They have most pieces on the floor, so you can really sit on everything to help you choose. She did an excellent job helping me to choose the fabric for my Hyde chairs and ottoman. I purchased to items in February of this year. I understand that because of the Texas freeze foam production has been problematic. I was told because of this the delivery of the two items would be in April, then June, then August and now October. The only reason I knew of the schedule slippage was because I called to ask if the delivery was still on. I never got a call to say the date has slipped. I dont trust your scheduling system at all. October will come and go and I still will not have my items. My prediction is some time next year if then. Who knows? Ethan Allen dont!

Donna Wargo was absolutely fantastic. I was a walk in client who knew exactly what I wanted. She was able to help me add other pieces that I did not think of. She was able to show me other options of leather and trim that really made everything pop I highly recommend using Donna for all of your design needs. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

Her specialty skills reached beyond furniture for my home, it included chandeliers for dining and entry way, custom drapery as well as hardware for the sliding glass door leading to the lanai, accent rug for the family room, and other pointers regarding pictures to name a few. It was a wonderful, rewarding, and satisfying experience from beginning to complete installation. Jennifer is very professional, patient, and willing to help in anyway. I have worked twice in the last year with Donna Wargo. I could not be happier with the service I have received. Donna listened to me paid attention to what I was looking for, got my floor plan and then helped me plan my colors and found pieces that would coordinate with what I already owned. My wife and I just moved to the Orlando area after selling our home in Hyde Park (London), and we needed to have furniture and décor for our home. Upon entering the store, I was immediately welcomed by the friendly front desk staff. The manager Tonja helped us while we explored the shop, and she offered to visit our home to help us with our project. After coming to our house she had us back in for a presentation. We loved the design she had pulled together so much, we ended up purchasing everything with minimal changes and stress. She made the design process fun, and was extremely easy to work to worth. We had everything installed and delivered in three phases, and Tonja was there to help place the furniture. The delivery chaps were very professional and organized. My husband also suffers from back pain and she recommended the perfect chairs for him that also fit within our style. She gave us a beautiful combination of fabrics to choose from and quickly honed in on our style from the beginning. After measuring and viewing our space, Barbara showed us layouts that we didn’t even think about previously, which made much more sense. We are extremely happy with the customized sofas, table, chair and barstools we ended up selecting thanks to Barbara and cannot wait to see them in our new home! TONJA VAN DE MARK was great to work with. I wanted to place an online order for the Emily Petite desk in a color that wasnt shown on the website. She handled that process for me and was very responsive to all questions I had. She also sent subsequent email updates to me relative to expected time frame for delivery of the desk. The delivery team was very professional, courteous, and helpful. They coordinated with me to set the deliver date and provided a window of time for deliver. They even checked in with me 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way on the day of deliver. I am very happy with the desk and with the service I received.

Not only is she friendly and super easy to get along with, she is extremely knowledgeable and has exquisite taste. She has been so helpful to us as we are renovating and designing our first home. This is our 3 home that we’ve completely furnished with Ethan Allen furniture and our first experience with the Orlando store. We’ve tried looking at other manufacturers, but keep going back because of the Ethan Allen quality. We basically know what we want and didn’t necessarily need a designer, but because of the Covid, the only way to enter the store is to have an appointment with someone. Boy did we luck out. Tonja VanDeMark met us at the store and offered her assistance if we wanted it. We decided to take her up on it and so glad we did. She came to our home and gave us ideas that we never considered and really went out of the box with some excellent ideas. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Extremely talented and really knows her stuff. I’d highly recommend Tonja if you’re looking for an experienced decorator.

Working with Deborah was great. She helped me find a sofa that fit perfectly with my existing furniture. She also responded quickly to make sure I could take advantage of sale. I highly recommend Deborah.

Jennifer Donovan is my designer in Ethan Allen. She is very professional and easy to work with. She tried her best to help us to choose our furniture and came to my house in order to give me some feedbacks to match some of my current furnitures with the new ones. The only inconvenient part was due to Covid some of my orders got delayed but Jennifer find a matching piece from other stores so I was able to borrow it until my order is ready! I really enjoyed working with Jennifer and highly recommend her.

Excellent, as always. Weve used them twice in the past, and just did so again for our bedroom and Hunter Douglas shades throughout the house. Tonja was exceedingly helpful, and we couldnt have done it without her. After putting together preliminary ideas, she brought samples of finishes, fabrics, and leathers to us for final decisions, while measuring everything to ensure fit. I only regret we havent more rooms to furnish. As perfect as ever!

Deborah Desir went out of her way to send fabric samples that went with my current decor. Her taste in style and advice was incredible. I’m extremely happy with the finished product.

My wife and I have been working with Jennifer Donovan at the Millenia location. Were moving and decided to update our main living areas. Shes been extremely helpful in finding the right pieces to fit our new floor plan and in pulling all the right fabrics together to give us that cohesive look. In addition, our move is complicated by our moving to the other side of the state and into a new build. Shes gone out of her way to help us work out the logistics needed to facilitate everything. I think Id put her time so far at no less than 5-6 hours of working with us, and Im sure theres more coming. I cant recommend her and Ethan Allen more. Thanks for everything!

Donna at Ethan Allen is fantastic! Her design expertise assisted us in making the right choice in a bed to complete the look we were attempting to achieve. She was extremely patient in looking up our history to see our past purchases in order to be sure the colors would match. Donna was kind & courteous; she couldn’t have been nicer - as we tend to be indecisive at times!!!

Donna Wargo was a gem. She listened carefully to our likes and dislikes. Within a few minutes of checking out our house she gave ideas for successful immediate fixes. We hope to work with her again.
