Probably the best low key Spanish food in the area. I thought this was just a grocery store until I walked in and saw the line for food. It was indeed worth the wait. Think Lechonera but bigger portions for cheaper.

I love coming here, I get great service, great prices on the food, the supermarket part of it is excellent, I love getting the buy one get one free pork chops and chicken always fits my budget 😁 nobody has ever been rude to me and they serve their lunch and dinner quickly, and the portions are awesome, two people can eat for $3.50 where else can you do that!

This place it’s AMAIZING, best arroz con gandules y pernil that I have had. The prices are great... and the are a grocery store. The only negative thing is the wait. I went to get food and waited in line 40 minutes and there were only 5 people in front of me. They had only one person taking the orders and making them while the line was very long. They need to keep that line moving. Then when you go to pay it’s the same issue, more waiting.But again the taste of the food makes me come back ever time.

The food is good. Very tasty and priced right. My only issue was that I felt the woman behind the counter rushed me. I was going to order more but before I could ask, she had already wrapped my food, gave it to me and moved on to the next customer. She left money on the table. Not good.

Love the hot/cold food buffet. They have a wide variety of things to choose from. They have everything from Seafood, Shrimp 🍤 also seafood salad to a lots of different meats and poultry 🐔. The food is well seasoned with just the right flavor.

This place used to be great but all good things come to an end. This was the only chicken in my soup...a big piece of bone and skin...no meat. This and poor customer service has become a common occurrence at this place...used to be my favorite.

I love this place. For the price and the amount of food you get is great. They are remodeling. Only flaw it they have places you can sit and eat but it’s very small. But overall the place is great.

La Primera is a small bodega that offers a great lunch menu. Make sure you come early. The food is all gone by 2pm. It has only 3 little tables inside and 2 outside but the is always fresh. The shrimp with cilantro is divine.

Im very picky about eating Spanish food other than my own. But Ive been here 2x, and I will continue to go. Food is good and portions are BIG. In addition, their prices are amazingly low for the quality and quantity.

This place is banging,delicious latino food at 5 $ a plate, so much you cannot eat it alone you have to share it, even if you were hungry, the servers are great and always have a smile that makes the food taste even better. I eat here 3 to 4 times a week. Buy dinner for my family of 4 for 10 bucks. Where else can you get that, I love this place.

La Primera is a small mom and pop grocery store with an amazing deli. It is my understand they are remodeling.La Primera catered my church anniversary luncheon two weeks ago for 75 people and the food quality (appearance and taste) was amazing.Truely authentic. Ms Rosa was awesome in helping us with the order. La Premiera delivered the food an hour earlier than requested and the price very economical.I highly recommend their catering service.

Was amazed when this Cuban grocery store didn’t know what Picodillo was today and then told me this this (Cuban seasoned beef) was Dominican Republic food. Is this really a Cuban grocery store?

I also heard the food was really good so me and a friend decided to go check it out. For a late lunch about 2pm. Didnt have to many choices but ordered more then one plate to take home and share with the family. I asked for everything to be large but I recieved a regular size. I told the server I asked for a larger portion she insisted thats how the order comes even thou I told her i didnt mind the extra charge. Well after going back and fourth about the size. The owner approached me and asked me. What was the problem. At first I said nothing everything is fine. But he asked again while I was paying for the food. I said after I repeatedly asked for a larger portion of food even if with an extra charge. She still went ahead and gave me a regular size. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to lower my bill. IAnd told me your purchase is what pays this rent and my Bills and that customer service was very important to him. He also mentioned that he noticed similar complaints that people would ask for 1 thing but seem to get other wise. Would I return yes if the owner himself serves me. *)

Excelent hispanic food

A small hole in the wall Spanish grocery store, in an unassuming little plaza o. A major road in Orlando. Who would have thought the food would be absolutely AMAZING and affordable. Everything from the very moist pernil, to the ribs in sauce, stewed chicken, beef stew etc is delicious. Did I forget to mention AFFORDABLE. Do Not change a thing. Dont forget the pastries. My favorite the quesitos.

I dont get my groceries there, but if you want a GREAT deal on some amazing food -- with huge portions! -- visit their deli. Rice, meat, and beans in a large to-go container for $5. You can get a small to-go box of the same for $3. The food is amazing!! The atmosphere (for dining) is not so amazing, but its not meant to be a dining experience. Just grab your food, which they wrap for traveling, go home and watch some Netflix while you get fat and happy. I guarantee you its worth the trip.
