday and please keep that up!

Open cashiers very bad..not enough for the people that are checking out, food some stuff is bad before they get it. but you can see the bad chicken, beef,pork, salads are dark brown or black with sludge in the bags the fruit is always black and blue the staff there are always watching the clock to see when they are going home rude and preoccupied with anything else but customers and services!!!!!

This store constantly has people fighting at the cash registers. Recently I went into electronics, the lady back there was no help - she literally told me if you dont know how Im I supposed to know (the item was purchased at this Walmart!), not only that she went on trying to mock me with the customer behind me. I left the store, went to Office Depot and had what I needed in two minutes!! Management needs to make sure both employees and customers are safe, the environment does reflect on how poor management is.Provide appropriate training or know your employees strength: if someone is not tech savvy.... maybe they are good with plants, put them in garden! (although that lady had such an awful attitude... maybe she needs to stay in the back, no customer contact for her)

Not my favorite place to shop, however its a convenient location from my house. Produce is hit or miss most of the time and the wait is horrendous in store. They usually only have 3 or 4 lanes open for such a busy location. I highly recommend pick up services from this location to save yourself the headache.

Must Read Before You VisitSLOWEST SERVICE This is the worst Walmart and management doesnt care. They have no self checkouts, the registers in the garden center are always closed and they are understaffed. The aisles were blocked by associates stocking shelves.CRIME This Walmart was in the local news for 2 crimes committed here. In the first crime an employee was beat up while trying to stop a shoplifter. The store is a magnet for shoplifters so some merchandise has to be locked up.In the second crime there was an attempted carjacking at gunpoint during the day. However the victim fought with the criminal and he left the scene.PUSHING THE LIQUOR Walmart has a separate liquor store which allows them to sell hard liquor. Sales of liquor are good in a low income area.STUCK WITH POOR SERVICE The only people that shop at this Walmart are those that have to shop here. Driving elsewhere is inconvenient and a long trip.

It was a fairly decent size Super Walmart for being in florida. Lines are a little bit long though because they do not have self checkout or self checkout Lanes. It was a little bit frustrating though because due to the pandemic everybody should be around 6 ft separated and should be keeping their distance and I had to physically ask the cashier to have the people behind me move back a little bit because one they didnt have their masks on properly and two there are no markers on the floor for that 6 ft separation. All cashiers and employees were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable with what questions I have had asked because I do not live in Florida.

Car battery failed under warranty. Advised that I would have to wait 3-4 hours to try to charge battery. Even if it fails to take a charge, Walmart refused to honor warranty replacement since battery wasnt in stock. Refused to order battery for replacement - advised that they are not able to specify which batteries get delivered to their store. Advised me to call around to various Walmarts nearby asking if the battery is in stock, and then to drive there to maybe have it replaced via warranty, assuming it fails to take a charge. Also advised that I could buy another battery online, have it shipped to the store, and they would refund if original battery failed to charge. I guess that Im able to specify which batteries get delivered to their store, but they are not.Fool me once and all that. Replaced the battery on my own dime from a different vendor, car runs great now.Dont expect this store to honor in a reasonable fashion any warranty they sell you. Two stars since most of the associates I spoke to tried to be helpful - not their fault Walmarts policy is designed to ensure the customer leaves unhappy.You get what you pay for... Caveat emptor!

Literally the worst walmart. Always dirty. 20 self checkouts that are never open!! 25 people min in each line for checkout. The workers are Slow as molasses and if you speak to one they don’t speak English and can’t help you. Everything in this Walmart for clothes is like trash. Other walmarts have different options. This ones like a nightmare from a town in the middle of nowhere. Bad area not recommended. You will literally wait 30 min minimum to checkout

Tbh the staff is 5 stars. HOWEVER, I avoid this Wal-Mart at all costs for one reason only: checkout. The store has at least 25 cash registers, but only like 5 are ver open. I usually have to wait up to 30 mins just to check out. Today was a rarity and they have 8 open, but ive never seen that many open before. If this walmart would remove the 20 items or less checkout lines (there being used as normal checkout lanes anyhow) and replace them with at least 10 self checkouts in theit place. I understand it would take a while to install, but it would not only make check out smoother, but it would move a larger volume of people more quickly, giving more revenue to the store itself.

Parking lot is full of garbage, the lines are insanely long because there arent enough cashiers and no self check out, there never seems to be anyone around when you need help in different departments. This is the worst walmart around here.

Parking lot was clean of trash and loose carts. Yellow vest greater at the door didnt greet you, just staired at you. Store was nice and neat. Bathrooms at 9:30 am were filthy.

Its a basic Walmart, has everything that is expected at a Walmart. It was SUPER Busy! People everywhere!!!!

Lines are chaotic and long. Curbside pick up is slow and they didnt answer the phone when I pulled into the parking space. The Walmart app to check in wasnt allowing me to let them know I was there which by the way is the only way you can check in without calling. 15 mins later, an associate finally showed up and just came to my car and came back with my order.

Sorry Walmart but your Metro West location has a very long list of things to do before you get anything over 3 stars. For example - you need to monitor your re-stock personal. They throw the boxes of cans on the floor and the cans get bent. That can compromise the quality of the food. With a few exceptions Customer service - deplorable. I can go on but its not worth it. Your not going to change as long as it doesnt affect your sales and profits.

I have been calling the Autocare Dept for the last two days and no one is picking up. I have an appt scheduled there for today and just wanted to verify if my tires had come in that I ordered.I called the main store to see if someone could help get me in touch with someone and all they did was hang up on me.......

This used to be one of my favorite Wal-Mart locations. Not so much anymore. Their produce section has been out of stock on many items or the items are there but either too green or too ripe. I have to stop at a second grocer on my way home! Thats not okay.

Even though its often pretty packed thats for good reason. Huge parking, lots of great deals and organized store. They have electric carts for the disabled and Ive never had a bad experience here yet. Even refunds/returns (a usual hellish experience) was quite painless. I come here often.

Great store, as long as you don’t mind long waits. No self checkout and store is entirely understaffed and overworked. I’m wondering why every time I visit during peak hours only like 8 registers are open out of 25. Lines are chaotic, going all the way back into the clothing section. Maybe no one wants to work for 10$ an hour? I’m sure they are hiring if anyone’s interested. I feel bad for the workers taking the angry customers. Where is management when your workers are swamped with lines of 10+ People? Why is it that only this Walmart has no self check out but one that’s is only 5 miles away DOES? Walmart I’m seeing the patterns around the neighborhoods you are in and near.... shame Shame...not even the one across UCF is this busy and they have more self check out options that I have ever seen.

This is a liar. I bought tires life insurance. My tires are broken. The first time I found them, they said that my tires were about to die. They would not give me insurance. The second time I asked the manager, the manager said that my tires were broken on the side. Its not covered by insurance. Please see where there is such a situation. They all say that all kinds of excuses are not covered by insurance. What is this not a liar? The insurance does not say what is not covered by the insurance.

Purchased make up to be delivered via mail. Packaged incorrectly, all items broken and spilled in package. Reordered same products...all broken and compacts broken and spilled. Order was correct, however the do not know how to correctly ship fragile items. Will never order via mail again.

General manager should take action about some frontline employees, cashiers, ruining good employees images by providing EXTREMELY POOR and disrespectful Customer Service, basic level of education and GOOD manners should be standard requirements for ALL Walmart staff to be able to face customers, after over 20 years going to this store never saw how low the quality of service has decreased as recently!!!

I placed a pickup order and it was ready when I got there. Waited about 1 minute for my order to be brought to my van. The Wal-Mart associate was quite friendly, very upbeat, and made my brief visit most enjoyable. Keep up the good work, WalMart.

Dont even waste your time coming to this Walmart! I had an online order for 1 item. Came to pick it up..checked in on the app. Went to pickup desk and nobody was there checked in again on their screen. Waited 10 min and during that time 3 different employees passed by and said they would get someone. Waited another 10 min before anyone came back there. Overall it to 30 minutes to pick up 1 item that was sitting on the counter. Probably would have been faster for me to grab the item of the counter go to the register to check out and just cancel the online order. I will NEVER select this location again or come here. Its NOT worth the time and hassle.

It was not crowded today and they were plenty of electric chairs overall it wasnt too bad because I usually do not go to that store on Kirkman road but all I needed to get was some grits and soda so I was in and out quickly it had enough it had enough cashiers working

Pros: this Walmart is huge, so youre bound to find something to suit your needs when you go to this Walmart. Their clearance selection is actually pretty decent every time I go to the store shopping. Instinctively I go straight to the different clearance sections located throughout the store. Definitely found my share of good finds, like 400 thread count sheet set that fits my king size bed like no other sheet I have ever had. Along with miscellaneous little household home improvement items for as low as a dollar. Lastly, theres plenty of parking and other stores in the plaza as well. They have about 20 parking spots for Walmart+ pickup orders that are completely covered and shaded. Nice to not have wait in Florida heat, direct sunlight and also keeps rain out when the. Are loading up your groceries.Cons: this Walmart is huge, so youre bound to spend 10 minutes walking from the grocery side of the store to the hardware or automotive side of the store. Its typically very busy at this Walmart lately. Ive only lived in the area for about 6 months, but this Walmart is always busy when I am there. Ive noticed that with this particular Walmart that when Im ordering stuff for pickup or delivery with my Walmart plus subscription that I frequently have items marked as not in stock on my orders which is very inconvenient, especially because when I place pick up or delivery orders its for my essentials that I need. Not only that, Ive actually gone straight to the store after a delivery where they said something was out of stock and checked myself to find that there were actually quite a few in stock or one or two that were tucked behind another item. Mostly I noticed that the items that they mark as out of stock are things that are on the other side of the store from groceries. Sometimes it just seems like they dont feel like walking to the other side of the store to grab that one item thats in a completely different department and with the store being so big would take more time and effort. I would say I placed about 30 Walmart pickup or delivery orders in the last few months. Every single time I order from this location I always have at least two to four items that are marked as not in stock. Especially if I pick a later time slot in the day for pickup, say about 7:00 p.m. I think that the associates wait to pull the order until its closer to 7:00 p.m. and so theres a much higher chance of items no longer being available because they waited the entire day to pull the order and get it together. Im on the fence with Walmart plus right now as even being worth it. The only reason its any benefit at all is for the convenience of pickup orders. But when you need coffee creamer or milk or water and they say its out of stock, it completely negates the benefit of using the service because then I have to go into the store anyways and wait in line after Ive grabbed the item thats actually in stock. Sometimes stuff is general genuinely out of stock, but a lot of times it just gets marked out of stock because of the effort required to acquire the items. Its a very flawed app as well. Im constantly having issues with the Walmart plus app and placing orders. Like I said at the beginning of my cons list, this store is typically very busy. I encounter a lot of rude people and feel a lot of negative energy while shopping, which probably just has to do with the area its in. The overall demographics of the customer base can make shopping frustrating at times. Surprisingly the associates are mostly friendly and helpful. Last one, lol, dont ever go into this Walmart expecting it to go quickly. Always long lines and wait times.

They have 27 cashiers and they only open 7 or 8 when there is losng lines, they should have extra suport when this happens. Pull peoples fron the floor and help on the cashier area..

Its better when its not so crowded or when theyre social distance its the AC wasnt properly working I get anxiety going in this place cuz people dont want to wear masks and people want to be all close to you
